She doesn't do any other sort of " bonding " which could be teaching your children, playing with your children, having your children help out in terms of cooking/baking, taking your children out of the house (to a park or something NOT a restaurant or a store for yourself), coloring with them, painting with them, etc.
I hope what I said makes sense. It just seems like she breastfeeds as a bonding experience and then considers it done. Bond with the child is in tact. But she doesn't continue to feed the bond. She just breastfeeds and thinks that's it.
No I totally agree. Once she stopped BFing Ollie she just flipped a switch. It wasn't about her and him anymore, it was about just him. I think she totally detached from him so she could run off and get her surgery and get pregnant again, since she couldn't until she weened Ollie (when he was about one). Not much longer after her surgery she ends up pregnant.
