As a personal trainer this bothered me so much girls, why are you doing static stretches on cold muscles? Warm up! Go for a little jog, do some dynamic stretches... google this shit! Not to mention their form is terrible. They both need to do a couple of sessions with a personal trainer before they hurt themselves.

I’m no expert but their form was atrocious. I died watching v run. They need to hire a trainer if they’re going to be serious about it.

I posted the pictures here before but I don't remember what thread...she did work for them doing something but it was very short lived. Like a month. The pictures that she was included in were on the company's website. I think she did their social media stuff because she also made a YouTube account just for the company.

They really could use your help I've been a competitive athlete for many years and even I would seek professional assistance before working out at the gym. Granted, I hate the gym and wouod much rather chase after a soccer ball. "Props" to these Looney tunes for at least trying, but they aren't going to get very far with the workouts they're doing...
