I dont think it makes sense for everyone whos saying "I'm all for breastfeeding/ breastfeeding is great but.........." if you're for breastfeeding than this picture shouldn't bother you. I have a ten month old daughter and I feed her infront of my family, in public, anywhere I am at the moment really. And I've also shared many pictures of me breastfeeding her and I'm in no way doing it for attention. Its part of motherhood that I like to capture for her baby books.

Massive difference in breast feeding in public or taking photos to put on YOUR facebook and putting it on your 'facebook page' but thousands of subscribers time and time again to make it look like you're an amazing mom.

It's awkward though... We live in a sick world with sick people who may look at that in a wrong way (especially when they're young like Jess) and kind of unsettling for kids or teens to see.. If i had a son who saw a woman in the bus feeding her child, i wouldn't have a problem with it but a bit awkward for my son to see.

There is a difference if you cover youself in public but Jess is fully having the boob out on social media.

With the whole #NormalizeBreastfeeding craze on social media I don't feel its a difference. There are many people from celebrities to any average mom on instagram and facebook that post them.

Another difference is that Jess DOES try and sexualise it.
She's an attention whore and it's not put that picture up to show that she's feeding her son, she's put it to be like LOOK AT MY TIT IT SO PERKY AND BIG AND SEXY.

There are a lot of things I agree with about Jess but definitely not that. We'll agree to disagree. I think that's why breastfeeding will never be normalized. Someone will always say "I agree breast is best but I don't want my kids/husband/myself to have to see it."

I honestly don't mind people breast feeding in front of me. Even today a friend with a child offered to go into another room to feed him (first time I've seen her in years) and honestly I was shocked that in her own home she offered to go into a different room! I obviously said no it's fine.
It's just when it's the whole breast out and just hanging there it doesn't even look like a bondig moment. Just like she's posed it to be like 'look guys, still breastfeeding look up to me'

Yup. She's been left by a lot of men in her life so there's a lot of insecurity there. She always has to have her boob out to "promote breast feeding" and looking like a good mom but it's like..okay we get it. We see a couple of breast feeding videos that shows genuine motherhood but now I think it's more so to make herself feel good. She pretties herself up in pictures with good lighting while posing and looking at the camera. It doesn't show the sincerity and connection with her son; it's just all about her. Like shoot I can see her areole in some of her pics -_-

Her legs aren't open. She has one leg "normal" and one bent at the knee, Lillia looks pretty young so she may have still been sore from child birth.

Wow.. I didn't even notice her boob at first. Not sure how I could have missed it! This picture just weirds me out. More so than any other bf pic she's seen. As someone said, it reminds me of the time magazine cover where the mom is breastfeeding a 7 year old, standing up lol.

Also, i think her little bit of gut hanging over her pants is a nice touch.

I was surprised to see how many people were using it as an opportunity to post their own breast feeding pictures. I wonder what their motivation is? Likes on Facebook? Jess posts it so I will too? Or maybe they do genuinely post these pics on their own fb.

Can someone link video of her telling her mom about second pregnancy? I just watched a few of the twin vlogs trying to find it but I'm not having any luck. I didn't start watching her until she was pregnant with Landen.

She tells Mimi in the beginning of the video. It is so obvious she is faking be happy.

once again, she's doing it for attention. can't wait for Landen to wean himself, Jess get mad, still force the breast on him and have him keep rejecting it, and have Jess go into a panic, and immediately get knocked up to continue the cycle.....or no cycle because she'll be PrEgNaNt!!!!!!!

Haha i saw that 2nd pic lmao. And saw someone comment on jess picture i wish that kid was me getting fed by you!! Anyway she is just an attention seeker its supposed to be landens birthday pictures and she still has to make it about herself. Landens face doesnt even look interested in feeding she looks like she just took it out for a 2 second pic. She used the cake smash as a way to take a breastfeeding picture. If people posted pics of their child being bottlefed aswell as breastfed they would get so much hate yet nobody is allowed to say anything about the breastfeeding pics or they are ignorant.

No honestly all those pictures creep me out ! I am all for breastfeeding but no I do not want to see your tits and if you are breastfeeding in a mall with both your tits just flipped out because you "can" I really don't want to explain to me 8 year old son what you are doing

Honestly I see so many women breastfeed with no covers and they never do it like that. You can never tell what they are doing until last minute. it's always quick and classy and no one bats an eyelid. Jess can swear up and down she wants to normalise breastfeeding but she doesn't, she wants attention. Might as well take off your shirt and slap nipple pasties on them. She sexualises breastfeeding.
