One comment on the latest Instagram post is asking if she would consider using reusable straws. She says ‘sorry no’. There was a subsequent reply to her ‘sorry, no’ comment from a different user saying that she should be sorry as this is about her children’s future and that she should reconsider using reusable straws given her addiction to coffee. Kendal deleted that comment.
She is an absolute bitch. I am no Greta, but as a family we do our best to recycle everything that can be recycled and we use reusable straws. Why? Because every little helps. If she spent an hour in the Jupiter Turtle rescue sanctuary she would she the devastation a plastic straw can cause to a turtle. And of course she could look at the bigger picture and see the damage that plastic is causing to animals on land and in water. I find it incredible that she isn’t educating her kids on the necessity of recycling and reusing. And she’s such a wonderful (I jest) homeschool mother and a huge influence on so many kids. If these kids see Kendal Rich as an influencer, they also see that she doesn’t recycle. If I were Kendal I would be jumping on the ‘no plastic’ bandwagon and using her influencer status to educate thousands of kids. She might find that she gains even more credibility and even more followers. And at the same time, doing something to help the environment. She makes me sooooooo angry! Her attitude stinks!

And just to add....we visited the Jupiter turtle sanctuary last year and my kids, (same age as her kids) were hugely impacted by it. They donated their own pocket money upon exiting the exhibition and refuse now to use ‘throw away’ straws....and we live in a landlocked country! Not a drop of ocean for hundreds of miles!

I can't wait to see how she handles things when plastic straws are banned in Florida. But, you can't expect too much from a woman who uses paper plates at home. And tin foil cup cake tins.

I mean not using reusable straws is one thing, but the way she replies to people is just so rude. Like these are the people who watch your videos and essentially make you the money you love to flaunt. Just be conscientious of how you are wording what you say to people. She acts worse than a teenager

And why if she has been sick for two weeks is it suddenly so urgent that she need to go to urgent care and not to a pediatrician or GP? And is it normal in the US that an insurance company won’t cover the cost of medication for a child? Or do they have no insurance? And why are allergy tablets so expensive anyway? In Switzerland all medication is covered by insurance.

I was thinking the same thing... I don't understand why these people don't have a regular doctor for their kids, why is it always an urgent care? So they can get views for the click bait? For the medication... depending on what type of insurance you have for medication, depends on how much they'll pay for different medications. Some insurances will decline paying for a medication at all, and make your doctor prescribe you something else.. or send them information on why it HAS to be that particular medication and only that medication. (I have to deal with this a lot because of allergies and have to fight my prescription insurance all the time!). The medication sounds like it's newer, to be that expensive and their insurance only wanting to give them... what was it?? $20-$40 off?? Either that or they don't have very good prescription insurance.

Why is Evie so scared of getting her nose and throat swabbed? It's the easiest of tests... it's not like they took blood. She seriously acts like a baby when it comes to the doctor and eating vegetables. I roll my eyes every single time she whines about going to the doctor or eating veggies. She needs to grow up already! I bet all 4 of her siblings can take it better than she can!

I agree with everything you say...and why is her mother sitting in bed in the middle of the day? And why is her mother treating Evie like a baby? The girl is 15 years old!
Regarding your feedback on insurance, that sounds like a nightmare! While health insurance in Switzerland is expensive for adults, for kids it’s ok I think. We pay around 100 a month per child but that covers everything, including 75% of the cost of orthodontal work which is amazing because braces cost a fortune!

I think she's just lazy.. but, apparently she was "packing" haha that house doesn't look very packed, for as much as they've been packing... I know it's typical for parents, especially mom's to baby their kids, when they're sick... but, she babies Evie all the time! Shows her favor in their challenges by giving her extra turns. It's sad that she treats her more of a baby than the real baby of the family.

Exactly! And I wonder about Kendal and her nursing degree. Seriously, it’s not hard to distinguish between the flu or strep and allergies. For one with flu or strep, you run a temperature and it can be a very high one. Evie would not even remotely feel like getting out of bed and doing a challenge or riding to Starbucks. Secondly, if this has been going on for two weeks, as much as they are all together the whole family would have fallen victim to it. Then third, if suspected the flu or strep why was she exposing other people to it by taking Evie out every where. I’m a nurse as well and all of that is common knowledge.

There is no way that Kendal can have a nursing degree and not know what strep is like. With strep the patient is sick! The throat has white patches and she would run a high fever. Anybody who spends as much time on her phone as she does would certainly know this just by using a search engine.
On her own Instagram she wrote ....the world needs more Brinny’s. Way to go you homeschooling mother...you can’t even use the apostrophe correctly!
I also did some research into Disney’s FamJam and from what I can see, they did not pass the auditions. There was something on the Ellen show and I think the participants were there too...family Rich was not among them.

I commented on her Instagram (very politely) if she ever considered filming fun things to do in Florida. She told me that I needed to watch her vlogs and then she attacked me when I told her that I do watch her vlogs. After she attacked me I apologized (even though it wasn’t my fault) and told her I didn’t mean to upset her and that it’s sad she’s so defensive. She deleted my comments after so maybe she felt bad? People should be able to take a bit of constructive criticism, the fact that she can't... and assumes that everyone is a troll or something, even when they are nice about how they say it, says a lot about her character. She's supposed to be very religious? She certainly doesn't act it. Well... actually, she acts like some of the women from my old church.. hypocrites, so... yeah, I guess she fits in with that crowd.
