Yes, college isn't for everyone and there are plenty of cases that people spend thousands of dollars on a college education and then do nothing with it. I went to a state college and paid off all my debt on my own, a few years after college. I just think people drop all this money on private schools that costs 40K-60K/year and unless you are going to be a doctor or a lawyer, it doesn't really matter where you go to college. I just think children should be given the choice to attend college if they want and I think it is wrong for parents to try to say they will not let their kids go to college.SwaggySpungo wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 5:23 pm Not to derail the thread, but unless you have a specific occupation in mind that 100% requires accreditation that can only be obtained from a college, I’d stay the hell away from ever stepping foot in one.
I have a college degree (graduated with honors) and I can honestly say that it was an absolute waste of money, and much more importantly, a waste of time.
So many people would be much better off entering the work force at 18 and only going to college if it’s absolutely necessary for their career. And in those cases, some employers often pay for part (or all) of your education.
Starting your adult life life tens of thousands of dollars in debt, working at Starbucks after spending 4 years obtaining a completely useless arts degree makes no sense.

Re: The Rich Life
I will agree that college isn’t for everyone BUT there are ways to graduate with high degrees without debt. My husband and I are proof of that. I hold a BSN RN and I’m currently working on MSN so I can be a nurse practitioner. I finished my BSN solely on scholarship and my employer is paying for my MSN by way of contract that I will work for them for 5 years. My husband obtained a Bachelors in Mathematics on scholarship and a Masters in Education with 18 hours of math on scholarship. Then was teaching entry level math classes (up to college algebra) at the university while working on his PhD. He now holds a PhD in Mathematics and we had less than $5000 debt when he finished it. It is possible to get degrees without massive debt. Now med school and law school are two different subjects. The debt from them is immense.thatonemom wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2020 3:42 amYes, college isn't for everyone and there are plenty of cases that people spend thousands of dollars on a college education and then do nothing with it. Thanks for your answer to her clickbait. - I turned the latest video off around the middle, as by the preview slider I could see that the rest of the video was just her blabbering into the camera. LOL

I also get ocular migraines. They are very annoying! But maybe it has to do with the stress of YT laws and with moving house and with paying a large mortgage with no guaranteed income and less to do with an apple watch

Yes but for Kendall to actually admit the truth is rare.Swiss Miss wrote: ↑Wed Jan 01, 2020 1:41 pmI also get ocular migraines. They are very annoying! Surreee, Jan. She should be worried that the only video to barely reach over 100k views was more than 2 weeks ago and it was beyond clickbait. they’re lucky if they break 50k these days!

I was honestly surprised that Evie didn't say she'd take the apple watch... though she will probably end up getting it, when Apple tells them the restocking fee.

I’m sure they will think a $35 restocking free is low cash!!ThisIsMeCeej wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 1:07 amI was honestly surprised that Evie didn't say she'd take the apple watch... though she will probably end up getting it, when Apple tells them the restocking fee.

Re: The Rich Life
I do wonder what will happen with these new coppa laws. For sure I am seeing lots of their older videos in my feed. I don’t really know how accurate the website that I looked at but could it be true that even with videos reaching only 60k views that they are actually earning around 3000usd per video? If that’s the case they would be earning an absolute fortune per week. I still don’t understand how Kendal can have any fans over the age of 15. I am sure adults see through her but kids all want her to be their mom because she’s a shopaholic and acts like a teen herself.

Since they claim to donate everything they don’t use, why doesn’t she just donate her brand new Apple Watch to a charity/goodwill shop?2015Girl wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 3:07 amI’m sure they will think a $35 restocking free is low cash!!ThisIsMeCeej wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 1:07 amI was honestly surprised that Evie didn't say she'd take the apple watch... though she will probably end up getting it, when Apple tells them the restocking fee.

Re: The Rich Life
WTF...over 300 dollars in a pair of stupid shoes. They are definitely demonstrating their tackiness. Sensible, intelligent people do not spend that amount of money on sneakers. It doesn’t matter how much money a person has...clever people don’t splash the cashThisIsMeCeej wrote: ↑Thu Jan 02, 2020 3:34 pmTrue.. I forgot they are rich, and don't care to lose out on money. Re: The Rich Life
Please tell me they gave Evie’s friend a card to use before doing that challenge. Whose parents would actually allow that sort of thing to happen otherwise? Though knowing Kendal she wouldn’t ask for permission

No doubt they either gave her friend one of their cards OR they paid off the balance Evie racked up on her friends card.Siimplycraziie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 9:31 am Please tell me they gave Evie’s friend a card to use before doing that challenge. As far as $300 shoes, those shoes are more than $300....more like $560 + taxes. Also, I don’t believe that is her first pair of Golden Goose sneakers. She had a pair on a few weeks ago in an instastory or vlog. Just paying for a name that she thinks makes her rich. There are tons of places you can buy Golden Goose dupes for $50 or less.
Re: The Rich Life
The Golden Goose sneakers were in a TikTok and it’s obviously a different pair. Over a $1000 bucks spent on shoes for herself.tn37185mp wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 9:39 amNo doubt they either gave her friend one of their cards OR they paid off the balance Evie racked up on her friends card.Siimplycraziie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 9:31 am Please tell me they gave Evie’s friend a card to use before doing that challenge. You’ve got to be having a laugh! I had never heard of that brand until this latest video. Why would anyone, except maybe a kardashian, spend so much money on shoes?! She does realise she’s over 40,right! She’s not a teenager.tn37185mp wrote: ↑Fri Jan 03, 2020 11:27 amThe Golden Goose sneakers were in a TikTok and it’s obviously a different pair. Hang omg...I’ve just googled some more and these shoes look second hand...they look dirty! Why would anyone spend 450 on dirty looking shoes?
