Today's vlog. There are no words.
"Opening Birthday Gifts from Subscribers and Fans". I'm disgusted.
On the one hand, it's good that they're acknowledging the gifts, unlike their "vlogger besties", cough cough. But opening them on the vlog and dedicating a whole vlog to it is just skeevy. It encourages people to send more. "They said my name! They showed my present on the vlog! I am so excited!" Gross.
They aren't special. They film themselves and upload it. That's all. They're not talented. Why do people think they are so amazing? I just don't get it.

It seriously absolutely disgusts me how much money people spend on a family who they do not even know! And they may be spending every last dollar and cent on these brats! And even the people who can afford it, wouldn't it be so much better if that money for example was donated to sponsoring a child in another country who goes without safe drinking water every day and who is severely malnourished?

I second that! It absolutely makes my blood boil how much money people spend on this family when there are people suffering in the world! Some people need a serious reality check!

That is a _wonderful_ idea! These kids have everything they need, and pretty much everything they want. It's _ridiculous_ to send them things. The fact that they encourage it this way makes me sick. They should say that letters are fine, but that any gifts will be promptly donated. The gluttony and bad example for the kids is just wrong. Mindy gets all teary and says how touched she is that people want to send them.stuff, but a handwritten note would be much more meaningful than more toys. And I think it just feeds Branden's ego. I don't think it's even about greed with him. I think (and of course, it's just my opinion) that he gets a huge ego stroke from the "fam mail".
There's another family, Family Fun Pack, that has 7 MILLION subscribers. They make more in a month than most people make in a year, and have lot of overseas fans. They actually post their children's sizes in their "about us" section. Meanwhile, you have Samika, who said "we everything we need. We appreciate the thought, but please don't send us stuff". And closed their PO box.

"We're going to spoil her". What else is new?
She had her party. They opened presents from "subscribers and fans". Now they're doing a whole big celebration too.
I can't believe she's still in a crib. And the whole "Punzel" thing was making me twitch. They really are like the Greedners. Keep your kid in a crib as long as you can, and talk baby talk to them instead of teaching them how to pronounce things correctly. And get them overalls when they've just finished potty training.
And Branden, STOP with the hand punctuation.

Oh yes she is seriously such a spoilt brat!! She is going to expect everything she wants especially when she is older and that is going to cause issues! And I absolutely agree, I do not believe either she is still in a crib and she is three! And she obviously needs speech therapy because her pronunciation of words is absolutely atrocious!

When I first started watching them I didn't notice a difference with how they treated Madi and the rest of the kids. That has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY worse in the last year and a half. I was actually most disgusted that time that Branden went on that work trip and bought all those Nike things for the kids. Remember how he got a 50% discount and still spent over $1,000 on Nike merch for the family, mostly the kids. Madi only got one single shirt. That actually made me angry. She watches those videos and she can see how many things they do for the four at home but just leave her out of. When I was a kid, I was DEVASTATED when my father bought things for his new girlfriends kids but not my brother or I. I still hold a hatred of him for that, lol. I love how much Mindy seems to adore Madi and they get along so well, but I bet she must feel really left out a lot.

Branden responded with a smiling face. They have tears in their eyes when Krew does well in a race. They claim to be openly sobbing when Branden's dad was gifted his car. What is wrong with these people? How can they be so affected by a family they don't know about inconsequential events. Branden and Mindy are like a lot of parents I know, they enjoy spending time with their kids. The difference is they keep patting themselves on the back for doing so.

I seriously roll my eyes when fans gush over them. Or when people want to chip in to buy things for these families. It's absurd. Why do they need that lot behind them? They don't. And if they really truly think they need it, then they need to. pay for it. Not have their idiot fans buy it.

Just after the flood and after Brandon quit his day job to YouTube fulltime, I lost interest for all the reasons you have so eloquently stated. I figured I'd check in here to see if there was any reason to start watching them again & that's a big "no" lol Everyone needs outside employment to keep them balanced and real. I love how the parents clearly enjoy the kids, except for the little girl. If they truly wanted her to blossom into her own person, they'd not be spoiling her like a princess! I'm hopeful that the oldest daughter has chosen to not be in the vlogs and that they are not avoiding her intentionally.

And Hazy is definitely becoming spoiled. She never says please or thank you, (except when prompted) says "Open it!" when she gets a present, instead of "Please open it" . They made her birthday last basically a whole week between the party, presents from "fans and subscribers", and the actual day. It was ridiculous.

Speaking of Madi, is t she usually hear by now for the summer? Summer is almost over for these guys and school starts in like a month. They've talked about taking a trip to San Diego in a few weeks. I wonder if that means Madi isn't coming at all this summer and they're just going there to visit her instead. If that's the case and that trip is only a few days like the rest of their vacations this summer, I'll REALLY be annoyed with them lol.
