Does anyone else miss the days when kyra could go out with no makeup Wearing sweat pants and a t shirt? She has gotten so high maintenance.

Lmfao no. Thank god she started getting dressed. Now she needs to worry about her ugly ass bun that makes her forehead look bigger and get those kids dressed. Who the hell wants to be in public wearing sweats & a t shirt? The only people I see dressed like that is the ghetto ass girls on welfare oh & Keren as well.
And that’s not being high maintenance. Everyone should be getting dressed on the regular.

I hope they get the kids a sandbox once they get their backyard finished. They seemed to really like playing in the sand and being outside. I don't understand why the builders don't put a safety cover over those window wells when they install them. I noticed another vlogger who bought a house that was just built and their window wells didn't have the covers either. I guess they are going get as much money out of the buyer as they can with the "extras". I liked today's vlog better than usual because they seemed more engaged and relaxed.

The holes were making me soo nervous. Why does Oscar have to vlog at the most dangerous times like when his kids are playing next to a huge hole or trying to go down the stairs.

oh great you’re in this thread too Kyra didn’t take care of herself back then because she had PPD. It’s a great thing to see her taking care of herself more now, even with her existing issues. She isn’t high maintenance, she’s normal lol. All of your accusations here and on KK’s thread are so weird and out of left field.

I understanding preferring kyras more casual look but I know I certainly prefer her “high maintenance” looks, as I associate her previous casual appearance to a time when she was quite low, around the time she had post natal depression shortly after having Levi.
it is incredibly annoying that she acknowledges her current mental health and will even show an understanding on ways to help get herself stabilised and yet refuses to actually do anything.
But at the very least she is maintaining herself (excluding that rats nest hair) and finding some things to give her pride and enjoyment in herself and that’s worlds better than slipping into a slump of wearing sweats constantly.

Honestly guys I’m not trying to defend Kyra at all about the way she’s dealing with her mental health and such, but it’s not just as simple as ‘oh yep I’m gonna go to therapy and get medicated’. That’s such a huge step to take - and yes I believe she has been to therapy and has been prescribed medication that she doesn’t take but it’s just such a big decision to seek help from a professional....

Yeah I was struggling to comment on it cause I don’t want to belittle how big a step it can be!

But on the flip side, she has made this step before. And perhaps she was overwhelmed and the timing was wrong and maybe it simply wasn’t right for her and she’s yet to get to a point of getting back out there to find what does work.
Maybe there is an alternative reason to the “its too expensive” one given when she quit therapy.
(Of course finances is a perfectly fine reason but it then becomes confusing when they then spend money that could truly help her on useless crap they don’t really need)

I feel so bad for Kyra though. Regardless of what she’s going through or not she says she doesn’t want to put pressure on Oscar for what she’s dealing with and that Oscar doesn’t have an answer to her anxiety.... but they live together and have a family, for all intents and purposes this is her partner! If he’s not willing to even be by her side and support her and just let her know things will be okay and that he’s there for her then what the actual fuck. He’s a useless father and he’s a useless partner. Kyra, move on. Oscar sucks

Oscar is not my favorite person at all.. But what more can he do for her? It's not fair to your partner to be responsible for your mental health.. that's putting too much pressure on somebody else. Your mental health is something you need to fix for yourself, nobody else can fix it for you.
He supported her back when she was struggling badly with PPD. He was also supportive (even going with her to some of her sessions) while she was in therapy while being pregnant with Alaya back when she was trying her hardest to avoid suffering from PPD again. And when she was going to therapy for her OCD.. and also when she decided to quit it too.
There's nothing more he can do for her. She has to want it herself.

I'm starting to think 90% of their fights and issues would stop if she would just go back to therapy and stick to it for once. He needs it too tbh.. both of them are kinda messed up

Totally agree.. Their overall messiness is on another level. Kids don't look clean especially Alaya.. Guess Kayla's presence really helped on more levels than they care to admit.
Kyra's teeth also look... I wonder when they last visited a dentist?

I know if I were to openly go behind my husband’s back and do something (tattoo, buy furniture, whatever) he would be so upset. It’s not about “oh she can do whatever she wants, Oscar is controlling” it’s about communicating with your partner and having a conversation. Shoot, I would be pissed if my husband did something like that to me! That’s not how relationships work. If she sets that as a precedent, there is trouble ahead. That is going to be a festering wound and eventually someone is going to get fed up.

I don't see the issue with her being "dressed" up more. If I spent that much money on clothes I would be wearing them as much as possible lol. I honestly think she doesn't know what to do with A's hair. It has a lot more body than hers does and using a standard brush on those curls will make it look bushy and messy. I had extremely curly hair as a kid and my mama could brush it five times a day and it still looked crazy.
