Okay maybe I'm missing something but if they have saved up for a down payment (supposedly), have the VA loan AND want to buy a house - why don't they?! I'm not sure how the housing market is in CA (besides that it's expensive af) but wouldn't it be cheaper for them to buy instead of rent? At least that's how it is in most places in the US. Unless it's because they want a stupid expensive and fancy house to show off, which honestly makes sense since they're looking at brand new homes.

Today's vlog was nice I liked it minus her completely cutting off Justin and even that wasn't too bad, since I can't stand how slow he talks and, actually don't mind her by herself. I like houses a lot though so that might be why, I enjoyed it.

So when she has 40 000 views it will be $60.
It depends on many things.

So when you calculate 30 days x $60 = $ 1800 a month

That´s why he needs a job.

Otherwise he could stay at home, when you earn $6000 a month with these boring videos and make them interesting.

Really large range. I highly doubt they would be make $200 a video. Scbnatterinchen sounds more realistic and that's roughly what I heard is how much you earn per 1,000 views.

Temecula is NOT that expensive, compared to other parts of CA but still, they should be a hell of a lot smarter with their money.

You can tell from my post history, I’m far from a fan, and yes, I do agree with you and think she is going to struggle immensely. She has no idea how to budget and spend money, nor how basic biology works. She seems to live in a dream world that is all for the ‘gram.

Am I going to enjoy watching her demise? Not at all. Having children is hard work. I struggled easily the first six months when my first child was born in 2015. I was naive going into it (honestly thought maternity leave would consist of baby sleeping or on the boob and I’d burn through a fair few box sets on Netflix!) and it ruined me, mentally.

I hope no one has to go through that, Rachelle included. Despite her being a rude and obnoxious cow at times!

I agree, I think she is going to be surprised but for their family's sake I hope she adjusts quickly. I hope it humbles her and makes her grow as a person and maybe get back to her earlier before YT success roots. I do like Rachelle, I think she is just in a weird spot and it's turned her into a turd, but we all get like that in different ways sometimes.

Now Justin I still swear up and down that he is just not a good dude. There is something off about him and because he hasn't been super present I can't put my finger on exactly what it is. He talks out of his ass way too much for someone who is 23ish years old and can figure out how to apply sunscreen.

They both just made camping holidays. I don´t wanna say that it´s bad but where I live it´s the cheapest way of making holidays and you wouldn´t get me there. I don´t wanna sleep in a tent and I don´t wanna visit a toilet or bathroom where I have to stand in line to finally come back with foot fungus, an inflammation of the bladder or worse.

Rachelle said her and Justin have went through Dave Ramsey’s financial peace. They paid cash for her car. My guess is they do better with what they have because they follow his principles. I am not trying to defend her though. I have also seen a tweet that they also have started IRA retirement accounts. I think they are better with their money then people think. Ramsey’s envelope system is not really a budget but actually gives you permission to spend. And it really helps you stretch every dollar you have.

They do own their condo. And regular people don't shop or spend as much money as Rachelle and Justin. Besides groceries I go shopping maybe once every 2 months to buy something. Their expenses far outweigh their income. Military do not make good money. Base pay is roughly $23,000. Also this isn't a Phil and Alex thread they have their own you can check out. I dont want to make this thread about them.

I've been to that thread. I disagree with them and that's okay. I still like Phil anf Alex which is why I don't comment on their thread.

Don't forget that she regularly gets brand deals which can pay about 1k per video. So at 1 brand deal per week she could make around 4k per month on top of ad sense money. Not to say that she's a millionaire or anything just that she may make more money than we think. Especially with her expensive taste for independent business's and they order out for food fairly regularly
