Today's click bait title word "unboxing".

Don't be fooled or impressed by Missy's painting. Everyone that goes to those wine and painting places comes out with a piece looking good even if not perfect. You could only know how to draw stick figures and still leave with a Van Gough looking piece from those places.

Figuring out that dark concrete and the sun don't mix sounds more like they have been reading here again because just last week they couldn't wait for the big reveal. Also, I'm sure they are banking on their pool video to bring them in big bucks and getting impatient waiting to make it. Plus, I am sure they want the pool done before vidcon 6/21 so they have something to brag about.

So, if they are admitting to bitching at the pool guys now, we know where that frowny face in the pool came from!

Wow these people are too much, not as bad as e and j right now but still...

I'm almost positive they wanted it ready for Memorial Day weekend so they can throw a huge BBQ like always, remember when Bryan said something like it's all about BBQ-ing etc ummmm no it's not.

I'm so glad their pool isn't done!!! Bahahahah! Karma! Shouldn't have planned a huge pool redo that wasn't necessary and you'd have a pool right now.

Missy saying she told the worker "ok ill believe it when i see it"

This just shows how entitled and rude they've become. If they dont get something done in an instant its the end of the world. If they knew an honest day of work, they would understand things like that. My dad has worked construction for like 40 years and works his butt off every day. Id like to see what hed do if someone said something like that to him or one of his guys.

Remember how we were talking about Ollie's fear of Luna but how Fin wasn't scared of her?

Also, Missy seems like the type who has always been spoiled and entitled due to how her parents treat her. Little things she has said here and there about high school and her teen years scream stuck up spoiled bitch. How she ended up with Bryan still boggles my mind but I guess it's because no other guy would put up with her crap. Giving the construction guys lip is only going to give them reasons to stall longer and do purposeful shotty work...they better stop or will end up with more issues in the end. This little confession proves that the uber incident was all Missy and her nasty attitude provoking others.

It seems that Missy has more of a mouth on her than some people thought. I definitely think she was a bitch to the Uber driver! I know people think Bryan runs he show, but I 100% think it's Missy's way all the time.

Remember when she worked for the CoB and acted like she had the most important job ever?

Yeah.... Missy knows everything. She knows that they should have been able to do the pool by now.... she has no respect for others.

I think it's hilarious that it just dawned on them that the black concrete is going to be hot in the sun. DUH! I bet the contractor even tried to tell them that, they didn't listen. Those black "rocks" are going to be super hot too.
They aren't going to learn a damn thing from this.

Guess I'm in the minority, but if I were paying an obscene amount of money for a service, I damn well want it done ON TIME. Outside of circumstances clearly stipulated in the contract (weather, injury, unforeseen issue with the property), I expect what I pay for, WHEN I paid for it to be done.

Loudly whining within earshot is passive aggressive. They have no excuse to be rude, but it's hardly entitlement to expect a service you've paid for.

I can't help but think the only reason their complaints are being condemned is because you all disagree with the project. But the principle remains the same regardless of the ostentatiousness of the purchase. It's not unreasonable to be annoyed when someone you paid isn't fulfilling their contract as stipulated.

Nah. I'm patient and agreeable like that. I'd get annoyed if a project didn't finish on time, but I wouldn't be rude. No way. I would t let my husband be rude either. It's a POOL. I'd rather it take time and get done right, than have them rush and half ass it.

Not liking DB or the project has nothing to do with it. I really like Bonnie, and her kitchen took months longer to complete than it was supposed to.

My husband is a tradesman, so I get that everything doesn't always go according to plan. This is why you usually get an ESTIMATE on when the project will start and finish.

I'm looking at it from the point of view of the contractors and the weather issues they encountered, which really set them back. Also, we don't know if Missy and Bryan made any last minute changes or additions that would also set the project back. When they went shopping for tile she got all crazy about all the cool elements they found that all of a sudden she wanted added....the starfish, turtle etc, so this shows it is possible they requested last minute things. Holidays and weekend days off have to be accounted for that would just add to the loss of days on the project added to the bad weather ones. I even remember Bryan saying how all the rain was delaying the project but he hoped it would still be done on time, so it is not like he didn't understand it could happen. Just because a service you pay for isn't finished on time or satisfactory doesn't mean it gives people the right to be nasty towards others. As someone who has worked in customer service most of my working life and owns her own business I can tell you that kindness, patience and reacting in a calm matter will get you a lot further than having a nasty attitude no matter how much you may be paying for something.

You catch more flies with honey than vinegar! If you're nice, and understanding (and I don't mean being a doormat) they want to work harder for you. Being rude just makes them drag their feet. I understand wanting something done when you're paying for a service, but the weather hasn't cooperated. Our house got delayed a bit, and we were nice with the contractor, and he busted ass to get it done as fast as he could. There's no call to be rude.

This. I understand wanting something done on time, but let's consider this honestly. The weather was a setback, we don't know if things got messed up that were a setback, I can GUARANTEE Missy and Bryan kept adding things on, and I can also probably guess that for all the shit they wanted on that pool, the workers probably needed more time than what they were given.

It's okay to get impatient, but it's not okay to be rude. You can ask them politely when it will be finished. You can mention politely that you were hoping it would be done by now. Unless the workers were sitting there drinking beer when they should have been working, there's no reason to get THAT upset. If they're working damn hard, it's not their fault if it all doesn't get done on the specific requested date. Missy probably bitched them out...I don't understand that girl. Apparently now we know she'll pick an argument with anyone. I think it's so stupid of her to argue with people that could be potentially dangerous (the Uber driver was a stranger, the construction workers are strangers...you never know what they could be like) when she has children to think of.

I only watch the vlogs once in a blue moon these days, and hardly keep up with this thread anymore, so I apologize if this has already been thoroughly discussed. Lol

Did we ever actually find out what the huge, "life changing decision" was?

We need to get the contractor and construction workers on here to tell us what they're really like!
I also want to know who spray painted that frowny face on the wall of the pool and why!

They can complain that the pool not done on time, but it makes them look entitled and better than everyone else.
Their words in a nutshell:
"I'm so hot, I wish I can go swimming but I can't because the pool that was supposed to be ready is not."
If you really want to go swimming, go to your cousin, go to a community pool for heaven's sake! If they really felt like going swimming, they would've found a way by hook or by crook.
They're just lazy. They like complaining.
Many people don't have the ability or money to put a pool in their backyard, let alone redo a pool while these entitled people are complaining that the good pool they decided to redo is not done?
Whatever.
I hope these people finally learn that life doesn't always go the way you want it to and doesn't give you the right to act entitled and rude.
