They don't seem to have things in common (not that different hobbies are a bad thing) but Adam is also her "manager" in addition to everything else. That could be a lot of stress in itself then add husband and father. I mean Tara would rather talk about bounce house prices than an interesting conversation so I can kind of see where Adam looks at her the way he does. And the pressure of this picket fence home she copied from someone else might be hard for him.
Tara could also be making more and that might bother him. Adam seems like a provider, im not saying her making more is an issue but just another thing that might have him walking on eggshells.
I get the impression that Adam is more than her work manager and that he probably is more controlling than they let on. It seems like he rolls his eyes a lot at her and not in a playful way. "Typical Tara" this and that. When my husband and I laugh at eachother we do it in a respectful way and have never had hurt feelings over it. I get the opposite vibe with them. Tara is dumb and I think it annoys Adam but he also likes control. So, it works for them. Their whole dynamic is just weird to me.
Sometimes I even wonder if she doesn't mean to be such a copycat of everyone. Is Adam the real copycat behind everything and he is encouraging her to copy that Texas IG house and the majority of the other things she does/purchases?
Even when he told her she was beautiful in that recent vlog, I was torn over whether to think that was sweet or cringe worthy cause it was for the vlog. He had just made fun of her and assumed she messed up their event tickets.
I could be totally off on this but they def don't seem close to equals in that marriage.
