Well, at least CJ is being realistic. 60K is good starting pay for sure, but with their debt, two kids, her not working and house purchase, it’s basically poverty. She's so arrogant about it too, it drives me nuts. And you're right, 60K is a pretty good start but with all their student debt, a new mortgage and her sitting on her arse spending like she's a millionaire, its not going to work.

I don't know what the banking system is like in America, but in Australia you wouldn't qualify for a home loan if you've just moved states and are on your first job, with student debt, 2 dependants and a wife who doesn't work. He'd have to work at the same place for at least 6 months first and pay down some of his student loans to even have a hope of getting a mortgage on such a low income with two kids and a wife who refuses to work. Plus where is their deposit?

Here in America it’s pretty similar. Your credit score determines if you can get a loan or not, she claims her credit score is great but clearly she’s lying because they have hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, and they were dealing with some major credit card debt she said in a video.

I think it’s totally inappropriate! She used to talk about sex in front of Ireland when she was 1 and couldn’t talk in full sentences, it was still inappropriate, but not obscene as it is now that she talks in full sentences and understands full sentences.

Hey, selling makeup and making shitty YouTube videos about nothing makes her a good $500 dollars a month! Which clearly she only cares for it to cover her makeup and nails and clothes.

My husband makes great money and I don’t even buy $70 dollar swimsuits. At kohl’s you can get clothes on clearance and then have them send you coupons to your door and you can buy the 70% off clearance clothes with a 10-30% off coupon, depending on the one they send you. I always shop there or at Aeropostale, because they 100% of the time have a sale, plus you can use a coupon. I have been shopping this way since I can remember. it’s not that difficult to save tons of money. I have a baby on the way and I’ve bought all the clothes baby needs 0-12 months and all together I’ve spent probably 40% of what I would have spent if I shopped like Haleigh.

I think it's funny that Haleigh thinks she's a nutrition and exercise expert. In her nutrition videos she says that she believes protein powders are bad to which CJ says, it depends on your goals. Then she says, well I wouldn't drink them... as if she knows anything about muscle building. So even CJ disagrees that protein powders are bad for you. Not everyone wants to be a skeleton.

I'm a female amateur body builder (strength training, not crossfit, so I'm "bulky," not lean). If I didn't get more protein through a shake, I would be starving my muscles and damaging them with the amount of weightI lift and how often I lift. I think it's retarded that she thinks she can give advice in this realm. She really has no idea what she's talking about as far as athletic nutrition - and that includes weight loss through fitness.

She also thinks if 2 people were in a room together they would be safer if they both had a gun, rather than if neither of them have a gun. Then she added “what if a 3rd person had a gun and came into the room and the other 2 people didn’t have a gun” when that person asking didn’t even ask about her opinion on if one person had a gun and one did not. Obviously in that situation if one person had a gun and one person did not, the other person should have a gun. But you can’t use that to justify you saying 2 people would be safer if they both had guns rather than if both of them did not have a gun. Quite possibly the most ignorant woman alive!

And she claims she’s pro-life, but she’s also pro taking the children of people trying to immigrate illegally at the southern border from what she’s posted on Facebook. If you think you’re pro life because you don’t like how innocent babies are killed in the womb but you’re okay with innocent children being taken at the southern border, you’re not pro life. You’re a hypocrite, but not pro life.

Guys this forum is really bothering me. I work my butt off and CJ works his butt off so we can make a future for our family! CJ is working so hard going to school and studying all day, then coming home and studying again and sometimes even waking up before 5 AM! And I work my butt off sitting in traffic taking kids to school and back, doing YouTube, doing eyelashes, and being a maskcara artist. I don’t want to talk about finances but I will just say, everything we are getting out of the system, we are going to be putting back in! And I make good money from my sources of income, but it’s not enough to pay rent, buy food, especially not the food we buy, it’s a little more expensive because we know how important it is to eat organically. My husband is going to be a freaking doctor and we will be paying lots of taxes!!! I signed up for this, I am okay with CJ telling me how to eat and if I am getting off track. And CJ wants to be attracted to his wife, and I want him to be attracted to me! And I know what is best for my family. I have REASONS why I don’t vaccinate. I’m not worried about my kids getting a sickness! The ones that worry are the ones who vaccinate! I also don’t want to get into vaccines anymore but I’m NOT ignorant to the topic of vaccines, if I was I would be pro-vaccine.

They look at debt to income ratio, the types of debt you have, how much of your debt is revolving (if you're always racking your card up/using more than 60% of the limit). So. Many. Things. They aren't just gonna say "Oh! He's a doctor, he has to be loaded, here's a mortgage!" Not since the whole mortgage crisis in the early 2000s.

If they do get a loan it will for some cardboard box crap hole in some ghetto neighborhood that’s not nearly as nice as the rather nice apartment they’re living in right now and racking up some serious debt paying for
