I have to say that my world changed the second I saw egg whites in a milk carton.
I thought that the craziest thing I had ever seen was the japanes egg roll.
What's the purpouse of breaking eggs, processing them to get a tube shape.. adding preservatives.. to have hard boiled eggs in that huge round shape? Idk..I thought it was odd!
It's definitely a good first step what they're doing, but they always turn to the industrial pre-packaged sort-of-healthier option of any food.
Is it hard to keep it simple? You can have carbs and fats and protein. Just cut down everything that went through a preparation process!
ACTUALLY ABOUT THE FAT/ NON FAT YOUGURT: Some full fat items are better than the 0,1% fat ones.
Vitamins in them (especially D ) are lipo-soluble.
I won't make a crusade out of it, but one big problem is the false advertising of semi-dietary products.
Even what she said "egg yolks are full of cholesterol, it's bad.." Actually protein in yolks protect blood vessels.
You are absolutely right, girls, when you say that they are trying to get empty calories not caring so much about "what's nutritious".

Don't people eat green salads with vinagrette anymore? Balsamic vinegar is AWESOME. I love it. It's delicious. How about lemon or vinegar with a pinch of salt and a reasonable spoon of extra-virgin olive oil?
No things that come out of a can. No dryed processed foods in packets.
I think that people believe that's so hard and time consuming to MAKE the stuff that you take out of that can of chicken noodles soup. It doesn't take that long!
How about summery fresh cold recipes like cold rice or cold pasta salads? (I know, how italian of me )
Quiches, pan-fry anything.. veggies, meat and fish (since they eat it). Cous cous or quinoa with veggies and spices fill you up a lot.
