Hahaha! Statement pants. Bison is going to rue the day when he tried to seem all big and smart by using the word "statement piece." Lol.

I thought this about the rental. That spare room off the downstairs living room would have been a perfect playroom. Nope guest room so the girls played on the stairs.
Do they even have guests that stay the night?

I’ve never seen it. Maybe on that old wedding vlog where ASSWIT complains the whole time and at the end of the vlog she exclaims I hate weddings. Maybe that relative stayed.

They’ll probably entice people to “come stay at our new house” and then wrangle them in to take a turn getting their girls up in the morning.

Madison seemed so taken with the home maybe she’ll be their more often and overnight, then they can take advantage of her as well.

I didn't know they had a guest room with a bed until the rental pics. I don't know that anyone stayed over at their house did they? Why would anyone want to stay any more just because its a new house? I wouldn't.

I think they are lying about not having cable yet, if you look at the picture of the girls sitting at the little table you can see the tv on in the far right corner of the picture. With vlogging being their business I would have thought they would have had thatset up as soon as they moved in , they managed to get movers at the last minute, so they say!

That guest room doesn’t look very inviting....... just saying
I’m thinking the guest room is very important for babysitting helpers staying overnight

They look like stone washed black jeans. But they are so wide. Well I guess wideness extends from the waist to the hem.

Don’t get me started on those shoes. I’ve been watching for nearly a year and he always has them on. And wears no socks. I have called them Fred Flintstone shoes. You know if he wore shoes this is what they would look like.

Yes those stupid same old and I mean old shoes. I’m glad someone else had mentioned them. I have ranted about those things more then twice.

I looked up cadence homes and where they're building in highland. Since they've announced that both several times in live feeds and vlogs etc. Their new address would not be easy to find if I live there with those hideous doors on the garage. And there's 3 sex offenders living fairly close to them. Ashley was so positive it was very safe. Just because you buy an expensive house does not make it safe. Elizabeth smart.

It's probably not a guest room at all. It's probably Tyson's room.

I realize my situation is different than the GreedTurds, I have 3 daughters to their 4, mine are spaced out in age, theirs are not; and I'll stop with the comparisons there, BUT my home has an art room for my daughters to be creative in. Again, I don't want to say too much because I don't want the GreedTurds to take credit. I'm selfish, I know, I openly admit it. I will say this though, with that additional room, all 3 have blossomed with creativity. Sure, with all 3 in dance, I could have done a dance room with mirrors and barres and all that stuff, but my husband and I decided an art room would be better. Plus I buy those cheap frames at Wally World and frame some of their work on one of the walls. I can't keep everything, and Lord knows I've wanted to, but there are about 10 from each girl framed (and signed). It's kind of comical the stuff my youngest comes up with, like I said before, she's my little Karma. I might have to post one of her masterpieces here.

This is what kills me. Even if their house was built because of the girls, nothing is for them. The house is built for the stage they are in RIGHT now (I say this loosely), but the house won't grow with them. That's horrible.

This house is the worst. Everyone here has pretty much covered all the problems, and there are so many. I think to myself, if I was suddenly moving into that house with 4 preschoolers what would I do with the pressent rooms? The living/dining eating area would be the main living space. Cozy couches, TV, simple dining table with clean lines where the kids would eat on booster seats with us. The TWO 'nooks' would be for my kids--toys, baby dolls, doll beds, strollers etc, arts and crafts(little table and chairs in there), maybe another TV for DVDs and educational shows. Up stairs would be one office for the parents, a guest room and I would still have two kids sharing a room each, for now. In the basement would be storage and whatever else I could come up with. The piano? Gone. No one is going to play it and it is hogging up an entire room for no reason. And paint! The girls rooms would be painted pretty pastels, carpeted(no more sippy cups in bed to ruin the carpeting) with pretty curtains at the windows. Also the nooks downstairs would be painted also, cheerful and fun.

Oh and I would entirely remove that lip of counter that stools are 'supposed' to go near the refrigerator. The kids eat at the table. That huge hallway? Maybe stick the piano out there! What a waste of square footage.

I haven't totally caught up with the thread but I had to say a few things:

- Lovethispage I laughed out loud at the top hat fancy reference!

- I forgot the girls had their mattresses on the floor. Can you imagine being behind bars, sleeping on the floor on a shitty crib mattress, in a big empty new room in a new house? It's torture. Also, couldn't one of the girls push her mattress out from under the crib, then try to escape herself through the gap, and easily be strangled or suffocated by a wrong move? Those girls should be cuddled into fluffy beds with their OWN blankets and stuffies. No wonder they're miserable! And probably in full, disgusting and itchy diapers to boot. Has their skin callused to adapt to the constant wetness?

