I do wonder how much they are making now. Even by the middle range of the SocialBlade estimates they certainly hit the jackpot just by having a baby. YIKES! It really sends a crazy message that baby = YT success. Granted, all these huge views might go away as they continue to be boring and rely on click-bait titles.
VidIQ tends to run a bit more accurate as far as income estimates.
These are the stats on their channel. Remember, about 30% of that goes to fullscreen, depending on their contract. Obviously they have sponsorships and babyleague earnings, but they aren't making money hand over fist. (For comparison, DB makes about 84k monthly, according to vidIQ, not counting their other channels or brand deals)
Yes, that estimate makes more sense. After Fullscreen's take and taxes, it's probably more like $3000 a month from YT (AdSense) earnings. I guess it's decent for people who work from home, but they really must have been making pennies before June arrived.

I think given the surge in views and partnerships post-baby, they're probably living comfortably right now, only because they essentially work for themselves and don't have outside childcare costs. But I don't know what kind of debt they're in in terms of student loans and previous credit card debt. They'll have to get out from under that if they ever want a car loan or a mortgage. But more importantly, I don't know what kind of longevity their channel has. Their videos with baby league are boring and not informative. Their daily vlogs are boring. They have no onscreen charisma. They have friends who are YouTube famous and that's why they've had growth. But they're so combative with commenters, they whine and complain all the time, and they just don't try very hard to make their videos interesting.

I thought they mentioned Corbin's family was visiting last weekend. I think his parents have said they don't want to be on camera and they didn't film their visit.

I think Kelsey's sister was the "family" they hinted at coming to visit. Corbin's parents used to be in the vlogs (when they dropped off the car at the beach, Lake Powell, trips to Idaho, etc.) I think there's some rift and that's why they haven't come to visit. Even when his parents brought them the car, Corbin said he'd see them at the holidays and then they literally spent one night at their house a week before the holidays and LEFT - and that was the last time they saw them.

I wonder if Corbin threw a tantrum about having to return the car or his parents expected them to stay longer?? I mean, his mom didn't even show up for the baby shower. Something must be off.

Did Corbin really not know that that tree was a cherry blossom tree? They're only one of the most iconic spring trees in the freaking world.

I wonder how old Jenna is. She looks 10+ years older than Kelsey.

Didn't that cottage/holiday house they stayed in for a few weeks before they moved in to this apartment belong to Corbin's parents? I can't remember if they said or not.

I just had a random thought. Maybe the reason they are spending a ton of money on renting a car is because they don't want to get into a car payment and then not be able to pay it. I don't think Kelsey likes YouTube, and they may be unsure of how well they are going to be doing in the future.

No, it wasn't his parents' vacation house...I think his aunt and uncle.

Ah, Kelsey's sister must have been the family visit they were referring to. For some reason I thought it was Crobin's parents. I know his parents have been on the vlog in the past, but I wonder if they've recently said they don't want to be on the vlog. I thought this might be the case because I noticed that when they mentioned family visiting that weekend they were several days behind on vlogs and I thought they did that so that Corbin's family could visit without being filmed and they'd still have footage. But maybe Kelsey's sister had to push her visit back and that's why they were talking about family visiting that weekend, a week or two ago, with no sign of visitors. Either they've asked not to be mentioned, or there's a big rift there. It could be anything. Maybe Corbin did throw a fit when his parents wouldn't permanently give him their car. Maybe they didn't take proper care of the beach condo. It would have to be something pretty big, or lots of little things adding up to a big fight, for grandparents not to visit their new grandchild after previously having a good relationship with their son.

Well, I just checked Corbin's mom's FB page and she isn't FB friends with Corbin or Kelsey (but she is with her other kids and her husband). It appears she once was because she's commented on Kelsey's FB page in the past.

That's really weird.

Yeah the baby is supposed to be able to extend their legs and you aren't supposed to nurse them while swaddled but these two are so clueless.

As for Corbin's parents are they trump supporters maybe? K&C seem like the type who would unfriend people over that

I was actually thinking about that today. I'm about to go on maternity leave (yay! thank god!) and I was like -I have a toddler boy and we're expecting identical twin girls, that's kind of an interesting family, right? i should start a youtube channel!'. Obviously I'd never do that because when you put that much of your life out there you can never get that privacy back (not to mention your kids' privacy!) but it really does seem like in the last couple of years anyone can get a following on yt...especially if they have a kid. Before I think people were sort of afraid because you had to be really funny, charismatic, interesting, or good looking but now with daily vlogs no one has to come up with content so anyone can make money!

