I think too that it looks like shadows, as well as the fact that she is so thin that under arm there looks hollow.
My daughter with hypermobility issues looks similar when she lifts her arms like that - especially if she was holding her weight like that - because her shoulders subluxate.
Indie was really struggling to hold her weight and her idiot mother kept telling her she could!

Interesting that you compare Indie to your daughter with hypermobility issues. Does Esme have the same issues as Indie, because as much as I despise the parents, she sure mimics the symptoms of a connective tissue disorder (including super stretchy skin). Of course parents of kids with connective tissue disorders often get accused of abuse for a reason....it looks the same to a pediatrician. The problem is genetics. Is Indie really the only one of the 4 that is constantly cut and bruised? Who was the twin that had trouble walking in the morning, but was fine later in the day?

I think he was trying to sound like Adam Busby when he was doing the Audible plug. Adam did a plug for something like that when they went to Hawaii. Adam is much classier and good looking than TyBlob. TyBlob could never be as good as Adam in this lifetime. Did ya'll see Tyson when he circled the picture of the guy on the pool box? Yup, he's definitely nothing close to physically fit.... (I'm no skinny mini in my older years but I do exercise and eat well, unfortunately a thyroid disorder has given me a harder time at losing weight than people who don't have it). Just went to the doctor and he's running more tests to see why I'm having a hard time with memory and dropping Things.

I wish Bison had continued with his explanation at the end of the vlog when asked by Trash why he didn't want a pool. He says "Once your kids get in there and they get acclimated, you don't worry about them, but then you have the neighbor kids coming over..visitors and friends, it is constantly on my mind". Trash interrupts and says "Can't we just ban everyone from our house and just have our kids swim in the pool?" Tyson responds 'Yeah right, that's funny'. Trash puts her hand to her head and says "Our families are too big for that". This little snippet of their 'conversation' truly shows how selfish and stupid they are. The stupidest part of it was that they left it in the vlog.

First..'they get acclimated, you don't worry about them'? No worries about being in 4 feet of water, not knowing how to swim and not being watched? Not quite sure where 'acclimated' comes into play. Asshole.

Bison must have had a 'vision', a hint of what is to come after a little neighbor kid already came over when there was only a couple of inches of water with the girls playing in it. The lazy load is going to be invaded all the time with 'guests'. This is going to be a great summer! Wonder if there will any 'cannon balls' displayed? Doubt it, it would empty their pool.

What I’m confused about is what difference an above ground vs below ground pool makes safety wise.

The busbys showed their pool and they have a really cool netting installed in their pool so if someone falls in they fall on the netting. I’m sure it wasn’t cheap so we know our Greedners would never consider spending the money.

It's not easy to fall into an above ground pool, unless you are really really tall.

I sure hope they at least put the ladder out of reach when they’re not outside so the girls can’t climb it. We all know they will climb it to look inside. They are so irresponsible leaving the girls unattended in the pool by themselves. Absolutely disgusting. You could tell that Tyson’s mom was unimpressed by yet another extravagant purchase.

Where I live, pools do need to have a fence. But, a perimeter fence would count. So, TyPerv and Dumbash would not need to have any more fencing than the fence they already have.
That doesn’t make it right.

Why they put the pool where they did is beyond me. They have an entire yard and they squeeze it onto the patio. I can’t wait until they drain it. Their basement will be a mess.

The stupid is strong in these two.

Oh dear - my private civil engineer (aka my husband) is shaking his head again.
Apparently he tells me that water is one of the heaviest entities there is, meaning there are very good reasons why anything containing water - let’s say for example, a swimming pool - must be a reasonable distance away from the house.
Having worked out the estimated maths, he tells me that this side of their house is bearing a huge additional load with that pool sitting so close to it, and something like subsidence at least or partial collapse at worst, of that side of the house, is a very real possibility. He is in disbelief that people like Ashley and Tyson are so lacking in common sense, that they do not see the potential danger they are putting their whole family in by having it sit there. He is horrified!
Of course, if they were normal, sane individuals you could post a comment pointing that out to them and they might listen. But no, not the Gardners, they can’t be told anything. They’re indestructible, don’t you know?

