Re: DailyGenderDisappointment Part 24
They have 4 bedrooms. (I guess 5, counting his office. I found their house on Zillow lol) Bryan's, Missy's, Oliver's. Did they ever actually make a film room out of the last? Not like they even would have use for it...
Even iJustine, one of the originally more famous Youtubers doesn't do a special set up. She sets up her camera and 2 lights and she sits in front of a white wall.
They could have easily gotten an air mattress in that 4th bedroom (assuming it isn't for filming) or the living room if Melitha doesn't want to give up her pretty "guest" room.
They can spend $50,000 on a car but not $30 at *TARGET* for an air mattress and maybe $15 for a pump lol

This. The gender has just kind of spurred her on and given her an excuse.spacekitty wrote:I'm not surprised she's getting this many ultrasounds. Even if it was a girl, she's still going to fry her baby. Oliver was fried in her womb too. :/

For a person that has "severe anxiety" about ultrasounds, she sure does have them a lot! I guess it's different when it's for funsies.

You are about to experience a waterfall of laundry into your home with that new baby. Be prepared.js215 wrote:How do they possibly have that much laundry that she has to do a load a day? She's constantly complaining that she's behind or she just folded a crap ton. It's just my husband and I, but I only do one load a week, sometimes two. Having a baby next month but I really don't expect that to add too much on. Seems like an incredible waste of water.
It may be that they underload the machines. Of course, washing the bedding in Missy's bedroom adds a load per week.

Definitely this! Those clothes are tiny, but really add up. Babies spit up a lot, and they don't care if you've already changed them. Not to mention poopsplosions and extra outfits from peeing while you change them You will use 2 blankets a day min probably, and at least 2 burpy cloths. More if babes a big spitter.loopdeloop wrote:You are about to experience a waterfall of laundry into your home with that new baby. To sum up... that baby will add on 1-2 loads a week to your laundry from now on. Just when they start to spit less... the clothes get bigger!
Edited to add... I have a 5 month old and an 8 year old. I thought the same thing about the laundry because I'd forgotten how much it adds up! I've been behind since October because it's hard to fold/put away laundry when you have an infant that won't let you put them down. The struggle is real

Someone mentioned in the last thread something about getting the tech to type "it's a boy" if it was really a girl. I don't think they are lying about having a boy but I am also not convinced that was their ultrasound. I think Jimmy was the one who supposedly filmed it and the steady cam plus the angle didn't look right to me. We have video of our ultrasounds but nothing straight on since that is where the tech doing it is standing and the screen is angled more towards them so they can see what they are doing. It is mainly the steady cam that throws me, though I guess it wouldn't be beyond Mithy to demand they let them set up a tripod in the ultrasound room.

They don't have anything in the extra bedroom. Jackson slept in there in his pack n play when E & J visited. The room was empty. Bryan films in his office. Missy films in the kitchen or her bedroom.spacekitty wrote:They have 4 bedrooms. (I guess 5, counting his office. I found their house on Zillow lol) Bryan's, Missy's, Oliver's. I've got a 1, 4 and 6 year old, and we only do about 2-3 loads a week. My husband and kids have school (work) clothes and after school clothes. They wear the after school clothing everyday until they're visibly dirty. It is absolutely wasteful to wash clothing that's not dirty, and it makes them wear out faster. We use our towels for five baths, and the comforters only get washed once a month. Twice a month in the summer, because we can hang them outside.
I spend a bit more time sorting to make sure I'm actually only washing the dirty stuff, but it saves on water, electricity and folding time, so it's worth it.

You don't have to ask them to type it out if it's for the DVD they give as part of a package. Knowing Missy she signed up for the "works". I think it's 3 viewings with DVDs. The video would be from that, and that's why it looks so good.okcmomma wrote:Is she the one Jeni donated breast milk to?shortstop wrote:Candace from adoption option they've been trying for a 11 years. Re: DailyGenderDisappointment Part 24
The ultrasound place gave them a disc with the video of them typing "it's a boy." Did missy or Bryan say that Jimmy filmed during the ultrasound or was that just something someone here said? I just skimmed through that video but I don't remember any footage of the actual ultrasound. What would be the point in filming if they weren't going to add it in the vlog?okcmomma wrote:

Re: DailyGenderDisappointment Part 24
Well I do laundry nearly every day between cloth diapers, hubby's two outfits a day (required for work) plus whatever he wears after work, puppies, and cleaning rags, we have a lot of laundry. Using reusable cloth for a lot of my household needs may mean more laundry, but it is savingvresourcesvin the long run. Of course, doesn't Missy wear four outfits a day for no reason? At least she used too. Some things she does aeem compulsive.

Re: DailyGenderDisappointment Part 24
WTF? Missy didn't go watch Bryan because Ollie probably wouldn't be quiet, but then she ditches him with Mimi to go shopping, and has dinner and watches the show with HER family? So she had a sitter and just chose not to go be with her husband because his mom and sister were there to support him?! Bryan said Missy was hanging out with Ollie doing some shopping. It didn't sound like he knew Missy would ditch him with Mimi. Poor guy.
Ok, I know he's a big boy and could say something/stand up for himself, but his role model is Jim who is owned by Suzanne. Poor Ollie, they are teaching him to grow up and be a slave to your wife and push your own family aside. How sad.

My cousin got a video like theirs at a 4D place with her first son. I think it's like a screen recording thing they have on the machine and then they give you a diskokcmomma wrote:Is she the one Jeni donated breast milk to?shortstop wrote:Candace from adoption option they've been trying for a 11 years. Re: DailyGenderDisappointment Part 24
I'm the same. A load or two a week. At the very beginning of having my baby I did a separate load for him. But then I just started using the sensitive soap for all of us. He's almost 17 months old now, he's only thrown up once in his life. And has one little "spit up" when he was tiny. And one poopsplosion. I hope you get lucky and have a non-pukey baby. Just wanted to give you an opposite perspective from the other ladies.js215 wrote:How do they possibly have that much laundry that she has to do a load a day? I think it was someone here, or maybe in the comments, because Jimmy wasn't allowed to answer during the gender poll. That makes since though, we never paid for the dvd so I had no idea what all it entailed.mandylouwho wrote: The ultrasound place gave them a disc with the video of them typing "it's a boy."