On the flip side after a certain point of success it's all you can do to make money. How would you get a regular job after 5 years worth of family vlogging every detail of your life? Then again, that's probably not a concern for Corbin and Kelsey since neither of them have any inclination to get real jobs...

Don't bother now. YouTube just changed its rules, and you need 10,000 lifetime views to be _considered_ for monetization. The salad days of anyone being able to start a channel and start making money are over. The way they're doing it now is that once you have the views, they're going to accept the application to be a "partner" and then decide whether or not your content is "acceptable". It's a reaction to the advertisers pulling support from the platform, and supposedly gives YouTube more control over "unacceptable" content and copyright infringements.
But you have the right idea anyway-- once you give that privacy away, you can't get it back. I wonder if the falling out that we're thinking they had with Corbin's family has anything to do with them exploiting June for money. I would be pissed if my kids did that. But I would try to stay involved to protect her.

Kelsie called the 4 weeks = 1 month a "newbie parent mistake"

Half of me wishes that the government would just forgive their students loans because they obviously didn't learn a damn thing. How can two college educated adults be so damn stupid?

Edit: not bashing those who didn't go to college. I know plenty of people who didn't and are perfectly successful and educated.

But these two went and are still dumber than the camera they film with.

These two are hopeless! I nannied 13yrs then taught in the baby toddler portion of a Montesorri school for few years and NEVER in my life have l seen two people who as lost and clueless about what parenting actually entails and how to care for a baby! What the heck is writ with Corbin what a whiner baby. "June has to do her tongue excercises 4x a day! Everyday!!!!" I pray June doesn't wind up with special needs. My son is Aspbergers and no that's not the kind of thing you think happening about when your pregnant.... nor should you probably. But l think you should be adult enough prior to having a kid to consider the fact that you are signing up to raise a human being and come what may you are in. You have to be you signed up for it! Speech therapy, Occupational Therapy, equine therapy, daily tantrums at 10yrs old.... the list goes on: Tnats my life +a 12yr old with a boat load of care and things that pertain to her that l need to py attention to, plus a 6yr old boy who is well.... a 6 yr old boy. I don't bitch l don't complain. Why because l chose this life l choice to bring these kids in to this world. HE HAS NO IDEA the things he's gonna have to do 4x a day! 27x a day! Any special needs aside wait until they have to potty train her! Bitch fest on YouTube for all to hear! Okay rant over sorry! I just think so many people would literally saw off an arm or leg or give up all their possessions to be able to have a gotgerou baby like June. Wake up Corbin all around you...blessings. A perfectly healthy rosy cheeked baby. A woman who (for some unbeknown reason) has loved you since childhood. And he bitches about EVERYTHING! Okay now l am really done promise.

Testify! You pretty much said it...Anything I would add would be personal, so thanks for putting it so eloquently!

And believe me, all the work you're putting in with your son, especially the equine therapy, is going to be worth it. My son has Aspergers, and we worked very hard with him, and he's been accepted at Montana State university, and is in Army medic training right now to go back to the Montana National Guard to pay for his school. Feel free to PM me anytime.

Yes, it's shocking that Corbin supposedly works part-time for a church (which they obviously don't attend) and he acts so ungrateful ALL the time. He's a total arrogant jerk. I wonder if they will ever address why Corbin's family - including his siblings - haven't come to visit. I get the feeling no one in either family likes Corbin very much!!!!

We got her to one month, seriously that came out of his mouth I cannot believe he talks to his daughter like that! What does he think happens with babies, if she hadn't made it to a month she would not be here does he even think before he opens his mouth! Never mind I know that answer!

I'm stuck on the fact that they mentioned AGAIN that they think/want June's hair to be blonde and curly.... I want to see pictures of them as kids because I can't believe that they both had "bleach blond" hair like Corbin said, especially after seeing Kelsey's black head of hair as a newborn. Clearly their daughter has lots of melanin. Am I crazy or does anyone else not think her hair will ever turn blond/curly?
