I had that straightener and it sucked ! It fried my hair worse then anything I've ever used. I was able to return it and bought one half the price that works 100 times bettercrowmtmom78 wrote:That straightener is $179 and the reviews aren't very good. And I love how he's so casual about it- "my watch", when it's a freaking Apple watch. And didn't they go see Beauty and the Beast before they left for Florida? So it's been missing for a while! And he only mentioned it now?cat9480 wrote:

Like not taking a $50K+ vacation the same year they've bought and remodeled a house. Who cares honestly. People vacation there every single day, if they didnt the resort would close. Just because the Daily Bumps do it were all gonna sit here and shane people who vacation to fancy places. If you can afford it then more power to you.

It's not about the expense though. Yes, people are mentioning the price, but only in regard to best value/experience for their money.Rkp65i wrote:

The GF isn't really *for* children. It's for honeymooners and retirees. It's for families with older children. There are FAR better resorts that the boys would have LOVED.
No one here really cares about the money they wasted on the fancy hotel. It's that they placed their need to show off over what was best for the kids.
And yeah, I will judge the people who vacation in "fancy places" if it's abundantly clear that everything they do is for themselves and never their kids. Bryan and Missy spend every penny on themselves and indulging in their own second childhood. They don't consider the boys at all. It's about what the adults want. And anything they do spoil the boys with is more about living vicariously through them, not what the kids would actually enjoy or need.
It's why the kids watch Disney movies instead of educational shows. Because B&M sit and watch too, and Leap Frog ABC's isn't entertaining to them.
They're selfish people.

Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
Know why I think they ended up at the GF though? I think they booked last minute and couldn't possibly stay on a regular room, and GF was the only one with suites still available. I can't imagine Missy wouldn't have much rather stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I'm sure they would have spared no expense to have a room overlooking the giraffes if they were able to! My guess is they couldn't get one, and having an impressive suite took precedence over staying at a fun resort for the kids.Theirmom wrote:It's not about the expense though. It's this need to show off all the time, that makes me sure the money getting thrown around like that is by design, and that there's no way they are saving money. I think most of us know someone like this in real life, someone who only spends money on what people will see. It's for show, and a lot of people here are buying it. B&M say in a sponsored vlog ONCE that they have a money manager, and now people assume they are millionaires who must have a hefty savings or the spending doesn't make sense. That's the thing, it doesn't add up like that. They have made good money for a hot minute, and are acting like all these purchases have come gradually. The spending is part of the image B&M use to feed their insecurities. If they had a hefty savings and a money manager, we would hear about it A LOT.

Important medical testing yet don't show or mention anything after.
I think they're are needing more cash so they're doing everything to bring in more views.
How can Ollie fall asleep anywhere like that?!?
Missy complaining about how much she LOVES and hates her new hair. Stfu. You look old as fuck still. You need Botox. Just get it.
I like how they mention the heart issues and how they're worried for Finn, no you're not you're worried about your future baby girl!! That's why you're doing testing. They make me sick. They're blogs are extremely boring.
Missy was happy that finns food stayed on his tray and didn't get on heR TABLE. Wow.

Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
And like I have said, even if they have a money "manager", that person is their employee. He/she doesn't dictate what they do with their money, just advises them. In the end they do what they want with their money, and if you want to keep working for them, eventually you shut up and just make the arrangements.
Like Theirmom and HS said, I don't side eye their staying at GF because of the expense alone. It's because all of their spending is about showing off and making up to themselves for what they think of as "deprived" childhoods. Bryan was raised by a single mom and probably didn't have all the latest toys, and Missy was raised in a fundamental Christian community and "missed out" too. And neither of them was "popular". So it's all about showing off, getting whatever they want when they want it, and not what is best for or even going to interest their kids.

Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
I will give them credit for one unselfish thing though, I do think they helped Mimi and Papa out financially.
In the beginning they all lived together because none of them could afford to live alone. Then, all of a sudden, M&P were able to afford the rent alone, and even buy their own place! This was while Jim was still working, and now he's retired and they have enough money to pay the mortgage, help Jimmy pay for school (I assume) and buy a new car? Doesn't seem likely. I think B&M helped Mimi and Papa, and that's why they got Bev a used car, because Bryan wanted to help his family too.
So while I agree B&M are selfish children, I do also think they realize the benefits of having certain people around to make their lives easier, and are willing to share the wealth to keep those people under their control.
Need a best-friend? Just buy some! Enter Jeff and Natalia. It's just that easy

Missy complains BEFORE, DURING and AFTER she does anything - so why are we not surprised she dropped some money on herself and still has an issue with it. The fact that she only picks things to do with Ollie since Finn is "clingy" is such bullshit - she just doesn't want to do anything with Finn because it requires her to chase after him!

