It really depends. I have 2 boys and I cute their hair at home. My older son had really thick hair that grows really fast, we cut his hair every other week to keep it in the style he likes.
Either way, Jess has so many kids it really would make more sense financially to do it at home at least some of the time

I agree. Plus, we aren’t in true lockdown; we can go wherever we want (in CA). Places might not be open for business , but no one will be stopped, questioned or get told to go home and lock down.
