My kids and I went to Playlist in Orlando in February 2015. My son was interested in the gamers and the pranksters, and my daughter wanted to meet the family vloggers. My son stayed back a bit because he didn't care at all about family vloggers LOL but my daughter was excited to meet them because she was a fan back then. Bryan was very nice to her, and used her name several times as they talked (and remembered her name when we ran into them again in the hotel), and he was very engaged. Missy was the complete opposite. While Bryan was over the top and a bit flamboyant, Missy was standoffish, and used Ollie as a shield. She either always had him in a stroller between her and the "fans" or was holding him. She didn't seem rude, just introverted. It was clearly not her cup of tea to do meet ups. What I did think was odd was that she was supposed to be a "mommy vlogger" but she didn't make any effort at all to engage with me as a mom, or any of the other mommies in the audience/meet up. Bryan didn't pay any attention to me - or my son for that matter - and it was clear that he knew his audience was preteen girls. I thought that was weird, but I had only seen a few vlogs at that point, and Missy's "I am a Mother" video, so I didn't know much about them. It's ironic that my daughter forced me to watch vlogs back then, but now I am the one who watches regularly! She can't stand them now, and only watches if I tell her about something ridiculous they did. In any case, we wouldn't go to a meet up with them again if we went to a con, but I really appreciated that he made my daughter feel special back then for watching the vlogs.

^ I remember that! At the time I was pregnant with my first and watching Tina's pregnancy updates. Her son was almost a year older than mine so I watched her updates as my pregnancy progressed to compare. I actually searched missy out because of tina complaining about missy stealing her intro, and that is how I found them. She did copy everything from the scale, little dance, and the tape measure.

Missy was kind of annoying to me though in those videos, I don't know if it was her lisp or her mispronunciation of simple words, so I only watched a couple. Tina was kind of pissed and stopped posting on YouTube for months after this situation occurred.

I started really watching the bumps on Finns pregnancy reveal, I had just found out I was pregnant with my second so was searching out pregnancy test reactions. Missy's was one of the first ones I found and i was a little weirded out by Bryan, I thought he was her gay friend. I watched through her pregnancy and really got attached to her because like her I had a miserable puke filled pregnancy. My son was born 2 weeks after Finn. I stopped liking them around the time they moved into the mansion. They led me to the world of vlogging, I didn't even know it was a thing. Then I started watching ej & ck.

I found this forum by searching "is Bryan Lanning gay?" I found a post on another website talking about the craigslist scandal and someone posted his new and old address as well as a link to this website. I looked up the new house and was amazed at how huge it was and how much they spent.

I remember one vlog where they had a sneaky sponsorship for Hulu that they didn't disclose in the description box, I asked in the comments if it was sponsored and Missy replied but deleted before I could read her reply, but a disclosure about the sponsorship was added. I don't think that's against YT's rules to not disclose, but it just seemed kinda shady at the time and I stopped watching. I found Guru Gossip first to get gossip about the Schuerman Show, and then headed over here to see if any one else felt the same way about them

Actually it's FTC law that it has to be disclosed. Anytime a youtuber gets free product in exchange for a post, or paid to make a post about a company or product, by law they have to disclose that and it has to be *in the video* not just in the description.

Funny all the mentions of the armoire from Craigslist- the time he went to go pick that up was the first Db vlog I ever watched

Btw I went back and watched a couple of vlogs before they announced Finn's pregnancy. The day Ellie and Jared left the convention Missy shoved a pillow up her shirt and said "I could pretend I'm pregnant".

Oh and when she was looking for the heartbeat at 8 weeks, she was flatter than she is now.

And then when they went to Seaworld with Bryan's family... she was 15 weeks. Her face was broken out in exactly the same spots as they are now.

I hope you're right about it being a tour. That would be awesome! It would also explain why he felt the need to society how great Missy is being, like it's something she needs to support that doesn't necessarily involve her.

My gut says it's nothing though. Just more Bryan trying to make it sound like big things are happening and that he and Missy are in demand.

From what I know (not exactly sure), shay and this girl (a youtuber) were direct messaging each other on twitter. It was pretty sexually explicit. She says he insinuated it.
Shay also said he was an alcoholic and had relapsed a few months back and is going to rehab. Hope it answers your question

I've been watching B+M since the very beginning. I fell in love with how real they were, and their little growing family. I got busy with my life and hadn't watched in awhile, but I remember I randomly clicked on a Christmas vlog and i was disgusted with how much Ollie had gotten, and how they were behaving. It was jarring to see the change from my short time without watching.

Sometimes I wonder what kind of kid Ollie would be now, if he had been born into that first nursery that was in the corner of the Bump's room.

The first red flag was when they were still living in the garage. Another smaller YouTuber Twiddel...something.. the vegan girl accused him of copying her intro. She was accusing them of you taking her idea of using a specific fruit/vegetable for the intro of Missys bump dates. She actually has her own thread here and has posted about the situation. It was talked about among the original posters a lot here. Sorry I can't remember her channel name. Bryan and Missy handled the situation terribly right off the bat. In a way they did take her idea and they should've just given the girl credit. They refused and were petty and rude. True colors started shining through around that time and it just went downhill from that point. They are entitled, spoiled, lying, bragging brats and I hope one day I get to see all the success come crumbling down around them.

You mean tweedle tee 10? Yeah I remember that occuring. I watched both of them at the time and thought she was ridiculous to get mad over the using fruit to compare to the baby. Most apps and websites use fruit to compare to the babies size because they are generally known. Not like she created it.

I got that impression too but I just think the whole thing is silly to get mad over. But we do know that Missy copied her since that's all they seem to do, hence their newest intro lmao. They did handle it poorly, that should have been an indicator when I first started watching them.

Imagine if he was actually thanking his "amazing supportive wife" for "being awesome" through this "life changing" thing he has been "working on" - all for the sake of a pregnancy? Haha! Bryan is about as extra as they come, but I don't think it would make sense for him to be speaking that way about a pregnancy. But then again...95% of the things they do/say don't make sense so........can't say I'd be surprised if Bryan actually was thanking his wife for being supportive of him and getting pregnant. Lmfao

This whole thing is becoming more and more hilarious to me - the pregnancy speculation, the acne, the bump, the "life changing" tweets, Bryan's "meh better than a reality show" tweet, LMAO! Ok, can someone post a link to their first ever vlog? Like seriously, even when I go back to the first vlog on their channel I don't see anything about buying used or anything you guys are mentioning. I found missy because I was pregnant and was told I could possibly miscarriage and her bumpdates came up. Then in one she said to follow her on their daily vlogging channel but the first on their is nothing like you guys are mentioning.