- I can't believe how enormous their rental was. Can even a KAD argue that 4k sqft is small? Especially for four SMALL children who share only two rooms? It's shameful there's no room on the main level for the girls to play in a 6k mcmansion THEY paid for. It's the girls house, not Trash's and CERTAINLY NOT Bison. How hilarious would it be if she kicks his fat ass out to bring in a hot new boyfriend with a job who encourages her to be independent and hire a nanny/ send her kids to preschool so that they get normal, dependable human interaction.

- New furniture and they dared to say they needed to see if they could fit movers into the "budget." Also, big spenders should just use data to upload. This is KAD christmas and they're ignoring the people who bought the house for them (on the backs of the girls privacy.)

- If someone posts something weird let's just report and ignore and move on because this thread goes too fast!

Getting their own bedroom painted and ignoring the girl's rooms is another example of their selfishness.

Oh! And they have a guest room because I will bet you it is used CONSTANTLY when the help comes over for the night shift. Also, would you want to sleep in Trash and Bosons bed when you're babysitting the girls during one of their 1,000 vacations?! The amount of BO, donit crumbs, straw hair grease and makeup must be disgusting.

As soon as we get a bigger house with a basement I'm definitely going to make a dance room for my daughter! When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter my beloved office became the office / PLAYROOM and now that my daughter is older she's got a little desk of her own right next to mine that's filled with craft supplies. I'm so depressed and jealous I have to share a room with my beloved daughter. My heart that walks around outside my body. Why can't we be so beautiful too? Why can't we love it so much too?

I know many don’t agree with screen time, but bear with me.

The shows my kids watch are very educational. Not only shapes, colors, etc, but also concepts of more/less, tall/short, near/far etc.

The other day, my two, who are 4 months younger than the girls, were watching Dora. The question was “which tree is the tallest? Number 1, 2, or 3”. My daughter shouted out the correct number. The next question, “which [whatever] is the largest? Number 4, 5, or 6?” Again, she shouted out the correct number.

So, not only was my daughter able to identify the concept, but also answer the question with the right numbers.

If the FF were able to even be exposed to the RIGHT tv shows, it would even help a bit.

Sesame Street, Mickey Mouse clubhouse, Dora, wallykazaam, umizoomi, Blaze, hell- even Blues Clues.

Instead I think they watch super simple songs channel on YouTube, Moana, the grinch, random Halloween shows, and that seems to be about it. Not good enough.

End thoughts.

They used to be better about all of this. They were using it to teach sign language. And they’d watch Sesame Street. Something changed. They completely lost interest in being parents and became greedy monsters. They used to cook dinner quite often, we’d see their bedtime routine and she’d read to the girls, their rooms were decorated. It’s like one day the stars and miracle of parenthood fell out of their eyes and were replaced with dollar signs. And it wasn’t a good change. Greed. This is what the Bible means when it says that money is the root of all evil. I know many people with wealth who are wonderful people, but man does is suck the soul out of so many.

Actually, it's "the love of money is the root of all evil". Which is exactly the problem. Greed. They have come to love money more than what's best for their children. Money itself isn't evil. It's the importance attached to it, and the pursuit of more of it than anyone needs at the expense of their own children.

Oh I didn't even think of that. It is probably used a lot since they have a late night helper a lot and go on several vacations a year. However.. They could STILL sleep in the basement. And those children could still okay in the sunshine and warmth of the house. I'm just wondering when the kids will come first. And not Ashley.

I can't remember when exactly, but at the time I knew the question asked by Bison was bogus, he was asking the girls what color do they want their new bedrooms in the new house to be.. purple, blue, maybe green was said but, they were only saying the colors they knew, they had no idea what he was asking and it was stated at the time by the Clowns there was no plan to paint the girls room any color. We knew that already, they told us that only their bedroom would be the one to get a color. She had a struggle with that choice also..During the final tour, I caught A$$wits comment about the paint in their room, she thought it would have been lighter,, oh well, deal with it bitch, at least you got some color. I hope you grow to hate it :x
There are studies out there about how the color of rooms can effect people's moods. Thankfully for her she chose blue, me personally I wish it was a dark blue :D

Now that we know how much their rental costs, it will be very interesting to see in the coming months if they are able to live within a budget while paying both the rent and what is sure to be an enormous mortgage. Based on what we all think her income is, will it be impossible? No, but it would for sure make it easier to bear if they cooked their own meals, actually wore outfits more than once, and didn't feel the need to buy the entire stock from bath and body works. Their amount of discretionary spending while they have two house payments will speak volumes about their true personalities and how they value money. Should be interesting to see
