Missy, the animal lover, scammed a horse ranch (though I guess she did give them money eventually). Let's not forget that. I doubt giving the animals away has anything to do with wanting what's best for them. It's like Finn's naps, it's all about what works best for Missy.
But the only one truly given away was he rooster. Lol

She just left Claire and Leo living where they were living and I guess yea she gave Zuri away but it's still with family.

I just think that is different then like giving them away to a stranger or an animal shelter or something.

While it is different, it's still mean. It would be one thing if, like Cassie, she and Bryan lived somewhere where they couldn't have pets. But they took Karma, because he was the pet they most recently got and they're smart enough to know they would be REAMED if they get rid of him. They're clearly bored of the poor guy now.

Missy got pets. She chose Claire, she chose Leo, and she left them. She could have taken them with her, but they were older, so she didn't want to. Honestly, I don't think she even likes cats. She's one of ~those~ dog people. I prefer dogs, too, but I have a cat who is basically my daughter lol I think I can forgive her for Leo because it seems like he and Mimi are attached to each other, but there's no excuse for Claire. There's no real excuse for Zuri except that Missy didn't like her tbh.

It seems like the only animals she can form ANY attachment to are her chickens. Why chickens? What is it about those chickens that she loves so much? I mean, if I had chickens, I would love them, too...but I also love my other pets. And I'm sure I would love my children, if I had any.

On another note, is Claire Bear still alive??? I think Leo is still kicking, but I haven't heard about the cat in years.

I think Claire got out when Mimi moved and never came back. I know they said he was missing, and after that he was never mentioned again

It never occurred to me before, but it's kinda funny that Missy wanted a female cat and ended up with a male one. Wonder if that changed her opinion of him?

I think she likes the chickens because they aren't much work. Papa does most of the cleaning right? She can pack up and go away and not worry about them. Someone is clearly taking care of them for her, and no one gives her grief for leaving them because they don't have to go to a boarders like the dogs.

Right! She did the same thing with ollie. At that age he does not need to be sleeping so much. My son is finns age and there is no way he would take 2 naps a day and still sleep at night lol. He wakes up at 7am, has one 2 hour nap 11am-1pm and goes to bed at 9:30pm. (Which i know is considered late to some but thats just what works for us)

I only watched a few seconds of the chick's hatching - I knew Bryan and Missy would make it seem like they were doctors delivering babies the whole time. The only thing that grossed me out was that they kept going in their barefoot and walking around their house after. Do you think anyone washed their hands? Also - do you think Bryan would ever pick up something from Ollie's plate and take a massive bite? He only did that because it was Finn - although I would love to see Ollie throw a massive tantrum and Bryan calm him down by buying him an entire rack of toys from Target!

Bryan saying he made French Toast from "scratch" actually cracks me up - like it's 3 ingrediants, calm down!! Missy appears later in her choker and tank saying she's going to Church....looks like she was going to a party to me!! The ending of today's vlog was so weird.....Finn is standing on that IKEA chair for the longest time and Missy could see him too and then she claimed she should get him before he gets hurt...yeah he could have fallen 10 times by then!! She said Finn is saying so many words and all we hear is "gugh" and "bahh" - maybe she is hearing voices in her head because her other "toddler" speaks fluently according to her!!

I guess I just genuinely feel different. Also they hadn't recently got Karma. Missy has had Karma for years.

But when I moved out of my dads house I left my cats behind. It wasn't because I didn't want them or couldn't have them. That was their home and my dad loved them it just felt like the right thing to do. I still say them and all that though.

Also, I didn't mean that they had gotten Karma recently when they moved out of Mimi and Papa's, but he was the most recent. Leo is now in his very elder years and I think Claire Bear was decently older? So Karma was the most recent pet of theirs, so Missy still liked him.

She obviously couldn't care less now. She used to love him so much more on the vlogs. Now? Nothing.

They referred to both of the cats as she though. Weird.

I mean not that it matters. Cats don't understand gender. Lol

Ummm, never. They also did a dessert binge with Ollie at Vlogger Fair, because "Finn takes up so much of our time changing his diaper". Yes, they actually said that. What a burden that child is.
The thing is, if Finn gets two seconds of screen time, the minions who worship Ollie start saying that Finn gets more attention! I don't know how they see that...

