I like that they’re reusing their original song for the opening. When I hear it, it immediately reminds me of them. I think their first intro is still the best one yet. Whoever they hired to edit it should be hired again. I like for their first intro that they used a highlight real from their footage to introduce each person. It’s more interesting then getting dressed up and filming an intro from your bedroom.

Jojo’s boyfriend clearly has a crush on Savannah. Idk whether it’s an age thing, but I feel like he was super oblivious to how obvious he was being. I always feel badly for the girlfriend in that situation. I know he’s just a kid but it’s still embarrassing for Jojo.

Also, Savannah telling Mark that she used to wipe his butt is gross. I remember adults telling me that and it always gave me the creeps. Like, cool? You’ve seen my prepubescent genitals.. thanks for letting me know

Jojo’s boyfriend clearly has a crush on Savannah. Idk whether it’s an age thing, but I feel like he was super oblivious to how obvious he was being. I always feel badly for the girlfriend in that situation. I know he’s just a kid but it’s still embarrassing for Jojo.

I get that they have to have video content, but the pranks they do are stupid. On one hand, I don’t see how either of them trust the other is being serious when they say something stupid like, “let’s start trying for a baby” while the there is holding their newborn.
On the other hand, if Savannah did believe he was serious, I wouldn’t really think it’s funny for my husband to have that kind of talk in front of a hidden camera and basically be lying.

It's like Madison doing that stupid "my water broke"/"I had my baby without my husband" prank EVERY SINGLE PREGNANCY. Yeah, I know they weren't vloggers when they had the twins, but doing it 2 pregnancies in a row is obnoxious AF.
The pranks they play on each other are bad, but the ones they play on Everleigh border on cruel. She's growing up knowing that she can't trust her mom and stepdad. That's going to create issues for her down the line.

Jojo’s bf and Savannah are cousins.

They’re not biologically related. They’ve said that savannah and Madison’s moms were close and the girls grew up together, so they were “like family” and called each other cousins.

I wasn’t a huge fan of their costumes this year, it felt kind of lazy and didn’t look cohesive with each other. Everleigh and Zealand really clashed with the rest of the family and Cole didn’t look like Tarzan at all. The only reason I knew what they were going for was because of Savannah’s dress. It sort of looked like Savannah and Cole put more effort into their costumes for the party than they did for their iconic family picture. I’m being dramatic about it, but their subscribers are the reason they can afford to live so luxuriously, you think they would put a little more thought and effort into their content.

My favourite costume of theirs was Winnie the Pooh. Savannah’s “bowl full of honey” was adorable. I think their costumes get worse each year. I think they should hire someone to come up with a concept for them.

Whether or not they've formally done a deal, the image of these kids is quite clearly v. valuable to their parents. No doubt about it these kids are being exploited by their parents and deserve to be both paid and to be protected (like child actors). Hope they all grow up and sue their parents for the money they are owed.

Unfortunately, the money will be long gone by the time the kids are old enough to sue. It'll help the kids whose parents are growing up now, thinking that the influencer life looks like a good idea, because if enough kids sue, maybe the law will get changed.

I think it’s so weird that they’re always bringing up Savannah’s x-lovers and Coles past experiences. I have never heard people talk about it so much with their current partners, but especially on a vlog that children watch. I don’t have any adult guy friends who’s girlfriends know about their first 3 kisses and where they took place. I also think it’s sort of laughable that Savannah had 4 ‘serious’ boyfriends before Cole. They come off as so immature to me, it’s wild.

They mention it because it helps the narrative that she was a tramp before Cole, and he rescued her and Everleigh with Jesus. Cole has to make sure no one forgets how wonderful he is to have "forgiven" Sav for her misspent youth.
To me, any forgiveness is between Sav and God. And she wasn't a tramp to begin with. A man who slut shames his own wife under the guise of "forgiving" her for having had a life before meeting him has questionable "Christian values" in my book.
