Kendal just posted on Instagram re:Cameron and his parents- “one day when a sheriff knocks on their door they’re going to have to face a reality they’ve wanted to ignore.”

IMO I think Kendall is alluding to the fact that Cameron took advantage of EV, his parents denied it because he is a “good, church going boy who loves God” and Kendal is threatening legal action. This could be why K&D took EV to west palm- they went to see a lawyer to talk about pressing charges.

We need self tanner because we have not been going to get spray tans

We got Tijuana Flats and that was a real treat because we’ve been cooking at home
Evie needs to get a job (either in comments or on IG someone asked why she doesn’t upload more videos and Kendal said it’s because YouTube doesn’t pay enough money)

However, I’m happy that they are actually doing something about it and not just running themselves into the ground. Someone needs to keep an eye on the web and see if they are paying their taxes or if they default on mortgage payments. I’m not even sure where I’d need to look to find that information but I know in some states it’s publicly available

ABCDEFU is very very clearly directed at Dominick, his sister and his Mom. I’m not in the least bit surprised that Evie has drama in her tumbling group

Obviously the banners hanging around the gym (which appealed so much to Evie when she went to trial there) come from these small competitions where the teams are pretty much guaranteed a win, a jacket, a ring and a banner. FC is just a marketing machine. They like to pretend they’re really successful on the competition circuit but actually they’re just clever about where they go to compete.

They’re driving to Regional summit with Kapri. That’s over 1000km each way! For sure Kendal and Kapri are going. But I’m not sure about the rest of the family. Surely Brinley and Evie have cheer practice. Will Kendal make Daniel drive to Myrtle Beach and then back again the next day just to bring the other two to cheer practice?

Kendal asked for questions since she’s on the road (suggesting she’s not driving). Obviously she doesn’t answer the questions nicely. Someone calls her out for being feisty and her response is ‘new here?’ She’s got no likable traits. That’s why her channel fails.

You'd probably find property tax info on the county assessor's site, but that's probably more digging than any reasonable person would want to do. Sometimes it will also tell you if a property is in arrears and if there's a pending tax sale on the house. But I wouldn't count on finding much information as I am guessing that they probably have an accountant who makes sure that stuff gets paid first.

The idea that they are broke makes no sense to me. That's where I think the real scandal is. I kinda wonder if Daniel has some kind of secret addiction or a mistress or lost millions on some dumb crypto bet. Between their home equity and their views over the last six years, there's no way that they could be broke just from Kendal's spending. I don't think she's smart enough to handle the family finances, so most likely it's all on Daniel.

Another thought: could they be broke due to some kind of lawsuit? Maybe Kendal's big mouth finally did it? Could that be why she said that she's only earning half the on her videos... Because there's some kind of lien on the It.r.life LLC? (With LLCs, you can't be sued for your personal assets so the house and savings would be safe. The person suing would only be entitled to the business assets.). I know she got a cease and desist from 8passengers awhile back. Could they have followed through on that? Maybe that family's no longer making videos because they now own a piece of all the creators who criticized them.

Also 8passengers Kevin vs Daniel. Both engineers. I think Kevin would beat Daniel into dust if they were to go head to head in some sort engineering feat. Another reason I don't think Daniel left a highly paid job in NC. And remember, they couldn't afford to pay Hampton's adoption fees. They had to fundraise like crazy.

Their home equity doesnt matter worth of crap in terms of their current cointholas because they ain’t sellin the place. YouTube views are further down the sh**ter than hot sh** coming out of my ass and hunnibee still spends like a 12 year old with a credit card (even tho side b**** hasn’t gotten a job yet) so the debt keeps racking up and monthly bills keep getting defaulted. you right they shouldn’t be broke but when Kendal’s at the wheel, spending money is always the destination and that’s on period

Remember too they haven’t heated the pool at all because lately they’ve been going to the community pool.

When they bought this house they had to show 2 years of income from YouTube but they didn’t have the current year at the time. Did they end up spending more in higher interest at the time?

Now let’s say they need equity to pay off all the crap they spent money on recently. They most likely do not now have cash and the last 2 tax returns inc 2021 doesn’t show enough to warrant a bank to give them equity to refinance? I am sure if Daniel gets a job it will be much easier to refinance.

Obviously we’ll never know everything about the Cameron and Evie situation. To me, it seems they had s— and Evie regrets it so she staged it as non consensual when Kendal found out and likely got pissed. Maybe Kendal’s right though, who knows.

Like lemon said.. house equity doesn’t matter if they still live there. They only get the money when they sell. I can’t picture this ever happening. Going broke or not, the grandparents are too nice and I’ll bet would totally bail them out and cover some of the monthly payments. Maybe they’d move back in and split it. Also, with the real estate prices skyrocketing in FL, Kendal would have to seriously downgrade her house if they moved. Kendal would never! Say moving to a 400-500k house, they’d get something pretty crappy with how expensive Florida has gotten. Their old (not that nice, let’s be honest) rental recently sold for the same price they bought their house for. Kendal’s caviar taste wouldn’t be able to handle leaving her brand new white kitchen. DOESNT matter if she doesn’t have money, she’d sooner be housepoor than look "poor."

