My thoughts exactly. I've watched Kassidee's past few videos and it was so obvious. She kept acting like she was going to throw up, bigger shirts, and looking more bloated in the face. She made this video and told them she wanted to hold off on telling people because of miscarriage. Then they ask like "omg how far along are you" and she says 5 weeks. (she told her MIL like 5 minutes after taking a test, wtf?) I get she's excited but 5 weeks does seem too early. & of course it was funny seeing Vanessa being fake happy for her

So I was rewatching some of her really early videos while I cleaned (I really need to find a new YT to follow and baby Lily is adorable) and I came across this. So cringeworthy!! I feel like it was probably weird when she posted it, but knowing her personality traits more now, it’s even worse. (The fake laughing, the “I’m just so quirky!” attitude...etc.)

Lmaooo I’m living for this because all of this could’ve easily been avoided if she acted her WAGE. Ever since she’s gotten that house it’s been falling apart and I’m sure it’s taking a toll on their marriage.

I feel bad for the kids because I’m sure Vanessa is being a total bitch to them (more than usual) but she absolutely 100% deserves all this & more. I really hope the in-laws aren’t helping with those repairs and she goes broke fixing shit.

Rookie mistake, it seriously seems like they just budgeted for the house as-is and didn’t think of the routine maintenance (not to mention the stuff that’s falling apart). Like in our area everyone knows you just have to pay $400ish/year for seasonal spraying or you’ll have a shit ton of ants/spiders/box elder bugs in your house. I bet their yard looks like shit too. If they’re paying for all of these repairs, you know that they aren’t going to be paying extra for routine lawn/house care.

I’m sure the in-laws will bail them out.

The only thing I believe was when she said she didn’t cry when Lily was born...we know Vanessa. She never cared about Lily, we all know she was probably expecting her to die and when she lived she was like...fuck...then she became her proper to keep/trap David.

Exactly. The house was at the tip top of their budget. They haven’t mowed the lawn since they moved in. They haven’t trimmed the trees. And like you said, they have to pay the exterminators! Now with all these house issues, money is especially tight (if the in laws aren’t bailing them out). And Vanessa is still stomping down the aisle of homegoods collecting excessive amounts dishwear and shopping mindlessly for tacky clothes. She buys things she doesn’t even like, just to buy them! Like the fruit basket and the stranger things pajamas (she’s never seen the show). She seriously has a shopping addiction.

I think the fly infestation was probably a combination of the house never being treated for pests and David being careless and not picking up after the pets or not taking out the garbage for 2 weeks.

Standing water, rotting garbage, feces are all places flies breed so if they are in or around the house and they can find a way in, then you have yourself a problem.

Ok so she said back when she first got home that she came home to a filthy house after being gone for 2 weeks and that David didn’t do much cleaning. How freaking lazy is David and how much of a slob is he if that is what caused the fly infestation?? I’m imagining their trash can overflowing with rotting garbage in the kitchen, sink full of filth from him not washing the dishes he used, etc.

Plus I’m sure there were pet poop/pee accidents everywhere and cat boxes overflowing which probably brought in flies too. And I can’t imagine V cleaning up dog poop in the yards so outside they must be swarming too. Ughhh so gross!!!

Vanessa and David are EXACTLY the type of people that have absolutely no business owning a home. I mean look at how they treated the old house that they were renting for LESS THAN 2 YEARS...she literally had to do tons of repairs on it before she moved out.

I’m convinced something similar happened last time she left David with the cats and guinea pigs because next thing we know, she comes home and gives them away. Probably came home to filthy cages and a stanky house.

She’s not much better than him though. She’s a sahm who can barely watch her own children. She’s keeping this house tidy for now, but they will destroy it like they destroyed the townhouse (and David didn’t even live there lol just her, the kids and the pets). It’s always concerning to me when she says her anxiety is through the roof or that she’s losing it and she’s so stressed because we know she struggles to be a decent parent during the best of times...

But yes, I agree he’s a crappy partner and a crappy dad. She married him because he comes from a wealthy family and she knew she would always be provided for. Between the military and his family, she has it made. She used to be obsessed with him when he would take her out on dates away from the kids. Now that he wants to be homebody, she can’t be bothered with him. She likes David as a fun distraction from her kids, not as a parent— which is why she coparents with Nona.