How does a pool like this drain?
The reason I ask is I bought a portable bathtub made from a heavy plastic. (Hey don't judge - have you ever had 'just a shower') Anyway; its a great tub but to drain it is a pain in the ass. It comes with this flimsy hose that you put in the shower near the drain. If its not done correctly it floods the bathroom. Its a lot of water... And this is just a bathtub.
Where do they drain this water from the pool? She said she had large containers of bleach. Is all of that going to drain into the painted grass? Which would be too funny. Or the plants - with all the bleach?

It’s so close to the house! I can see a flooded basement before too long.
Ashley just has to have it her way, doesn’t she. She made some comment about saying teaching Tyson that he wouldn’t say no to her about having a pool.
It’s a nightmare waiting to happen!
I certainly hope they are going to store that chlorine properly.

Oh absolutely - and with those existing giant cracks in the foundation! Just the sheer weight of that pool sitting on the concrete.
The giant cracks in the basement floor are as big as the crack up the Bison's back.
Can you picture the bleach water also seeping under the porch and not even drying - just sitting there soaking into the posts that hold up the porch. Who knows what they've hidden there.
I can't wait.

I’m wondering if fatboy doesn’t want any other kids coming over is because then he’d have to heave his fat self off the couch and watch the other kids while they were at his house. I thought before Asswipe and porky said they would just let the girls out back while they were inside. That won’t be happening if they have a pool and other children over, at least it shouldn’t. Also, he is such a control freak and wants the girls and Asswipe to only want and depend on him. I think he deliberately is setting the girls up for having no friends, just him. Look how he encourages their bratty, obnoxious behavior. He encourages the shit eating so they will have weight issues. They will be made fun of in school. No other kids will want to play with them and no parents will want them around. He’s already planning the isolation. He’s a sick fuck. If the girls have kids over then porky will be put on the back burner. He won’t be wanted or needed. He has that desire and need to be #1 in all their lives. He doesn’t take rejection well. If kids are over then he can’t be his usual douche bag self. We all have seen his true colors when others challenge him or don’t agree with him. I don’t watch their vlogs so I’m not sure where they put their pool. Is it on or near their concrete pad they have out there? I shouldn’t say pad because it’s bigger than any concrete pads I’ve ever seen. Anyway, if it is then I’m wondering if it’s so the girls don’t get grass on their feet when getting into the pool. God knows Asswipe will be too busy slathering 50 pounds of Seneshit on her face in that amazing Utah lighting and fatboy will be too busy chatting with his little girlfriends or lounging on the couch like a beached whale to bother with cleaning it out. We all know chubby hubby is too lazy and stupid to build a deck all on his own and they burned that bridge with Bo so there’s no asking him to do it to prevent too much grass getting into it. These two definitely aren’t the smartest so who knows their limited thinking about it.

You can drain a pool like that with a hose. They could connect a couple together and drain in into the street and down the gutter. I have a special pump for my spa for emptying and it attaches to a hose.

I wonder if their area code enforcement would be ok with having the pool so close to the house. And yes, like someone mentioned, you can't fall into an above ground pool, but those girls can move something over to the side if they are determined enough to get in and walking by you can't see what is in the pool. At the very least, I wouldn't get a pool like that until my kids were good swimmers. They will have to make sure they have a good pool pump and filter because they have four 4 year olds that aren't potty trained that will be swimming in that pool, along with Trashley and her unwashed hair and sweaty Bison. Sounds like like they just put an above ground cesspool onto their patio.

Ok, just noticed another code violation---all gates must open out and not in when you have a pool or spa in your back yard. Their gate opens in. And it should be locked. I just went through this when I installed a new gate on the side of my house because of my spa. Additionally, their back door to the patio should be alarmed.

The concrete pad area on which they have placed the pool is okay, it should not be connected to the house foundation and should have a slight slope away from the house. The weight shouldn't be an issue as many people have garages attached to their homes and don't worry that the weight of the vehicles will cave in the basement of the house.
Hopefully they will get a see-through cover for the pool.

I worked in a pediatric ICU for a while. We had a kid life flighted in who had been at a party with his parents and each of them thought that the other one was watching him. He was out of sight for a very short time. And of course he drowned. We ended up taking him off life support.
The things his parents said to each other made my blood run cold. The doc who ran the PICU dragged them out of there and actually yelled at them, telling them that the viciousness wasn't helping their son. I'm betting their marriage didn't make it through that crisis.
Something tells me that this is how Tyabetes and Trashley would react to that type of situation.
It happens SO fast. And dry drowning is a thing. They are not just stupid. They're negligent.
