I don't post often but it's getting so annoying to watch missy put out mindless after mindless video and gloss over her surgery updates. She has a true story to tell and a journey I'm actually very interested to follow along on. But she cares more about putting up videos of candles and favorite TV shows. It's getting so obnoxious. I guess I'm just saying what everyone else has been saying the whole time. They're more interested in fame and money and putting out content for the sake of content.

I hate that all YouTubers are sponsored by the same companies (ex. Nature Box & Audible) I go to everyone's vlogs and see the exact same thing on 6 different channels.

They are a little late getting on the Nature Box bandwagon ... What is the bet Bryan had to bed to Nature Box to get them as a sponsor! He seems to shamelessly beg for a lot.

I understand that they do need to do adds because they use youtube as family income. I get that part. But i really think they should only accept things that really have to do with their channel. Missy and Bryan do not eat healthy at all. I doubt that anything will really be eaten from that box because they do not eat healthy stuff. If like the baby food pouch people asked them to do an add it would be revelent to their content. They say they have been getting free baby stuff from that one company, thats revelent.

Can someone explain how she can get hundreds and hundreds of subscribers EACH day when she doesn't even put up a video every day?????! I think it's super fishy..

I seriously think that most of their subscribers and views are fake on both channels. Because Bryan said that Missy was close to 100,000 and bam the day she had 102,000+ subscribers. So obviously he buys them.

Sort of off topic, but how do you buy subs?

& yes I agree it does seem fishy because they have almost 170,000 subs but their views are always under 70,000, majority 40,000 ... I know that not every single person who is subbed always watches their (& other YouTubers) videos, me included, but it does seem REALLY odd for the amount of subs to views ratio. ...Most YouTubers get new subs when they have babies such as Britney & she hit 100,000 subs around the time daily bumps did & she has only 120,000 subs despite Nolan being born .... :-/

I'm sure there are other ways of buying subs, but the one I know of is this website called Fiver. You pay $5 for like, 10,000 views or something. And then you can buy more views or subscribers or even comments with more money. Also, you can crowd source it. Go to Amazon Mturk and pay people .20 cents to write a comment on your video.

Probably a lot. It's all a part of online marketing- the same as things like SEO. My SO helps small companies with their web marketing, and he thinks that Bryan for sure has studied up on it and knows what he's doing. To be fair, it is a valid way to make a lot of money, which is why professional companies use methods like that, so technically Bryan is just being smart. I mean, they are succeeding and making a lot of money, obviously. But, it's still shady. Plus, the fact that he is using those methods to appeal to pre-teens is gross. Then they give all those twelve year-olds the idea that life as an adult is that simple, and they aren't even careful with their money. They also aren't very subtle about it.

Oh well I suppose that it is a smart business move but I think he's being greedy about it & making it obvious, different if he did it gradually over time.... If he is indeed doing that. .
