I know absolutely nothing about child development but have you guys watched Bonnie's latest vlog? She asks Lincoln to repeat some words and he does it. The few times I've seen E+J do that with Calvin all they got back were noises that did not even remotely resemble the word. I'm not saying Calvin has a delay but shouldn't they try a little harder to have him communicate with words? Not only is it annoying when he screeches, but it's also unnecessary for his age.

I'm in no way a doctor, but a few vlogs back Ellie said "I wish kids this age ... 2 years ... could talk." and that shocked me, because a kid of 2 years should be able to say 50 words and put them into short sentences (like baby cry, etc.), and Ellie is completely unaware of that

Ava Perkins from Nikki & Jamie channel, is just over one years old and can say so many words, as well as understand emotion & hand signals. Viewers joke that she's a genius baby, but it's all because of the family talking to her and teaching her words all day.

All Ellie and Jared do is baby talk Calvin, and he always just looks confused like a deer in headlights.
It must be excruciating for Ellie seeing Lincoln and other kids Calvins age or younger developing and pronouncing a handful of words clearly.

Lol. Yes my Son at 2 was having conversations with me. He knew all of the names of the Mr. Men books and would even joke with me and pretend Mr. Nosey was a different one. He is 2.5 now and starting to voice emotions. Saying he is happy, sad or mad. I think he is ahead for speech but then behind in other ways, like other kids his age can dress themselves but I have to fight with to even put clothes on.

It's called "Throwing Babies in the Air". Don't remember the month, but if you search it, it should come up. I think someone said it starts at 4:15.
I can't believe Ellie thinks two year olds can't talk. Her "best friend's" daughter, Gaines, was chattering away at 2, and is quite the talker. Yes, she is a little advanced, but they have spent time with her. Ellie is dumber than a bag of rocks. Add to that, her attitude that if it doesn't involve her, it's not important -- she probably doesn't even notice how Gaines or her own nieces and nephews developed.

I think Ellie visited too a few pages back. I think a few months ago it was Jared. Each time they are wondering why we don't care for E&J. No solid conclusion that it is in fact them, but it sure seems like it.

I'll find the vlog later and put it up to show you guys, but she's met Gaines (C&K's daughter) and knows that she can speak! Like Calvin barely even shows non-verbal signs of trying to speak for crying out loud, but she wouldn't acknowledge that something might be wrong with him.

UGH of COURSE E&J are those assholes who go to a regular campsite, park their RV and run their loud ass generator all night. My family goes (tent) camping all the time and it's the WORST when somebody like that is near you. It's so hard to enjoy nature when all you hear is a generator all night.

Were they trying to convince us that the camping was "so fun" or themselves? Lmao how many times did they need to mention about the challenges and difficulties and then end it with BUT STILL FUN! lol they must have been bickering about best ways to set up. I feel like there is a power struggle because they prob both think they know more about camping from their parents and Ellie must have been referencing her and her parents often, because Jared had to give them props in the video. And I'm sure penny kept trying to run off and Calvin with tantrums.

Were there other campers nearby? E+J said they wanted to go somewhere more secluded, so I assumed there wouldn't be anyone else around; though I wouldn't be surprised if they went to a regular campsite. But I don't imagine this RV will get much use after this trip. I can just see Ellie and kids sitting in the RV having little campouts in the garage because that would be SO FUN!

Also, can you imagine Ellie going tent camping lol? She wouldn't last 2 seconds!
