Re: Dailyditchingkindergarten | Part #107
I may be the odd one out in thinking this, but I don't believe they will downsize or buy cheaper. They spend like mad but they have also been earning a multi million dollar income for a few years now. They've cut back on some stuff, and I think it's so they can buy bigger. I'll be shocked if they go smaller or dramatically cheaper.

I don't think they'll go this expensive, but it wouldn't shock me if they bought this house. Even has a vineyard.... wouldn't shock me if they get into making wine next.

That is house beautiful, but nah I highly doubt it. Their income is not the same and it shows.actuallydear wrote:https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1935 ... 2227_zpid/?actuallydear wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 3:49 am I may be the odd one out in thinking this, but I don't believe they will downsize or buy cheaper. Plus they poured a LOT into the studio. Even though they have been making a lot, they have been spending a lot. They've had a few people in the payroll, 2 horses, extravagant trips to Vegas and Palm Springs on the regular, etc.
It's going to be interesting. That outdoor kitchen is awesome, but the pool is fugly.

That is a very pretty house. You might be right. Plus now Jimmy and Cassie have incomes, dad is retired, and mom still brings in money bilking the government - so really Missy's side of the family is off their back. Only time will tell... Maybe they will just rent something until the house sells. Which may take awhile ( Who would want to buy a house that is always close to being burnt down?). It is nice to let someone else handle all the maintenance costs!actuallydear wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 4:09 amhttps://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1935 ... 2227_zpid/?actuallydear wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 3:49 am I may be the odd one out in thinking this, but I don't believe they will downsize or buy cheaper. If they trying to get away from the fires, a vineyard in Murrieta would not be a good choice.
They're far too lazy to get into wine making. They like to go hang out at wineries. There's a big jump from that to actually becoming a vintner.
It will definitely be interesting to see where they end up.

Re: Dailyditchingkindergarten | Part #107
I think it'll be a downsize price wise, they paid a decent amount for a home that feels kind of small, and has a terrible layout. The could spend less but still get something bigger, newer and a better layout.
Without a doubt I believe the next house will be less expensive, not only in purchase price but to maintain as well. And probably closer to Mimi.

Re: Dailyditchingkindergarten | Part #107
I wouldn’t be surprised if the next house includes Mimi. I’m sure they purchased Mimi and Papa’s house. They could sell that one and theirs and move into a nicer home together as a “multi-gen” household again. Missy could have more help with the kids (and new baby she plans to have) and Papa can do the maintenance.FakingIt_MakingIt wrote:I think it'll be a downsize price wise, they paid a decent amount for a home that feels kind of small, and has a terrible layout. They were looking at less expensive homes so I think they are going for a cheaper price and cheaper to maintain. They also sold the horse. I’m sure it’s very expensive to heat and cool their house as well expensive maintaining the grounds. I think it’s fair to say that they purchased Mimi and Papa’s house. They went through bankruptcy not all that long before he retired and they bought it. Most people can’t buy a house after bankruptcy because their credit sucks. And since he retired, it’s fair to say that his income is tighter than before so it doesn’t make sense for them to buy when they couldn’t before.
Bryan hasn’t shared that he’s booked anyone in the studio except Rachel Talbott that one time. I think he would share if the studio had other people in it. But the studio instagram is always about working on his music.

Re: Dailyditchingkindergarten | Part #107
I think B&M bought Mimi and Papa's house. It's apparently closer to their house than the old one was. I still think it's ridiculous that they did that whole crazy backyard thing at Mimi and Papa's and then sold it.
The heating and cooling isn't too bad at their house. When they moved in, it already had solar panels. It's the only green thing about them.

I’m so over their baby talk, clickbait about baby, “we are going to get pregnant soon!” shit. They have been saying this for the past 3 years

How do you know all that? I'm not doubting you just wondering.Cgl33 wrote:They were looking at less expensive homes so I think they are going for a cheaper price and cheaper to maintain. The bankruptcy was found a year or two ago by someone here. They looked at a few homes in a vlog and I was able to find them on Zillow. The information about the studio was found just by looking at the studio’s Instagram page.emilyrose26 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2020 4:38 pmHow do you know all that? Re: Dailyditchingkindergarten | Part #107
Sorry but that is messed up. People filing for bankruptcy? They have enough money coming in from the government for her 'back injury' to pay for rent. Plus when he worked he got paid decently. Enough for bills and a car payment. Not a big fan of people who take out loan deceitfully just to yell bankrupt.

So they are just chancing the FTC fine? They haven’t made their toy story Halloween vlog for kids.

Re: Dailyditchingkindergarten | Part #107
I'm not shocked. They did seem serious this time. I have higher hopes this time around. Not sure if it's because I don't watch them much now, but the kids seem like good boys... Bryan is getting worse, but all in all I think it'll be interesting to see how they parent this kiddo.
Also, this must mean Cassie is TTC too.