I don’t think their financial situation is that complicated. In 2019- early 2020 they made bank, fast forward to now they make half as much so they’re struggling. They bought a house based off one year of good income, and are paying the price now with the high monthly payment. Oh, and interest rate for not having the typical income proof for a mortgage.

New vlog is up and Kendall says they’re going to own the margaritaville house by next week. I’m pretty surprised they still went forward with it given their view count and the whole “Daniel going back to work” situation. So now they are going to have two mortgages on one reliable income? Seems odd. I do wonder if Daniel’s parents helped them with the down payment or will help them with the mortgage and they’ll split whatever revenue they make.

I’m not too familiar with investment properties so does anyone know if it really is as lucrative as they are making it out to be? I know people can make a lot of money in real estate but not sure if it’s going to be as profitable as Kendall thinks.

If they bought a condo or a town house in Orlando on a HELOC, they could stay there when they do Disney and Airbnb it the rest of the year. If they make enough, they'd probably make enough to pay for cheer and then some. Or they could use a HELOC to pay off their stated income mortgage and lower their monthly payments because the HELOC would have a lower interest rate.

The woman can't even research homeschooling laws in her state or make online public school work for her kid. Even if you give Josh a margin of error of 30%, they should still be making bank. There's something else going on.

this dudes estimate of income for Kendal is bs. fr know no better way to say it. he has no idea what they make and context clues and quotes from Kendal herself are way more reliable than what some third party channel says about their finances. it ain’t right sis plain as that. Kendal’s views were 125k-350k with common spikes during her summer 2019 bankfest, but even then she prolly made 200-300 thousand dollars. If she made more she’d buy more sh** without having her current financial crisis. Her views decreased by about 50%, and therefore her income likely dropped into less than 150 thousand dollars annually and I think that’s generous tbh. It explains why a new job is necessary and she’s taken some (not enough LOL) steps to cut her spending because she has to saddle her $715k mortgage regardless of her salary decrease since she signed a loan.

They’re lucky it was Regional summits this year not just the one big summit because the youth categories are usually huge. However giving credit where it due and they did win in a division with 7 teams which is pretty great! Kap, you should be very proud of yourself, your team, and the hard work you all put into this win! Ken, shhhhhh… don’t make it about you… it’s not about you, it’s about Kapri, let her have *her* moment in the spotlight. Also glad KD listened to us and didn’t drag the whole family along to South Carolina. Considering both EV and Brin didn’t go, they probably had practice so couldn’t go. They probably have high deductible insurance and that's why they never go to the doctor. They aren't saving for their kids' education and they probably don't have student loans. If you Google the average costs of AllStar Cheer it ranges from $5k-10k per kid per year including new uniforms, travel, tumbling and private lessons. That's still way less than average daycare costs in the US and the kids don't do anything else. I'd estimate homeschool curriculum costs at less than $100 per kid per year. They're probably also taking the small business deduction which means that they are paying a lot less in taxes than the average W-2 earner and everything they spend on the channel is a business expense and they aren't paying taxes on it.

Lastly, did Daniel fill out a couple of applications? Or did he hire a head hunter? Or is he filling out applications day and night, you know between caring for the boys and going to the pool and randomly showing up at Disney World? How serious is this job search?

Just curious but why are you SO adamant Kendal is a dope about money and Daniel is the one running things into the ground? You seem highly defensive of Kendal and her reckless and impulsive spending habits. I don’t think either of them are good with money but you completely absolve Kendal from any fault and chalk her up to be some idiot who doesn’t know how a credit card works.

Let’s say they ARE making 16k/month. That’s a little under $200k a year. Not bad money at all but for a family of 7 with their spending habits it doesn’t go as far as you think it would.

They also OWN their cars- they’ve said so multiple times. So don’t make assumptions about their lifestyle to prove a point because you are incorrect. Also, all-star cheerleading can be as expensive as 3k per cheerleader a MONTH. With the girls doing private lessons weekly I would not be shocked if this is closer to their actual spend. And even if your estimate of 5-10k a year is accurate, that’s still 15-30k a year on cheer. Not chump change in the least.

Why would they save on daycare costs when not one of those kids is of daycare age? They’d all be going to traditional public school, which is free.

We have NO insight into what Danny boy is doing in terms of applying to jobs because they don’t film it or talk about it, so we have no idea how much he’s doing on that front. For all we know he could be actively interviewing.

The homeschool curriculum they use is the good and the beautiful. A quick Google search shows you the cost of the full year curriculum is more than $100 per kid. Even if there’s some sort of tax deduction it’s still an expense compared to FREE public school.

All in all this family is not making the money you think they are. They might be financially OK day to day but long term they won’t be. And Kendal and her spending is just as much to blame as anyone about their situation. Daniel is an idiot in his own right but he doesn’t spend the way she does.

I doubt they are buying the margaritaville house either. They stayed the night in a tiny hotel room there for all 4 of them. If they were there wrapping up the purchase of a house there I am sure Margaritaville would have let them rent a house for the night and they could have shown us a sneak peak of the house. The showed the hotel room off as if was the homes. I am calling the purchase a fake, we will see.

Just jumped on here quick to report that Kapri’s team placed third (of 4 teams) at regional summit according to FC’s IG account. Both of their tiny and mini teams won. I do not know about their level 4 youth team.

I have not read anything of the above messages but once I have 20 mins I will.
