Just want to clarify that the lawyers are only for Tyson’s guidance. He sought out legal counsel because he was afraid and knew HE WAS IN THE WRONG. They did not see a lawyer to try and sue an underage girl that he messaged and invited over to spend the night at his house that I heard him do on a live feed several times among many other things he allegedly did with this underage young girl. If they even tried to do that a lawyer would politely tell them they have no legal case and their real concern and focus should be on his online behavior which is all documented. So please don’t fret about this. You have nothing to worry about! He is the one that is worried and unfortunately caused this all himself. It’s rather unfortunate that a wife turns a blind eye to a husband that does inappropriate things like this. For the life of me I don’t get it. She doesn’t appear to like him. They don’t appear to be an intimate couple making mad passionate love in front of the fire place for hours on end. So what does she get by standing by him?

Unfortunately in their culture women who divorce or leave there husbands (even if the woman isnt at fault) get dragged through the mud. Almost shunned from the church for being a heathen who is divorced. All the married women stop talking to them as they have been brought up to fear divorced women stealing their husbands.

So it will probably hurt her social standing less if she is married to a pedofile vs being a divorced mom of four.

Can you imagine her being a single mom and parenting the girls alone?? If he was to get charged with something that would that mean he’d loose custody/visitation of the girls? Lol, now thats the real reason ashley wants this covered up, she cant possibly parent those girls alone.

Women would admire her strength and look up to her.

I hope that never happens especially after the way she treated that poor girl Bison was talking to. She was abusive to that poor young girl.

I would like to also chime in and say to any underaged girls that Ashley cannot sue you, get you in trouble with authorities or any other nonsense she might say. If they have a lawyer, it is to keep Two Ton Tyson out of trouble. He is in the wrong, not any underaged person he has chatted with. He used his daughters to lure you all in to get attention. He is a sick man, she is a sick woman for defending him. Please take this as a lesson to be very careful who you interact with online. I know that a lot of you have formed friendships over editing the Gardners. Friendships online with your peers can be wonderful. Talk with each other, help each other and please let everyone know Ashley cannot get any of you in trouble, sue you etc...You girls have the law on your side, the Gardner’s know this as all of you should.

It beggars belief that TySin thought he could get away with not needing to hold a job and then using his resultant idle time to surround himself with young girls. When you think about it, though, he was a fully grown man when he groomed the 13 year old Ashley Gardner. His punishment? He got to violate her, marry her, have four little girls with her, have untold amounts of attention thrown his way, along with money, superficial fame, a big house, vacations, oh, and still was not expected to even hold down a job like most other men with a family. So I have to put in my two cents on this issue. I new a married couple that looking at them you would think they had the perfect life. Just like the Gardner’s, they spent their money of very materialistic things. They had a child and then shit hit the fan. The husband was arrested at work because the place he worked for caught him peeping on women and young children undressing (he worked at a pool). The police took everything electronic. Phones, tablets, computers etc. he spent a month in jail before they gave him bond and my parents bailed him out (still so pissed about it to this day).
Let’s say the police are in fact watching the Gardner’s. I’m guessing they came over to the house and took all of Tyson’s electronics possibly Ashley’s too, in search of child porn or anything they can use as evidence. That could explain the silence on social media. Ashley could be having her father logging into their Facebook to write and delete comments from his home. It makes sense! I hope the cops find enough evidence to arrest Tyson. That pervert needs to be locked up now!
