Ellie and Jared have gotten so boring that outside of Ellie’s “health” there is nothing to talk about. I think Bollie and Bonnie get mentioned far more than Ellie does here mateky!

To be totally fair, I haven't seen her being that bitchy in a long time! Also, being insecure (having an acne, being too ugly, too tall, too short, too fat, too thin, typical young person insecurities) makes a person typically bitchy/snarky because they are trying to cover their inner feelings of being not enough by trying to make themselves feel better by putting other people down. Of course it is not okay, but most of the high-school aged kids go through the phase when they are just rude and horrible to other people.

My husband randomly asked me if I still watch Ellie & Jared. Which is totally weird because he never asks about the people I watch online. I told him I haven't watched them in years. He asked why. I said they turned out to be really awful people. He asked how and I couldn't even put it into words hahaha.

Her IG pic...YUP! We nailed it. TTC..praying for a new baby. She’s desperately trying for that girl and wanting a Christmas pregnancy announcement. She’s so predictable. She basically threw Tommy to Jared and the boys, stopped breastfeeding so she could get pregnant

^^^ are you talking about this Instagram post? I know Ellie is awful with words and it’s hard to decipher what the hell shes talking about but, no where does she imply she is TTC again. My take away is that it’s all about her being thankful this Christmas for Tommy coming into the family and encouraging others on their journey....

Ellie has been rude and condescending since the first vlog i ever watched of hers, and has never changed from what i have seen. She can't blame teenage acne on her attitude her entire life. Some of the rudest things i've seen her do have been when her face was clear as glass. I really would hate to know how she acted while she was struggling with acne if this is how she acts now, without it.

Exactly. She was arguably at her happiest when they were building the house, and she was downright rude and awful to the builders.

As to the Ellie TTC thing, we know she is because she made a comment about being ready for another baby. Simple as that. Ellie got the idea in her head, gave Tommy to Jared, and then started on her health kick to justify being tired and still needing to stay in her room all day and not engage with the other kids while she waited to get pregnant so she could have that excuse. Tommy was too easy, and Jared started expecting Ellie to step it up and start actually doing Bollie and caring for the kids again. Inconvenient! A new baby will solve all....

Sure that’s nice she makes loving and thankful Tommy posts, but why can she only love her children when they are babies? Where has Calvin’s extra love and time been? Or Jackson’s? Sure she appreciates him when he’s helping or meeting her needs, but there is no real motherly love and affection for HIM there. Did anyone else see Jared’s IG story with Ellie on the couch laughing at videos of herself? The boys were desperately trying to be a part of the fun, but she just doesn’t see them. She doesn’t see their cuteness and funniness. Most other mother’s would be playing and laughing around with their kids..... Ellie is always about Ellie. She’s only about Tommy because he’s her doll.

And the rainbow thing kills me. No Ellie, your family isn’t WHOLE. That’s why Tommy is a rainbow baby.

Going back through the vlogs when they announced she was pregnant with Tommy.... she said her progesterone was the highest it's ever been including through her other two pregnancies.... help me out here.... doesn't that mean mr. Chiropractor turned hormone specialist saying her progesterone levels have been falling since she was 15 is a crock of you know what?

Yes. If that’s what he’s even telling her. We haven’t heard from him, so Ellie could just be spinning things. She could have the Progesterone supplement for it she gets pregnant.

If she’s using it for anything else, she isn’t likely to get pregnant. She’ll have to chart to make sure she’s taking it at the right time, otherwise they are basically birth control pills. Trust me, if she’s charting, she’s TTC a “surprise” miracle baby. She just isn’t saying she’s TTC because that would ruin the holiday miracle story.

Nothing will shut up the haters in Ellie’s mind like Heavenly Father blessing them with a surprise baby since they have done so many things right.

How does this "dr" even know what her level was at 15 years old, when he wasn't even treating her then? Is this just a number that he pulled out of thin air or maybe that's when she started her period? Seems a little suspect to me.

Ok a bit off topic but not.......I'm ashamed to admit i ordered the cookbook. I make the "rolls" that Ellie and her mom made on her channel all the time so I thought there would be some other bread type things and easy recipes I could make during the week. I ordered it aug 13th. It JUST came today dec 4th. I ordered it for my birthday in SEPTEMBER! And the icing on the cake is it not only took 4 months to come, but it came in a box that was all smashed up and the corners of the book were all bent. So not impressed. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will never order anything from them again. 4 months is an insane amount of time to wait. One month is too long to wait! Now about the cookbook, I've just quickly flipped through and I was going to try making their goulash. It is so hard to follow! It doesn't even say on any of the recipes how many people it feeds! Am I going to have enough to serve 7?! And what are bottled tomatoes? Lol! Most recipes in any cookbook will say "a can of diced tomatoes" or "a can of stewed tomatoes". In the directions it says bottled tomatoes and that she crushes them with a fork. Ok.....like how crushed? Like a sauce? I don't know. That wasn't the only thing I noticed either. Just a lot of things that are unclear

I had on some of their old holiday vlogs in the background with their families all together for the holidays. It's fun to see how the kids have grown but I'm also really interested in how the adults have changed, especially what ruby and Bonnie were like pre vlogging. A couple interesting things I've seen :

1)Jared hasn't changed a bit and there is a super awkward clip of ruby showing off the food they were having for Christmas (2014,vlog named "you owe me a puppy")

2)in the same vlog Ellie made a big deal of how her mom had a really good perspective on gift giving. Jennifer says gifts are about Her and what She wants to give, so you should be grateful that she wants to give you a gift. It's not about what the person wants. Wow.

3)in the Thanksgiving vlog that same year ("baby's first Thanksgiving") at the Mecham's, cute little Jackson was putting his fingers in Ellie's pie and she said "he digged at my pie". Someone in the background (not Jared, maybe his dad) said "dug" and then Ellie repeated "dug". So weird that she has no command of English and that it seems commonplace for people to correct her. She wasn't embarrassed or anything.