OT but there's a thread on Mumsnet about whether it's fair for the SacconeJoly kids to be on the internet and a few commenters started slating B+M. Someone even called Finn Finnderella. Out yourselves because I know it's someone from here.

Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
The adjectives YouTubers use in their titles are annoying and unoriginal. Like using "Emotional" ad nauseum. Are people really typing "emotional" into a YouTube search to find specific videos? Even if they are, all these "emotional" titles are getting lost amongst each other. I wish they would come up with something more original than "important" or "crazy" or "scary." What about "anxiety-inducing"? Put some variety in the titles!Amelia322 wrote:Important medical testing yet don't show or mention anything after.
Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
It clearly is about the money. All this thread has been about is how theyve wasted all of their money at the Gf and how theyre crazy for spending that much a nigjt. Bullshit on the GF not being for children. Children vacation there ALL OF THE TIME! Any Disney resort is kid friendly. Yes there are probably more fun places but its not like they took them to the motel 6. Also, this vacation may have been about them but the kids had plenty of fun as seen in every vlog. I cant stand them but y'all are reaching with the complaint lately.Theirmom wrote:It's not about the expense though. People are also complaining about the spending, not just because it's to show off, but also because it's stupid. They are setting themselves up to be homeless and have to sell all their stuff, because this income isn't forever. Is that our problem? No. But i, personally, worry for the boys. They're kids. They shouldn't have to live in Mimi and Papa's guest bedroom with hardly anything let alone money for college or whatever else, all because mommy and Dada were too busy spending what money they had on useless shit.

Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
Exactly. I have actually defended them staying at expensive resorts, but I still think they are wasting money. We save for retirement, so I know just how much you need to put away LONG TERM, in order to maintain your lifestyle for the rest of your life. I just don't see B&M putting that much away, not when they are paying employees, dining out multiple times a day, buying new toys, purchasing multiple vehicles, renovating the house, travelling monthly, etc. Money does not go that far, and if you aren't careful, you can get into trouble, even with millions to spend.tintin15 wrote:People are also complaining about the spending, not just because it's to show off, but also because it's stupid. I stay at expensive hotels, but I'm not spending like that everyday. We save a lot, so that the day won't come when we can no longer afford those fancy hotels and trips with our family. I'm not keeping up with the Joneses like B&M are. Do they buy half the things they do because they want them, or because someone else did (or is planning to do) it first?

Re: DailyFirstClassAndWastingCash Part 85
Some thoughts on today's vlog...
1. That's great to let Ollie stand on the chair like that. One of these days he's going to fall backward and crack his head open.
2. Put a freaking bib on your child! That's something practical they could invest in. They always complain about how messy he gets...easy solution guys.
3. Does Ollie nap everywhere except his own bed?
4. Why does Fin not have any clothes on? Let me guess, you took off his pjs after the oatmeal mess and never bothered to put new clothes on?
5. No dinner together as a family bc B & M can't be bothered & want their "peace & quiet".
6.I'm guessing Ollie had mac & cheese for dinner since he was talking about it (but of course, only a specific type of mac & cheese). He also couldn't name any of the fruit in the bowl besides the apple. God forbid you try to give him some of those roasted veggies B was making.
7. Daily Ollie falling asleep to a movie in the toy room to end the vlog.

This is shot down every time I bring it up, but I don't think they're actually paying for many of the things we see them with. I believe a lot it is sponsored and I'm sure they receive many things from being on PR lists. Brands love these vloggers because it's cheap advertisement.

Ha. YOu know they are not saving for retirement they are hoping their 10 yr old audience will always be there to watch them to when they get to their retirement home lol. When in reality as soon as those boys get bigger their revenue is going to drop like a rock even if they have 10 more kids they will eventually run of of kids to exploit and you tube will not be this big forever . There will be something new going on. Look at vine ( i know not as big as you tube) but how many lost their lively hoods when that shut down or even source fed just closed down and all those people lost their jobs.. If they dont think it will get to them they are crazy. They will probably do a patreon and then tell their young audience to ask their parents for the credit card to support their life style. Some you tubers are already doing it ..I ( not the kid asking the parent part though LOL)Whether Maker takes 5/10/50% I agree that DB aren't saving shit for retirement. They would need to be saving an awful lot to keep their current lifestyle up indefinitely.

I'm happy bry bry is working on spelling T-O-Y
I'm starting to think they read here, too
I'm sad she has 13 mins of our undivided attention, more or less, and she has to be such a bitch about Finn. He's the cutest thing on the property.
