Boy or girl?

I heard there's an old wives tale that says you can know the gender of your baby from the first scan. Anybody knows about it? And what do you think mine is? (ultrasound wasn't vaginal, so the baby is actually on the left)

Edit: heartbeat was 161bpm at 8 weeks 1 day

Ramzi Method suggests girl since it's laying on the right side. It supposedly had a 97.5% accuracy rate for predicting girls and a 97.2% for predicting boys. I used it on my first scan where the baby was laying on the left side and sure enough I had a boy.
