BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
Jezzz They are acting like its the last time they'll see each other. I don't buy this don't put this on the Vlog bs. Bryan damn right filmed it for the vlog other wise Missy wouldn't have put it up.

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
My husband is in the military and has left for 9+ months. I do however feel that no one is Intitled to miss their spouse/partner more than anyone else becasue of the amount of time. I'd miss my husband if he left for a week a month or a year. BUT that being said they are way too dramatic about him leaving. It's inky a week. I get she will miss him, if she didn't then there is definitely something wrong there. The way she is acting is like he's leaving for a three year mission. I honestly think it's becasue she has to take care of everything. That includes cooking missy!

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
Um, she can miss her husband sure, but should she be pathetic and mournful because he's gone? No. Life goes on, and she has Ollie to care for, who will be completely put off and harder to deal with than usual because his dad is away. The focus and worry should be on how Ollie will deal with things... Not Missy. Something could happen anywhere and anyday, but they are filming and acting like so etching WILL happen and they need the footage to flashback on. Again, it's a vacation and he chose to go there! It's an opportunity many others would enjoy.ohgoodness wrote:It doesn't matter if he is gone for a week. He went to another country. What if something happened to him? Smdh. And don't come at me with the Army Wife has to deal with worse. I've been there. My husband was deployed for 15 months. I am now a Military Widow so I know and I think its really insensitive to say she can't miss her husband, the father of her child.
My husband and I are a team too, but that doesn't mean I need to spend every minute doing the same thing as him. He goes to work, I stay home and care for the kids, that's ok and doesn't mean we aren't a functioning couple. The way they define team, there is NO WAY they can accomplish that when they have 2 kids.

You guys acted like she had bitchface on during the pregnancy reveal video- I've never seen her act more excited lol. And yeah, I'd miss my husband too the way she does. She might be talking about it to much, but really, what else does she have to talk about? Lol

I hope nothing bad happens to him. And I am truly sorry for your loss.
No one said 'Army wife' is worse. Like I said it sucks any amount of time you are separated from your spouse. I was just commenting on how dramatic they are, just feel it's all for show.

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
And another reason Oliver doesn't talk much?
while they were in the car and she was going on and on about him leaving you can hear Oliver saying, "mama, mama, mama, mama..." in the background and NOT ONCE did she acknowledge him. My son is going on 16months, and when he calls me, I answer him. Because he is learning to talk, if he is calling "mama" I answer him. It shows him that he is correctly calling me and not just mumbling.

The Nive Nulls have had an intro featuring Audrey thumbs upping, I wouldn't be surprised if they've been coaching Ollie to do it too.

No kidding. Even Bryan tried responding to him, but Missy just talked right over him.mommyluvv wrote:And another reason Oliver doesn't talk much?

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
I couldn't help but think of all of the military families that go through deployments. If they had any empathy they would have mentioned some type of appreciation for military families and say something along the lines of having respect for the family's who go through deployments. Missy could have given compliments to military spouses who literally do become single parents for months at a time while the other parent is deployed. Also the other parent really is in harm's way. But as always they are self centered and can't even think about anyone else but themselves.calichic29 wrote:I know right? People on ig are saying they will pray for Missy to get through this time without Bryan...oh Geez it's a dang week. Maybe try a few weeks or months.rdt1004 wrote:Only a week?? Bryan seems like the type of person who always sweaty. Like if he hugged you it was be gross and sweaty, or if you sat in a plastic chair after him it would be all warm and sweaty.

These two clearly have no friends and lives outside if the relationship. It's sad. I think they were better off when they worked outside of the home.

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
He's seriously only leaving for a week? wtf. I never heard either of them say how long he was leaving for so I just assumed it was AT LEAST a month given how dramatic they were acting.
I'm starting to get really tired of how self centered they are and how little they show Ollie. My son is a year old and likes to watch the vlog to see Ollie, but by half way through he's getting down and going to do something else because half of the vlog is just Bryan talking to the damn camera.

Re: BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
I am all for being blunt about the Lannings but come on. It seems like people are just trying to find any reason to hate. When it came to the NiveNulls announcement milthy seemed genuinely excited. The video Bryan made was of course fake and MENT to be in the vlog. But I get where she's coming from. My husband works full time and I'm at home with our son. He had to leave once for a month for training and it was hard. I was extremely emotional. I can only imagine how hard it has to be because he's traveling to a developing country. Yes they are milking the crap out of it but it seems like she's just really going to miss her husband.

Eww Eww Eww Eww, that kiss he gave at the end of his personal message.....it made me jump and eww eww eww eww. Oh and I don't want to know what he did when he raised his shirt.

Ok. A month is different that a week.sarawrhenson wrote:I am all for being blunt about the Lannings but come on. It seems like people are just trying to find any reason to hate. HAVING to go away, is different than a trip you planned yourself and have control over.
Plus Missy is a baby about pretty much everything, so no I don't sympathize with her. She will gain respect if she manages to figure out how to do things without tons of help. Bottom line is that the two are more concerned for how one another are going to handle the separation, than they are how Ollie will.
Also, it sounds like they look down on the Cambodian culture and people, there is just no empathy there. After asking for people to donate that money, that's just shitty. I bet they got the tax break for it and that was the real interest in the fundraiser... Well, that and being Christian around the holidays.

I agree with you on how bad they look down with them! I feel so bad that they act like it's only so hard on them, what about Ollie?? And I'm sorry but she needs to know how to cook full healthy meals for her family.

BumpsAlongTheWay Part 17
Um... So Bryan went all the way to Cambodia to see how they live and check out the charity, and he's spent all day at Hello Kitty Playland tweeting about missing Missy (not Ollie)... Seriously!? This guy can't even "fake it?" I think we give him too much credit for his acting in vlogs.
And I'm pretty sure there aren't many straight men that like Hello Kitty.
Eta: I now sew he's only in Taiwan, but still. You e been away for 15 hours or so and you're crying, calm down!