How hard is it to change a diaper? Take off, wipe, put new one on. Repeat in a hour or so.

Ollie would never last in my house. I would have been pissed if my kid sat on the French toast. I would love to know how sleep deprived he is when he edits these vlogs.. thinking this stuff is cute or funny
No wonder kids have no respect or fear of consequences.. #parentinggoals thinks everything is hilarious.

When I raised animals for slaughter they lived a great life and weren't tortured or in pain. Missy's chickens are the only thing the girl does right. Complain about her lazy parenting instead. Lol

Yep. Vegetarian. Can we stop with the slaughter talk. K, thanks.

They gave away the rooster.... Missy had reasons.

Gave away Claire.... Missy had reasons.

Gave away Leo.... Missy had reasons.

Gave away Zuri.... Missy had reasons.

But sure, everyone is supposed to praise Missy for how she looks after her pet chickens Image
I agree. Vegan and don't really care to talk or read about slaughtering animals, just here for the gossip Image

Maybe I should tell him that my special needs daughter can make French toast.

And never saying "no" is exactly why the kids think Bryan and Missy are #parentinggoals. They never say no, they buy him toys and candy all the time, and let him have all the screen time he wants. What kid wouldn't want Bryan and Missy for parents? No time outs, no punishment, no chores. Just Disneyland, gummy food and Hatchimals all day long.

When it appears is different for different people.

I was talking to my husband (who has narcolepsy and cataplexy) about how Ollie sleeps everywhere and is in a deep sleep plus has times where he just zones out and how similar it is to my husband on his bad days.

Totally a possibility and it is honestly something you can not do much for. I am always sad for the younger kids who have narcolepsy :(

Don't adopt a pet if you're so willing to part with them.

I can have my opinion just as you have yours. How someone treats their animals is absolutely something I'm going to judge and "hate on." Fair enough if you disagree, but that doesn't make my opinion any less valid.

When Missy gives the next rooster away I'll feel the same way... and when she ultimately gives Luna away. Yes giving them away will be the best decision for Luna, but that still won't mean Missy isn't guilty of collecting animals only to eventually lose interest when they are no longer cute.
I have to hand it to Cassie, I think she only left Koda because she moved to an apartment that doesn't allow dogs. She put out a video a couple weeks ago saying she was moving to a place where she could take Koda. Still weird that she wasnt all that concerned about it, but at least she had a reason unlike Missy (the rooster attacking was a reason, but still so uncaring and the other animals there were no reasons for) and she's happy to take him back.
Yeah, I don't think Cassie's plan was ever to abandon Koda. Plus, in my opinion, any time someone under the age of 18 gets a pet, it is really the PARENTS' animal. The kid can call it their animal and take on most of the care, but the parents are ultimately responsible if the child can/will no longer care for the animal. So I don't think it's too terrible that Cassie left Koda with her parents when she went to college - her parents knew when they allowed her to get Koda that she was not going to be living wit them forever and there was a possibility that she would not be able to take Koda to a dorm or apartment. If every kid who had a childhood pet refused to leave the pet with their parents to go to college, schools would have no students! While it's absolutely important for kids to understand that pets are forever commitments, it's also unrealistic to expect a kid not to go to college or start a career because they can't take the animal with them. Instead, the parents need to expect that the animal will be theirs once the kid goes to school. If parents aren't willing to be in that situation, then they need to say no the pet or consider a different animal that would be a better fit for their family.

If Cassie had gotten Koda as an adult and not planned for him to stay with her for the rest of his life, then that's entirely another story. I actually think she's being quite responsible with her animal compared to Missy and Bryan, and being able to support herself in her own apartment that allows pets (an added expense) as a only sophomore is actually pretty impressive. I teach college students, and this is definitely not the norm.

Oh, Bryan. I'm not judging your for your messy pantry. I'm judging for the amount of Pringles in there.

I have a feeling showgirl Elsa is going to be sent to the "subjective dairy farm" with the boys because she's weird-looking. You know Missy is gleeful at the prospect of sending those boys away.

Bryan is really aggressive with the linking to old videos lately. I really think this is the beginning of the end. They are starting to seem a bit desperate with the gimmicky kids content every day and constantly trying to get people to click on old vlogs.
