If Nick's business does so well why does he need to take out a loan to buy into the "new one"? If he is making 600k+ then why can't he invest his own money into it instead of taking out a loan? Or do they not use investors for his type of business?

Even for a business he's only been in it for 6 months which probably isn't enough to buy yet another. I'm a business owner and believe Nick is doing it right and knows what he is doing.

I don’t know if it’s different in Canada but for us the bank didn’t count dividends as a stable source of income.. They definitely like to see that the business can support a continuous salary vs pulling dividends. My husband was doing both when we built so you are probably good! You can always ask your bank if you’re not sure!

You have to be in the same job for at least 2 years to get a home loan. I think that’s why they are waiting to build.

Most of these Mom's make the most money off commission and that is not publicly available. So we would not know her entire income. Her Company Incorporation is Private so no Balance Statements are required to be published. As to claiming free product as taxable

That blue dress from her trunk club is cute, but it doesn't look like her style at all ... she gets some cute things from Nordstrom but always seems to wear the frumpy ones and the Disney, mama bear, etc. She is so compulsive ... for everyone who uses her link to sign up for trunk club and buys things she gets $$ so she probably isn't even paying for those clothing. It doesn't make sense to buy those cloths when she is newly pregnant and they won't fit long and who knows for certain that they will fit next year when she is 4 pp in the winter and that they will be in style, it is just so wasteful.

Nope, I am a Private Corporation and I do not have to pay tax on Gifts Received. If I send gifts I have to pay tax. Lesson learned when I sent all Clients Gift Baskets for the Holidays years ago.

You have no proof of her saying she is avoiding taxes. And they obviously have an accountant with how complex their taxes must be. If anything falls through the cracks it was because he wasn’t thorough. Y’all really think they don’t pay someone to make sure they pay the least amount of taxes possibly legally? Lol

I thought it was to, just as admitting someone sent her pizzas to her house. However there is proof in one of her videos she said they do "something" with the taxes. I think she was pregnant with Adeline when she said this & I'm not looking through a year of vlogs. Lol!
