I would love to see Elle actually film some content that you know stretched her a little. Like moved her into the territory of being uncomfortable. Maybe a no spend month or two, confronting her consumerism, addressing her actual flaws that we can see so clearly, yet she chooses to mask by saying she’s minimalist in her own way

Her consumerism actually horrifies and disgusts me. I feel especially disgusted post Christmas season to see her blowing so much money, again, on herself. That poor family of hers. In response to what was said about Dan above- I used to like him and feel bad for him, but now that Elle’s true colours are so vivid and she is so clearly out of control, I’m just grossed out by Dan too. He grew up in a healthy home I’m assuming, I think he’s doing himself and those kids a massive disservice by staying with Elle and subjecting them to her. She’s single handedly ruining their entire childhood and sucking the joy from everyone’s lives and he’s just standing by letting it happen.

I feel the same way about Dan. He needs to put his fucking dog on a leash. I really hope that he does put her in her place off-camera, but I doubt it...as evidenced by the fact that Elle just swans around being Elle all the goddamn time. At this point, he is definitely complicit in her behaviour.

Okay so no video today. And whatever but for someone so concerned about growing her channel and taking multiple business trips to improve her content....maybe just start by posting regularly. She’s all over the place. 2 videos a week. No three. No back to two. Eh...I’ll post when I feel like it.

Interesting tidbit.

Last time Dan made an appearance in her IG feed was Nov. and that was for an ad. Before that? Their anniversary in July.

Meanwhile other men in her life (her brother, father) have made multiple appearances. I think it’s telling that her dad shows up more often than her husband who lives with her.

I am extremely curious how she justifies these extravagant trips to network... could consulting with other creators not be done via video conferencing?

It's totally not required to travel anymore to have a meeting and brainstorm. It would make sense for a video collab. This trip was definitely one of those things Elle decided to spoil herself with. Elle is gaslighting her audience with her latest IG post caption. She said she wants to bring value in her content not just "watch my life be fabulous and envy me" type of content. But that is all I have seen in MOST of her videos and social media. I would really really love it if she can do a 360 and step back from herself. But she has to be self aware first of the high standards she puts upon herself and recklessly sets upon her viewers because it makes her feel "set apart". If organization is really her thing or talent, then why not make more videos about how to do it? Cut out the rest of her self serving content (she did it with the vlogs) like fashion, makeup/skincare, mental health, over produced shortbread cookie recipe or sponsored Ancestry/Google videos.

Also, I find it very telling how Do It On A Dime described Elle in her own post caption of the photo of the three of them. She said Elle has an incredible mind for business strategy. Elle's YouTube and IG following has been really stagnant in its growth the past two years. Maybe that's how Elle can spend so much because she was so focused on monetizing everything she does on socials despite her average 10k views per video (just a generous estimate of my past observation).

Hahahaha, proof that Elle only puts out things that will get her views and money. She does nothing in her life with passion. Her true emotions are so dulled and diluted to fit in with the “wheel of influence”. If we actually saw her true authentic self, we honestly wouldn’t have much to talk about on this board. All we talk about is how shady she is which is a direct result of dishonesty designed to hide her true motives.... money and “fame”

Not to mention, she has never had one good thing to say about that kid. The end of that post confused me. The whole vibe was slow down and enjoy childhood, then “but don’t miss my video on how to meet your goals” (aka HUSTLE) which is contradictory to her message lately about slowing down and not glorifying busy. It just seemed very disjointed.

No rings I wonder if this is why she’s moving to more “empowerment” videos and not family videos - so she doesn’t have to explain why Dan is missing once they split and so that we don’t see the turmoil of her family life. How long until she realizes that dishing the intimate details of her failed marriage will actually get her a lot of views and she spills all? Or will she always be too prideful for that?
