Yes, it is Cullen's office that has a leak. I believe we've seen all of the rooms of the house. They have 5 bedrooms and 3 full, 1 half bathroom plus the main level area rooms.

There are two bedrooms not being used. Gaines & Brooks have their separate rooms.

So Cullen just posted an insta story of Brooks crying outside because he fell off of a scooter. He said they looked outside and he was going down the hill on the scooter and crashed. How did their 2 year old get outside by himself. They have got to be the worst parents. I don't care how "safe" your neighborhood is or if you could see him out the window. Leaving your 2 year old alone outside with access to toys that he should use with close supervision is so negligent. Maybe I am an over protective parent but I have never left my 3 year old outside alone.

And of course, he wasn't wearing his helmet.
"He went down this hill, all by himself, hehehe"
Why is that something to brag about? You're both at home 24/7, and can't keep an eye on your kid? #parentinggoals.

No you're not being over protective. Mine are 12, 11, 9, 7 and 5 and we never let them outside in the front yard (not fenced in) without one of us adults being there until they were at least six. It's not that I don't trust my children it's the fact I don't trust the sickos out there. It only takes a few seconds for a child to run out into the street or to be kidnapped. One of my younger brothers ran out into the street for a ball before my Dad could catch him when he was two and was hit and killed. It's amazing how quick children are. My Dad was out in the yard with us and he turned his back for a second to say something too me (I was four) and my brother took off. It unfortunately happens even to the best and most attentive of parents though some in the neighborhood who thought they were perfect blamed my Dad anyway. Ironically the biggest critic of my Dad's, daughter was killed in the same manner three years later at the age of six.

How awful! Your poor family.
It really is frightening how quickly something can happen. And they're not in a gated community, and they don't really hide their location. It would be so
He posted the grossest thing on IG. That if Katie "was a Thanksgiving dinner I'd go back for seconds and thirds".
Ewwww. I don't need to know that. And more, as has been said on other threads, if your relationship really is wonderful, there's no need to say stuff like that. Methinks he doth protest too much. Know what Cullen? You can say that all you want. Your body language in these pictures you post and your fancy photo shoot tells another story.

Remember what I said about body language? How is an elbow in the boob "so much love"? He's basically shoving her back, and practically excluding her.
And most of the photographs on the "amazing photographer's" page are of herself and her family. Betcha they got a deal on photos of their fake happy family for a shout out. And she sells Shaklee, which is.one of the original MLM companies. I can see Katie shilling it soon.

I think excluding her because of elbow placement is a reach. In that stance, I can see someone balancing themselves with their hand on the knee while the other person balances themselves with a hand behind the other individual. I wouldn't have chosen that position personally as it seems quite uncomfortable.

She's been using Magen (the way her name is spelled annoys the heck out of me) for their holiday pictures for years and pretty sure she was the one who got C&K on the MLM for another product during their "CK Fit, Don't Quit".

Maybe I'm reaching in this particular picture, but their body language has not been loving for a long time. And you're right, even if it is a reach on my part, it looks really uncomfortable. And he still has his elbow in her chest. That can't be comfortable.
I guess I am hypersensitive about that because pictures of my family right before my divorce scream dysfunction.
Not surprised at all that Magen got them into the MLM. I think her name spelling is weird too-- it's backwards! And A and E aren't interchangeable.

The photographer (who pronounces it May-gen, Katie just can’t be bothered to remember) shared the C&K photos on her personal Insta, rather than her professional account. She does some beautiful wedding photography, but I’m 98% sure it’s the MLM scheme that accounts for most of her income.

I know we’ve talked about it before but holy crap... there’s like a thousand steps before even putting the kids in bed. Why does Brooks need like 10 books, at least three stuffed animals and two or more blankets in his crib?

Gaines has a sound machine, fan (redundant,) the fishbowl light (which is made for babies,) The Minnie ceiling light and probably a few other things. I know they’ve said before that Gaines has/had like a 14 step routine that MUST be followed before bed. At least she should be getting to the age where she can get in bed and go to sleep with minimal guidance. Maybe one story or chapter of a book.

Just bothers me that kids “need” all these things to sleep. I’ve said it in a million different places but one of the very few things I agree with ShayCarl about is that kids should learn to fall asleep in all environments, noise levels and distractions. Otherwise you end up with overtired kids who will not sleep because the conditions aren’t perfect.

We had a routine, but if something happened where we were traveling, or something got missed, it wasn't a big deal. This is ridiculous, and it's their fault for letting the kids manipulate them.
Routine is important, but being unable to function if for some reason the routine gets disrupted isn't healthy either.
I have said it before, and I mean it-- Katie is one of the last people I would be taking parenting advice from. Did she learn _anything_ from her PhD program?

The way she does Her eyes and upper lip when she smiles irritates me. Her upper lip completely disappears, and there’s nothing attractive about those bug eyes. She looks like she is going to strain something

You have to try to get your upper lip flat like that, don't you? You have to purposely tuck it under. At least, I have to.
Weird. She looks scary there.

OMG I haven’t watched one of their videos in forever but saw the “uncut thanksgiving special” and watched. Gaines has seriously turned into such a bratty kid. Between the screaming in the car, ringing the bells while Dolly was talking, screaming at the Santa video/Christmas tree with 0 correction besides with the bell. They have no problem correcting Brooks though.

They are circling the drain big time. They're barely breaking 15K views.

It's almost hurtful to watch that Katie was "correcting" Brooks with a "no" several times, like she seems to be so used to, while Gaines was unbearably screaming for no reason, and the little boy was just touching his hands on the big package with the Christmas tree. What else did you expect?? If only she could empathize with Brooks, she could have taken him with her in a sweet way while Cullen was laying down the package (and prevent him touching it if that is not allowed) and say: "come here, be careful (for _him_), that's the christmas tree, we're going to set up the christmas tree together, are you "soo" excited? Come, look you can put this branch down." She doesn't interact with him. He's not a baby anymore though.

Then again, she is so unfriendly towards him: Brooks! Brooks! Hey Brooks! Let me ask you something! (Who is your favorite team?). No wonder he didn't respond the first time when she was coldly and manly shouting to him. Does she think he's a teenager or something?? (Even then it's too distant.)

In this vlog it became really clear that Gaines was screaming as a means of attention seeking. I am sorry, but I really dislike the girl. Also, she never plays with her little brother, like for instance Bennett was doing and always does with him. They are so sweet together. Gaines is at the age she should love to have a younger sibling though. And then in tandem with her parents she was 'explaining' to Brooks: you can break the tree. While she had just been screaming. Excuse me miss, you are not above him. Besides did it ever occur to them Brooks can NOT break the tree with his little weight body?

Cullen should at least film steadily and calmly with the camera and put basic quality out. The quality is really below par and it proofs that when they were saying to increase the quality in exchange of fewer videos, this was a BS excuse just to apiece people.

Katie, good job setting Gaines up against Brooks, and you should certainly emphasize "competition" between them! Uh, competition problem of Gaines, with whom you have a borderline sickening (symbiotic) relationship.

They're always posting late night instastories of the kids running around. Are they proud that they can't get their kids in bed?
