DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
Luna pulling at the kids clothes, especially Finn's, in the Christmas vlog was kind of concerning...also the biting at Finn's hand today. I get that she's a puppy, but I hope they put in serious effort to train her or someone could get hurt. I was also cringing when Finn reached over and took Luna's ball out of her mouth. They ought to reach the kids that it's never a good idea to take away toys or mess with her food.
Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
-Bryan stages kids and puppy in cute wagon scene
-Bryan walks outside and pretends to just find them like that.
-kids and puppy topple over in wagon landing all three on the ground
-Finley starts crying
-Bryan picks up Fin and shushes him while filming instead of comforting him (giggling the whole time, probably imagining all the money he'll make from this cute stunt that went very wrong)
Such idiots.

Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
To be fair they did get a breed of cat that isn't a good family breed and not a snuggly breed of cat which is what they wanted. This was doomed to fail from the start! The kitten was always wild and hiding under the table even on the first day. They didn't do proper research they only got the cat that looked the coolest. If they would have gotten a different breed they probably would have bonded with the cat, american shorthair, main coon, or ragdoll would all be much better options. The cat is going to be much happier in her new home with Jimmy, it's not like they took her to the animal shelter. To be fair as well Missy has been talking about a second dog for a very long time. It's not like they just suddenly got the dog without mentioning it. They have been talking and hinting for months about a puppy, Missy has even said they want lots of dogs and other animals because they have so much land. Not saying that I like these morons but I think they would have gotten a puppy for Christmas whether or not they had gotten rid of zuri.
On another topic the whole scene with them locking the kids in the playroom in front of the tv so they could watch harry potter all day pissed me off! They watched at least two movies, those movies are 2.5 hours long! You can't just forget about your kids so you can marathon watch movies all day!

Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
Did he really say "morefully", when he was talking about giving the boys milk?
I cannot believe that they just stuck the boys in the playroom to watch TV so they could watch Harry Potter during the day. "You gotta do what you gotta do" isn't that. I have a bad cold, but I am up making my son breakfast because he has a broken bone in his leg. And I am going to work because that's what I have to do. Getting your ass off the couch and taking care of your kids is "doing what you gotta do". I loathe these two so much. And I feel for the children that think they are wonderful parents. And for Ollie and Finn.

More like parenting fail. He walked out there and said he found the boys in the wagon like that? Was he seriously not watching them? And then proceeds to let them just tip over. If the wagon had been a couple inches further onto the concrete he would have cracked his head open. I'm convinced they leave the neglect in the vlog because any controversy is good for views.sammibro wrote:

Also, good for Baylee Jae for calling them out on their BS. I think it's safe to say they had a falling out.

Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
But the root of the issue is that they didn't research before getting the cat. Before we got my first dog, we were up all night on the computer researching which breed would be best for our family because once we knew we had the dog we knew we had to keep it. That's the problem with how they handled zuri.MommaLindsey2 wrote:To be fair they did get a breed of cat that isn't a good family breed and not a snuggly breed of cat which is what they wanted. Even if they don't get a pet from the breeder, the whole family should go to the shelter and pick out which animal is the best fit. Get them to play with your kids. If you want a snuggly pet, see if they will let you pick them up. There is so much forethought that goes into having a pet and for me, saying you want another pet isn't enough foresight. I want a cat like no one's business, but I know financially I can't get one right now. In my eyes, people should prepare for pets like they prepare for children because you are doing the same thing, adding a new member to the family.
I get on my high horse about pets though because I cannot stand seeing animals treated like disposable objects.

Everyone that works with B&M eventually seems to have a falling out. No one sticks around long-term. That is VERY telling.msrubeus wrote:More like parenting fail. Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
Missy famous words for today:
"It's almost like we almost needed an upgrade" yes missy we get it you need an upgrade on a wagon they bought you from a year ago only?!?
Missy's other famous line:
These toys are staying outside because we have too many toys inside.. #humbled.
How about stop buying toys and just rotating the ones you have?!?
Time to retire the sensory board?!? Now is still the perfect age for Finn to use it!!
And I don't know why but every time I look at Finn I see Mimi and it creeps me out they looks so much a like.
Why would you consider that a Christmas special?!? Honestly I don't care how much money you have, be humble, you don't need to give each other a million gifts!! A couple nice things they could use I seriously don't know how they have room to store all the new stuff they get each year and each birthday!! Omg! Plus the stuff they buy themselves throughout the year?!?! Gosh!!
Or just keep the gift unwrapping private? Why do you have to show the world? To boast about how many presents you guys have? Enjoy Christmas with your family before they're gone.

Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
Just watched today's Vlog.
Yes Brian a one year old a toddler and a puppy all managed to climb into the wagon by themselves. It's a good thing their heads landed somewhat on the grass. Accidents happen with children all the time but when a parent sets up a "cute scene" thats pretty unsafe on the edge of a pathway doesn't make it much of an unexpected accident anymore. Of course Brian films Ollie playing with his toy why don't we see little Finn with one of his xmas presents...it makes me so angry how un involved they are with Finn all they do is carry him around, freakinghell just play with him! As for the inconvenience of having children and not being able to watch their movies ALL DAY LONG ermmm it's not like you don't have time to watch movies , most parents work come home spend the little time they have left with their kids till they go to sleep then have about 1hr of time for them self before they clean up have a shower and go to bed....they should be thankful all the time they can spend with their kids. They should be teaching them so much..so many new things making them use theirs brains planting a garden or discovering new places or building something. Not just putting them in front of a screen with a chocolate milk. Missy we know you read here please please please teach your kids new things or Learn something together instead of buying them endless plastic crap buy them a telescope or make a veg garden or a flower garden or mini dinosaur rock garden for them both. And stop relying on your dad to do everything. You are making no memories with them just endless buckets of plastic toys, you will regret it when they are older and they become the spoilt brats you made them to be.

Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
I was going to play Devil's advocate and say maybe they just carry him around all day because he cries if they don't....
Then I realized how unlikely that is if he's able to sit and watch a 2+ hr movie quietly in a different room

Re: DailyFinleyPotter&TheDursleys (Part 77)
I know I'm a bit late on this, but I only watched the xmas vlog today. I had to skip a lot, but gave up when they brought the dog in. Everything about that situation drives me nuts, but I was just heartbroken for little Finn! "Look at the doggie OLLIE, what shall we name her OLLIE, she loves you OLLIE" and he's clearly not that bothered...
Meanwhile, the poor forgotten child is loving the dog but being completely ignored
