He should be scared, but after seeing his LSA post yesterday I'm now thinking he's actually in denial. He seems way too sure that it will be just as simple as coming back. His cred is shot.
Honesty, after reading the LSA thread I can see why all those ladies had such a mad hate on for him. He was clearly antagonizing them.
If Bryan started trolling the DB board, insulting everyone and throwing around how he makes 6 figures, I doubt he'd have a lot of sympathy and support if porn videos were discovered. That shit would spread like wildfire (even though NO ONE would want to see it).

I was thinking the same thing. Only thing I can think of is I remember seeing some where she was from New York City maybe she lives in a building with a bad connection.

ThIS! So in line with my thoughts...SaltandBurn wrote:I really like your reasoning in your post and totally agree how the bad decisions of one person can really harm the reputation of a whole group.imnottired wrote:And I just want to say this...because it's really bothering me.
People like Sam and Austin are the kind of people that give Christianity a bad name. I really hate that these are the kinds of people that are promoting Christianity on social media, when they obviously fail to grasp the concept. Especially with their viewers being preteens, it gives a bad impression of what Christianity is and what a marriage is.
Austin, if you're reading this, pay attention.
Just because "we're all sinners" and "God has already forgiven me" doesn't give you a free pass to do whatever the hell you want. It's a cop out, honestly. I understand you're angry, but you have no one to blame in this situation but yourself. I understand you want this to go away, but unfortunately, it probably won't for a while. I understand that you feel like you need to do damage control, but it's making things worse. If my friend was in this situation, I would tell them to do this: Delete (or private to just family and close friends) all social media. Make a video on YouTube explaining that you are taking some time away to work on your marriage, what you did was wrong, a genuine (as possible) apology to your viewers about the situation (not too much into detail). Don't bring God into it at all, except if you want to ask people to pray for you and your family. I would take a 6 month break at least, to let all of this blow over.
And Austin, if you are a true and perfect Christian, like you act and claim to be, this would've never happened. I know everyone makes mistakes, but this wasn't a mistake. This was a 5 month affair that you had with another woman, you sent 4 videos (I think?) to her with explicit content, you sent her money, you sent her emails with songs that reminded you of her, you sent her lingerie to wear in her videos - and that's all we know right now. This was an intentional affair, not just online and not just emotional.
And Britt, you can pray for "all the haters spreading hate", but that makes you look just as ignorant as Austin. I know you're embarrassed about this, but that doesn't warrant a holier than thou attitude. You can stand by your man all you want, but don't put down people using Christianity to make yourself look like a good person. And Britt, it's great that you want to take him back after this, you're a much more forgiving person than I am, but if it happened again I would seek other options.
On another note, it seems that Austin isn't satisfied with his marital sex life. I don't think it's Britt's fault either. I urge both of you to go to a counselor (not in a church) that can give you options to help with that situation.
I also want to point out though that I think it is SO much easier to tarnish the Christian reputation than people think.
For example, before/after Calvin, I remeber Ellie mentioning things like deserving a baby or "Gods plan". Which I hate because, what about all the women who stay infertile.. are they less deserving? They must wonder why it isn't in their "plan".
It really rubs me the wrong way when people do that. They think they aren't harming anyone, when really they might be.
Just my two cents...
Okay thanks! I tuned out with all the sinner talk.parryhotter wrote:I think they said on that video that it would be this coming Monday that they'd start back again. We'll see.

When I watched them the first time, they weren't monetized. Idk about right this moment. When the sam and nia scandal hit, and a lot of you tubers talked about it, some of their videos were monetized. It wouldn't bother me either way.bffb3 wrote:Does anyone know if the interviews are being monetized? I find it disgusting that this Tali woman could be earning money out of this.
Who is this woman anyway? A woman Dr Phil? More like a woman Jeremy Kylie!bffb3 wrote:Does anyone know if the interviews are being monetized? I find it disgusting that this Tali woman could be earning money out of this.
I get why people are thinking she might be trying to make money, but regardless if its monetized or not, it doesn't really matter because she's making next to nothing. That's not how monetized vids work. if they are monetized she's not making much AT ALL. like you have to have thousands of views, and then you make a little. and you only get paid through monetization when you've made 115.00 until then, they just hold it until you hit that amount. I don't think a lot of viewers really understand how it works or how hard it is to actually make money off youtube. It's very unstable and again, next to nothing unless you're getting mad hits. even then you would have to suppliment with sponsers etc for it to be worth while. I dunno, just a little insight, because these videos and the views she has not made enough to make any difference lol. I think she just likes gossip and took an oppertunity to start a channel...mommadee wrote:Who is this woman anyway? A woman Dr Phil? I feel she has some connection to the alleged other woman. Perhaps they are trying to cash in, on Austins embarrassment.

Exactly. She'll make about 1-2 dollars per 1k for reference for anyone worried about her making a killing. And for half the time she had the video up she didnt even have it monitized. And like the PP said...they dont pay you til you make the $100 thresholdIdunnowhyimhere wrote:I get why people are thinking she might be trying to make money, but regardless if its monetized or not, it doesn't really matter because she's making next to nothing. I asked because I saw that she's been sharing the link with anyone that sends her a tweet, even when you know from their tweets that they have seen it already. She's way too invested, like she's taking advantage of the situation to grow her youtube channel. She might not make a dollar but at least she seems to be trying. I don't really care about her but I don't like people who do that.Idunnowhyimhere wrote:I get why people are thinking she might be trying to make money, but regardless if its monetized or not, it doesn't really matter because she's making next to nothing.
