And I hate that they’re trying to start rumors that Martina worked with them. The Greeds uglified that logo with the stupid G. And Martina seems way more professional than reusing logos for customers. Stop dragging her name through the mud by thinking she associates with the Greeds!

I don’t know much either so maybe someone with more knowledge can enlighten us on the subject. I do know that Lularoe used many designs for their clothing that were not original. Some of the original artists did have the resources to sue and the courts ordered lularoe to pay. Unfortunately, many artists knew their work was being used by lularoe but were in other countries/didn’t have the resources/etc and couldn’t do anything about it. It’s sad.

This is exactly right. This artist would have to have the means (money) to hire on an attorney to help address this. That’s why I said earlier I’m sad she’s in another country. Who knows?! Maybe they knew and figured Italy was far enough away she couldn’t do much

I really wish I was an attorney, I would certainly take this copyright infringement case on with no fees at all. Hypothetically speaking, I wonder if any of our sisters in snark are able to take one for the team?

Hey y'all I've been missing in action my dad's been in and out of the hospital since February 8th he's 90 and has congestive heart failure and a few other things going on. Just wondering if anybody would want to give me a recap on the losers life. I'm too overwhelmed to catch up. To be honest.

The last thing I watched was stapled gate at the airport, I never watched after that I know that's a lot to ask. We all have our own lives and things going on. I don't want to take up to much time of yours. I hope everyone's been well.

- Then took a family trip on a Disney cruise (I could have the order mixed up)
- Indie has MORE bumps, bruises and mysterious ailments and looks sickly
- And as of today, the TURDS stole a logo and called it their own

So, in the KADS eyes it is ok for GQS to steal the logo but it isn’t ok for someone to go onto Assley’s business page, QTK, and steal her customers.

I do not buy the shit the are trying to sell.

Small business owners are not exempt from doing the proper research. The excuse we didn’t know or our SIL designed it doesn’t fly with me. It is your business, you are the owner-you are responsible.
