Hey there! Yes I have a few screen shots. I will post them, however without the pictures. I do not want to make the situation worse and in my eyes she herself should not post pictures of the daughter she gave up for adoption. Also even though she claims a copyright on her images and her buddy over there is saying she has gotten legal advice, her photos can be shared. Instagram has this great button that allows you to send the photo to anyone hence share it. Legally if the owner of the Instagram is 18+ they enter into a contract with image am that grands Instagram rights to the photos they post and they can be shared. Even when watermarked... I however won't contribute to the drama. So here are the caption shits.

Is anyone else laughing at her attempt to "copyright" her photos? It seems kind of like when that Facebook scam thing was going around and people were making their status things like "I hearby do not give Facebook permission to use my statuses, photos, etc blah blah." There is no way that what she is doing is going to stop someone who really wants to repost the pictures. If it were that easy then I'm sure celebrities and other people would use that method. It just looks like hopeful, poor, Photoshop.

When someone adds a copy write symbol to there photo () it then becomes illegal to share. Instagram is covering them selves saying there not responsible for what others do to your image. The fact is its copy written. For everyone making a huge deal just as easy as it is for "her to not post them" you guys can just not share them. Plain and simple. She doesn't care what you say. She just doesn't want other people posting pictures of B respect it and find something else to pick apart about her.

Because friends stick up for each other and support each other and that's what I'm doing by passing along messages and just letting Caroline know if anything about B gets posted, I use it because I'm a good friend personally I think this site is extremely childish and if expect this sort of behaviour from a first year in high school not fully grown women like yourselves but you do thinks for your friends even if you don't really like it

Yep. Because logic, right? Lol. I guess this is her way to assert some control of the situation. Since she probably feels out of control about the forum. If she was really THAT worried she wouldn't post pics at all. But at least on her new Instagram she isn't lying. Yet. She doesn't quite answer if Brynlee was planned but she doesn't outright lie like she has been and say she was an accident. Progress?!

Can I just say she has posted some picture publicly on Facebook. No water marks. She has been posting pictures of B for a long time. If she does not want them to be spread than she should never post them publicly. Make a scrap book and show friends and family. Keep it off public social media.

Actually a copyright does not require the "c" symbol as of March 1, 1989. And any form of art work, architecture, books,audio becomes a copyright the moment that it's finished. Again, does not need the symbol. However if you choose to have a symbol appear on the product or what not you need to include your full legal name or DBA and the year the copyright was created. Also, if your work is shared and you are given credit then there is no law broken... No one here is stealing her images and claiming them as their own. If I took a picture of her daughter and said its my daughter than we have an issue.. And sadly that's something that she's done, that plenty of fake IG moms have done.

We are all pretty respectable people here and aren't going to hurt anyone, we gossip. We have every right to do that. If we wanna see pictures of her and her kid all we need to do is look up her social media.

Investigate her and find things go ahead she doesn't care all she asked is that no one post pictures of B. Honestly that could have just been ignored given that none of y'all did but no everyone try's to turn it into something bigger. If someone wants to see a pic of B there more then welcome to her PUBLIC page. I don't see what you guys aren't getting.
