Wow, I actually Bryan is looking much better since losing weight! I feel like he feels more confident, which is good. I do also think he has been struggling with mental health issues. I think he mentioned he had anxiety? I dunno, I feel like some of you ladies will find anything to complain about. I think him opening up about losing weight and giving others hope is a fantastic thing.

Great that Bryan is losing weight, but if he isn't (which he probably is) he still needs to eat more healthy foods too. Eating a portion helps, but it'll work faster if he also eats healthy. I didn't hear him say much about vegetables.

I completely agree. I commend his weight loss but would have loved to hear him talk about eating the right kinds of foods to fuel his body- mostly protein, fruits and veggies. Portion control is great but if you're still eating crappy foods your body is missing out on key nutrients it really needs. Good for him for losing over 50 pounds though. Hopefully he is mostly eating healthy foods and just mixing in junk food just every now and then.

When I was a kid in Arizona, a bunch of us were climbing over hay bales My friends dad said very quietly and sternly no one move a muscle. Then in a flash he swung a shovel and killed a rattle snake. I have never played in the hay bales again even back home on the east coast.

The thing is, that no matter how much he says he's happier since he lost the weight, it doesn't match his demeanor AT ALL. He's become more petulant, he hardly ever smiles, and we rarely see him playing with his sons.
I don't buy it.

I don’t buy it either. He seems really disconnected from everything and everyone. He and Missy rarely vlog together anymore, he is hardly on social media, and he seems to be going through the motions with his kids.

I wonder if whatever he takes for anxiety has made him a zombie. I’ve been on different meds that have helped my symptoms, but made me numb and completely disengaged from friends, family and things I enjoyed.

Honestly though? He’s always had a look of melancholy behind his eyes. His over the top, obnoxious “glee” has always seemed fake. He’s never been interested in important meetings/appointments for his wife or children, he took no part in touring pre-schools for Ollie, and he’s always been quiet and in his own world when spotted in the background of other vloggers videos. I want to believe that meds cause this, but I think disconnected is just who he is.

I think all the money and youtube fame did work out the way he thought it would. I think he thought it would make him happy and it hasn't filled the void he was trying to fill. We all have scars from our childhoods. Some much worse than others. But there comes a time you have to let it go and move on and I don't think he has been able to do this. Not to mention an airhead entitled wife child that probably puts more pressure on him than he needs and a plethora of 'family' (the hollisters) who are judgemental and don't just love him for him and let him know it at every corner. I am sure it would be nice to have an actual friend that he could hang out with, that doesn't work for them or is trying to gain yt fame off of them. I think he thought once they hit it big on their own and had money etc it would all fall into place and it hasn't. I actually do feel for him.

Like I said, they are STUPID. Rattlesnakes like barns because there's lots of food that their prey likes. So they can get lots of mice and rats and not worry about hawks.
And Missy galloping along filming herself in full makeup-- but again, NO helmet. If Nacho got spooked by a snake, she would be in deep trouble. She can't even get into the saddle from the ground. She had to take Nacho over to a rock, and filmed herself getting on from what looked like the wrong side!
And she posts "What I do in my free time". Her whole life is "free time"
And no, Finn shouldn't be playing Fortnite. It's not "cute" for a small child to play a first person shooter game. It's inappropriate. There's reasons for the age recommendation.

I hope Missy wasn't laughing at Bryan just to be a jerk! The second he came down the hall in crutches, she just giggles.

I haven't been on/ridden a tractor, but isn't there so many dangerous things about what the boys were doing today!? They're just too small! All it took was one of them to fall down, and Bryan wouldn't be the only one in crutches!
Sorry if I'm over exaggerating, as I said, I've never done any of this before. But I feel like there's a reason...

She’s definitely lost weight too. She hasn’t talked about it at all. She was going to the gym last fall, but dropped that pretty quickly. Horseback riding can be pretty intense exercise, especially for a newbie who doesn’t have the muscle memory, strength or balance and has to build all that from scratch.
I would imagine that she was jealous of all the attention Bryan’s been getting as well.
Whatever the reason or motivation, good for her. No matter what my personal feelings are about a person, I’m always a cheerleader for healthy weight management.

Basically a horse bucked while he was on it during a lesson (he didn’t fall off) missy loved him because he recovered amazingly and made out with him afterwards.
