These two live on debt! They probably put down a small down payment and are now paying the minimum monthly payment. I don't understand people who trade in their cars every few years, especially Kelsey and Corbin, who don't seem to have a lot of readily available cash. Their car was brand new when they bought it. They have NO reason to buy another car right now! Their new loan will probably be really high because it will have to cover the (probably substantial) payoff of their current vehicle.lmmomSD wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 8:39 am I'm betting Missy helped them buy the "old" car. We speculated that they were leasing when they got it, because they didn't seem to be in a position to afford a nice new car. I can't imagine doing what they are doing now. The car is what, 2 years old? Mine is a 2001, lol.
Besides, it's stupid to buy a brand new car, with all the certified pre-owned cars on the market. It depreciates the moment you drive off the lot.
It's been said, and I agree. They're morons.

These two morons just gave up their perfectly perfect car, which the dealership can give a deep clean and re-sell for a good chunk of change, and the dealer will still be making a GOOD chunk of change of their “new” vehicle purchase.
Dealerships love morons like this! Young and naive.
I like how Kelsey says she feels better having kids in a car with safety features. Are you an idiot?! What was so unsafe about your first Subaru??? Their reasoning sounded like a fast and rapid buy!
I’m sure they woke up the next morning regretting their decision.
It today’s day and age, I would have to say having a vehicle completely paid is MUCH better than having a fancy one with modern tech. Just sayin’...................

This car talk is what people who lease their car say. I know people who think leasing a new car for a payment they are used to is better than buying a car with little or no payment. It’s almost always cheaper to maintain an older car than making payments every month for up to 84 months!

What would even prompt them to go look at new Subarus? The 2 year old Forester is plenty safe.

Re: Steps to covering up your failure | Steps to Wander | Part 7
I'm 100% sure the car was a lease. There's no way they bought that car themselves. Their "old" Subaru was fine for the area they live in. There's something they aren't telling. Either it was a lease or Missy flat-out bought them the last car.
I have a 4WD car that I use for inclement weather and it's 15 YEARS OLD (a Honda Element)! They certainly didn't NEED to get a new car.
I wonder if they are jealous of all the YTers getting free cars (well, leases) right now? There are several similar-sized channels getting Pacificas.
And, FFS!, they two are IDIOTS! Poor child was fine and it was all Kelsey's fault he had to go through all those tests.

Just saw his instagram when he gets Grandpa Grumps a new mattress. He should really see how Five to Love do their ads. I would buy a purple mattress if I was in the market for one. I would not buy the sealy hybrid from corbin’s ad. I know different forums, but seeing three people with their arms stretched out does not sell a mattress.

Why does Kelsey constantly wear Tabor?! Let the child breath women. I get it you have “two” kids but wow talk about over bearing

Wasn’t it the opposite with their first didn’t Corbin wear her constantly, maybe Kelsey realized he intentionally made her bond less, and is trying to avoid him doing that again!minniemouse99 wrote:Why does Kelsey constantly wear Tabor?! Yes he did and he whined when he couldn't bond with her when Kelsey was breastfeeding her. He constantly wanted June to himself. He is one weird man!webbygurl626 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 14, 2019 12:24 pmWasn’t it the opposite with their first didn’t Corbin wear her constantly, maybe Kelsey realized he intentionally made her bond less, and is trying to avoid him doing that again!minniemouse99 wrote:Why does Kelsey constantly wear Tabor?! Wait he said oh it’s Christmas time and it would just be cool to get a new car like wtf that’s your first reason lmaoo!
You can tell they are finically stupid people by the way they talk and spend. What happened to being so frugal (probably not by choice) to having no car (wanna save the planet) to two brand new cars just because it’s Christmas?!
Their new car doesn’t even look bigger. You’d think they’d get a third row? Or did it?

I think they got the 2020 Subaru this time. I'm not sure why they brag so much about it (unless they are thinking they'll get a brand deal). My parents drive a Subaru. It's the car of middle-aged people who live in the suburbs.

Oh my god. What’s wrong with him? Sunglasses while you’re inside your house and wearing your baby very awkwardly. He looks so crazy!
Re: Steps to covering up your failure | Steps to Wander | Part 7
Just when we think they can’t get any worse, they do. All the hints about travel cracks me up. They have no idea what they’re doing. She said she had insurance on her ticket, what about his?
Interesting that they said they were going to work on the kitchen. Her dream kitchen? Really? She needed that dishwasher but of it didn’t fit into their old cabinets so now they have gaps. Geeezzzz. I’m also thinking they really have no idea the cost of construction. Wait, his parents will probably pay!
Admitting that June is a handful. Kelsey making big changes to her jewelry business! They’re all over the place!

They will tell us soon about Kelsey's Jewelry
They bought tickets for him and her to travel internationally. However hers has insurance incase she cant go.
They are going somewhere for his birthday.
Tabor weighs 11 pounds
They are having a hard time with discipline
And as usual Corbin is a douchebag.

Re: Steps to covering up your failure | Steps to Wander | Part 7
Thank you for the summary. When are they planning on traveling internationally (I'm not sure when Corbin's birthday is)? Does Kelsey have insurance in case they can't get childcare? So Corbin will just go jetting off alone? I bet they're not really going that far, maybe Mexico.Steps_to_STFU wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 8:21 amNothing.minniemouse99 wrote:Not giving them any views.....but what’s their “big news”???

Re: Steps to covering up your failure | Steps to Wander | Part 7
Corbin's birthday I believe is like the day after christmas so they're going next week. They dont say where. As for the international they don't say where either but as she nurses I am assuming it might not be possible due to that I dont know. Everything is so vague as usual as if it is a big surprise so we have to wait to find out. All hints etc.fossilfinger wrote:Thank you for the summary. Re: Steps to covering up your failure | Steps to Wander | Part 7
I bet it will be like Canada or something. They don’t seem like they do any fancy trips honestly. They definitely can’t afford them, so they can give a million crappy reasons, but they honestly don’t have the funds to go anywhere cool.Steps_to_STFU wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 9:06 amCorbin's birthday I believe is like the day after christmas so they're going next week. They scream they love to travel but they haven’t really “traveled”
Take the BucketList family now that’s traveling.
Going to Lake Powell and “babysitting” their friends house I’m Maui for a month is called, poor and trying to milk off of other people.
