I didn't watch this video because I don't care for Randy. Are you serious? He bathed her?lynnd wrote:Just watched the "Day in the life of Randy". I really didn't like that he bathed Hazzel.
No. Not okay.

Lol no, I bitch about my job all the time. I even bitch to my boss. I hate it.alyshamne wrote:I get what you're saying, but isn't publicly discussing your grievances like that defamation? I get everyone might be unhappy with their job at some point, but usually it's kept offline. This is what I was trying to get at. I'm in the same boat (Australia, supermarkets, woo!). I can hate my job all I like, but can't take it to social media to discuss because I signed the agreement. Instant dismissal if they find out, I believe.staceybrax wrote:It depends on who you work for too. I've worked for a big supermarket change in Australia and you have to sign an agreement when you start working there saying that you won't say anything about your work online. One of the department mangers got fired because he wrote something on Facebook about how his job was sucking the life out of him and he hated it.
Yup, I've seen this happen many many times. It's one thing to vent to your friends or family, but she's venting in a social media where she has thousands of followers. I'm sure that if someone contacted her boss and showed her what she said, she'd be in a lot of trouble.staceybrax wrote:It depends on who you work for too. Yes he did. Haylee was at work and randy bathed her. Idk. You can never be too careful with your littles.geezeeuss wrote:I didn't watch this video because I don't care for Randy. Are you serious? I wasn't trying to say that you can't hate your job/say that you hate it, but more that companies might have agreements like that to protect their brand. If Haylee's work did, she would be in serious trouble for that video.

No, I agree. I'm not insinuating that he would ever do anything inappropriate, but he's not her father. He has no reason to see her naked. Haylee could bathe her when she got home, or the next morning.lynnd wrote:Yes he did. Haylee was at work and randy bathed her. Idk. Um, yes in fact your boss can fire you for disliking your job in the US. Haylee is not protected by a union and labor laws are fairly weak in the US. Bosses can fire workers for pretty much any reason. And if you are let go for cause (i.e. fired) you do not qualify for unemployment benefit. Haylee would be wise to stop discussing her job on social media. What she says on social media will never go away (even if she deleted all the accounts) and prospective employers do look at candidates' social media in making hiring decisions. Her public twitter account does not paint a nice picture of her. Basically Haylee is a low-skilled, poorly educated worker who is in competition with all the other low-skilled poorly educated workers in the US. If her boss finds someone who is more committed and enthusiastic about work, Haylee is toast.Yue195 wrote:Yeeeeeeaaaah- your boss can't fire you for disliking your job. Sorry. Off topic a bit and personal, so just keep scrolling if you don't like those posts.... My husband and i were just talking about this sort of thing last night. We want to have another baby and if it is a girl, are considering the name "Amelie". It is french for "Emily". We both wonder if it is too "euneek" though. Thoughts? It would be pronounced like "Emily" with a short "A" sound. Maybe it is one that would be pronounced incorrectly. We live in Canada though and close to the Quebec border so it may not look too out of place or "euneek". People might know how to pronounce it.MakeupGirly wrote:To me, the name would be pronounced like Dazzle. I think she should have just kept the name Hazel. One of my pet peeves is when people take nice names and try and make them ''yuneeq''. Otherwise, I do think she is a good Mother to Hazzel. Before she had her she was on the wrong path, smoking marijuana and drinking. Now she has left that all behind, even her friends because she's grown up and is concentrating on her baby. I don't think she will have another baby any time soon since her uterus fell out a couple of times the last time.
If I saw Amelie I would probably end up pronouncing it "A molly" but because you are from an area with a lot of French Canadiens I don't think it would be pronounced wrongRipley wrote:Sorry.
