That makes total sense. I was thinking it likely was an extra expense just like looking for termites or checking for radon. I highly doubt rash and justine sprung for the extra expense, then.

I've never purchased a home but didn't they have their inspection before closing?

What do they do during the inspections? How did they look pass a broken water pipe...

It wasnt broken before they moved in, in the vlog they say they've had the sprinkler system on since they moved so it would have had to have happened during the night or first thing in the morning

On the vlog today, I didn’t know whether to laugh or roll my eyes. Justin bumped into the chandelier! How did he miss it?? It’s in the middle of the room. He hit the side of his head not like he was on the floor and stood up. Dumbarse! Apparently trashelle has done the same thing.

Just that “I want a gallery wall somewhere” whine in today’s vlog. Want want want want want. All these plans for things they want or hope to have. I can’t remember the last time they talked about being grateful, or reflected, looked back on something they once had that they weren’t badmouthing on.

Idk when they’ll wake up and realized that YouTube is temporary and to smell the roses. They’ve clearly rushed into a lot of things, but it’s not too late to stop where they are right now and just enjoy what life they’ve built together. Be happy with Emma while it’s just you three. Work on your marriage. You have a roof over your heads. But no. Pools and vacations and renovations and “I can’t wait till this”. It’s sad.

Also my favorite part of yesterday’s vlog is when they said they are gonna paint that round mirror black again. They bought a black mirror, spray painted it white and now they are gonna spray it black again lol.

Yeah I agree... I'll probably get shunned for this but I think the house is actually in their name. the "proof" going around isn't updated and this a 20+ year old house we're talking about. It probably has quite a few owners tied to it over the years.

It might not of been the best financial decision ever but I think they're stupid and they actually purchased this expensive home even tho it ain't worth it

It bugs me so much to see how dark there house is. Like girl, open up the blinds! It seems so cold and unwelcoming in there.
Also, I find it incredibly stupid how majority of YouTubers have quit their job once they started making decent money. Like do they realize that YouTube won’t be around forever.
