Once a kid tries to climb out of crib they need to be in regular bed asap. That was my pedi's advice. They are at very high risk to break clavicle. And with my 2nd kid that meant at age 2 and she quit taking naps for some reason. It sucked but we did it. We even put her in a queen bed which allowed us to snuggle with her. No eating mo ey on toddler beds for us. Lowering the mattress to floor is dangerous. Parent can't get kid out in case of fire since these new cribs don't have siderails that can be lowered. We all saw fatass struggling to even kiss one of his kids. You can keep a kid in their room by turning doorknob with lock around to face hallway there by locking them in. Safer than nets! Xyz don't you belong on the Greedners u tube site sucking up to them with the other kads?
Try reading this page on just the website instead of the app. I never had problems over there. Image

I did watch the house tour. I always thought Ashley was joking when she said the master closet was hers.... she wasn't. Wow. So Tyler's is in his office or the guest. So weird. Get rid of some crap Ashley!

Also I do agree with the counter should be facing the living room. They'll always be running into chairs and fridge doors.

The saddest part of the whole tour, that actually really made me sad, was the basement. Clearly an afterthought. It had to be shown last. It couldn't be shown while they walked right past it. There was no excitement in their voice. And Ashley couldn't find the right words to describe how the girls were going to play down there. She said specifically because there's just no room for them and their toys upstairs. In 6,000 sf. There would be gates to lock them all in to a tiny area. They're just pathetic and to put money, and really the attention and fame and then money, before their own children--it's maddening.

Why can't the guests that come once or twice a year sleep in the basement on those foam floors. And let her own flesh and blood play upstairs in that extra room every single day??

Because it is, always has been and always will be, about form for them, never function.

Your thought, however, makes perfect and complete sense. Which means it will never cross the minds of these imbeciles. They so rarely have guests that it's asinine to have a whole bedroom dedicated to that purpose right now.

You know Utah these days, so hard to find a single hotel to stay in. Plus, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it's not like any of either of their siblings nearby, and their parents? So far away. 8-)

We have to remember sissies, a dear KAD once told us that Utah doesn't even grow fruits or vegetables, it's pretty lonely over in, where are they again? Oh yeah. Utah.

I thought this about the rental. That spare room off the downstairs living room would have been a perfect playroom. Nope guest room so the girls played on the stairs.

There is going to be a big guest room and bath in the basement for guests.....what "guests"? The aunt and niece who come occasionally? Who else?
Grandma or Hugsy will use the guest room upstairs? Or, is that Waddles "office"?

Or, novel idea. Get a Murphy bed and let the girls toys be there. The Murphy bed can fold down as needed.

Personally, we took our one guest bedroom and made it a play room. I told
Guests they were always welcome to stay and sleep on the couches or bring a blow up mattress and sleep in the playroom. My kids come before my guests. Sorry.

I've never understood the idea of having a guest room if it means your kids have to share rooms or don't have a play room. Not that sharing is bad but why have a room just waiting for the few times they have guests. Unless by guests they mean the help they almost always have. Secret live in nanny slash house elf?

The two words that come to my mind when I see the new house are, "house poor." As you know, that means you may have the big nice(?) house, but the payments, finishing the yard and basement, and upkeep keep you feeling really poor and desperate. I really don't think they thought ahead. Waddles can claim that, "I think we'll be okay," but in reality those utility bills and mortgage, interest, taxes and insurance are going to be killer. Couple that with Princass already deciding she needs new furniture. And if they do have to use the old furniture (hehe), it's going to look old, dirty and out of place in the new, white interior. Not to mention it's really going to be hard to fill up a house that large with what furniture they have.

When you get (grift,) a huge "statement" house, you really need almost an equal amount of money to furnish it the way it should be furnished. You need an interior decorator to come in even before you start moving your dirty shit in to fill in walls and spaces with proper colors, spacing and arrangements that use up all the space correctly. If you are going to put your life savings (plus) into your dream house, unless you deck it out to the nines, it just ends up looking big and cold and not very "statementy."

The beauty of a smaller more modest house, (especially when your kids are little,) is that you can decorate with the sweet little cozy things your kids have. You just need a comfy couch, a table, beds, maybe a TV, and you are good to go. Then if stuffed animals, dolls, books and Lego towers are your statement pieces, no one cares, because it looks to be a house full of happy children that are within arms reach. Maybe the color scheme is a mess, but oh, well, you don't have to show it off every day on a stupid vlog to even keep it.

Oh, yeah, it leaves you extra money for Disney and trips to the beach and all kind of fun, educational experiences that mean ever so much more than a stupid statement mansion that the girls won't even care about.

Oh my lord...i forgot about that--no fruits and veggies in Utah. That's one of the most stupid things the KADS have said, right up there with "By$on, you're losing weight!"

It's probably not a guest room at all. It's probably Tyson's room.

And the only reason she needs a new dining room table is because the damn kids put stickers and shit all over the other one. So dumb.

Poor Bison  , he is trying so hard to show the KADs he was once thin and a 'stud'. He has put up a second picture of himself, back in the day, on his Instagram page. All he is showing is what a loser he has turned into. Have another donut FatBack ;) Nice 'statement' pants

No wonder they didn't care about stuff being trashed. I'm sure it's been the plan all along to get new furniture. The best part is, the girls have been taught nothing different, so they'll continue to trash the new stuff.

Tra$hley and By$on, of course, won't be parents and instead of TEACHING, just won't buy more stickers for the girls. That's how they solve their problems.
