Rash&Justin: Paychecks A & B are here at last, maybe now we can afford some grass | Part 28
Re: Rash&Justin: Paychecks A & B are here at last, maybe now we can afford some grass | Part 28
Reuben is a popular name in the UK. I’ve never heard of the sandwich.
I was quite impressed with the names. The middle names are meh, but I’m surprised the first names aren’t funkier.
I’m also of the elk of not calling innocent children ugly, but I’ve voiced my opinion on it before and won’t again. I’ll happily snark and criticise Rachelle and Justin, as they are adults and make conscious decisions.

Im honestly shocked they didn’t pick unique names! They are such boring, bland, typical people that don’t stand out in the slightest that try to be boho or earthy crunchy or whatever it is you can call it, but miss it by milesssss. Nothing about their home decor, clothing, or children’s clothing flows together like other YouTubers.

I think as long as you keep an eye out for hunger cues, you can still be successful with breastfeeding if you use pacifiers. Both of my kids were exclusively breastfed past one year and had a pacifier at 24 hours old. Granted, both of them stopped using pacifiers by around 3-4 months old.Elliecat wrote:I’ll just preface this reply by saying that I’m a breastfeeding peer supporter and I choose not to use dummies with my children.Haulnarse wrote:Whoop there it is..... what a dummy (literally).
Every breastfeeding/lactation consultant says NOT to use dummys for the first month-6 weeks to help you get a supply. If a baby is sucking on something other than a milk producing nipple it’s wasting its energy doing so then baby is too tired to feed and its a vicious cycle.

It is true that the breastfeeding journey is often hindered by early use of them.
However... when my son was premature and had massive trouble sucking at first, the NICU suggested using a dummy to help him to improve his suck. They called it a “non nutritive device”. I was secretly quite pleased that he refused to take it and we eventually got the breastfeeding sorted once he’d had all his tubes etc removed, but the fact is that they do sometimes have a medical role to play. Didn’t one of her babies struggle to latch and suck? Maybe the hospital suggested she try a dummy to help. If she was just using it to shut them up, I’d expect to see them both with one.

The names are not as bad as I thought... Reuben is v popular in the UK, as in you could go to a play centre and hear it several times. I've never met an Asher but believe it's the top trending name on nameberry. If they're both biblical then that atleast gives them using them some logic. I'm so obsessed with baby names but imagine twin names would be such a struggle for anyone!

Did Brynn not have a second middle name?

The hardest part with twins was having enough good milk for two babies. I didn’t know that you have foremilk and hindmilk, I forget which is the watery, lesser of the two. I would force myself to pump for 40 minutes at a time, and one baby would be stuck getting the junk milk* and would be hungry an hour later. Needless to say, I moved to full formula after a month. I wouldn’t blame Rash either way, I just hope she doesn’t try to hide or lie about it again like she did with Emma.
*I know most would say breast milk is never junk, this is my overall bitterness of the situation talking.

No, her full name is Brynn Caroline Swannie. It is interesting that all of there other children have 2 middle names.
Re: Rash&Justin: Paychecks A & B are here at last, maybe now we can afford some grass | Part 28
In one of their videos they said that Brynn only has one, because when she was born, they only had come up with one. It’s not so hard to come up with a name and stick one in there....

I dont particularly like the name Brynn but Brynn Caroline Swannie is SO much better than all the other names! 2 middle names is so clunky and unnecessary. I agree with everyone saying they are odd choices as none of the names really flow together at all, much like everything the trashys do

In her Instagram post giving the names for the twins Rachelle gave Asher first even though he is on the right side of the picture and most people would “read” the picture left to right. I really hope someone in her life calls her out on the favoritism of Asher. The babies are not even a week old. How can she show such favoritism already?
Re: Rash&Justin: Paychecks A & B are here at last, maybe now we can afford some grass | Part 28
She's already using #boymom. Pretty sure that's only if you have all boys not boys and a girl. Poor Emma, already forgotten about.

But Finn is THE most basic name. I know 3 little boys all named Finn. And I know of even more. We can't be here mockingly say that she for sure will name her babes David or Michael and then suggest Finn.Ld5 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 27, 2020 8:04 pm I think instead of Ruben (however you spell it) his name should be Finn. So Asher IS the blonde? I feel like they’ve said so many different versions of baby A or baby B having red hair or not having red hair or looking like Emma or having Justin’s nose or whatever lol. But based on everything we know now:
Asher- baby B- looks like Emma but blonde?
Ruben- baby A- looks like Justin but is a redhead?

I assumed it was uncommon and unique and I don’t know anyone named Finn. Being a teacher you come across ALOT of names.

This is my first time posting here but I just had to say I feel bad for Baby A aka Reuben its so clear that she favorites Baby B aka Asher and I hope someone in her life calls her out for it. And she can only be a #boymom if she has only boys so shes not
Re: Rash&Justin: Paychecks A & B are here at last, maybe now we can afford some grass | Part 28
Oh OK so maybe it's just France/Germany /Luxembourg /Belgium... Like this part of the world where it is super common... But I swear I feel like every boy I'm being introduced to is called Finn Emile Antoine.. And I get it these are beautiful names but as soon as a name climbs the popularity letter I am always off put...Ld5 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 11:05 amIfandany wrote:But Finn is THE most basic name. I think the boys are very cute too and I remember being shocked at my own reaction to Emma's looks. She was actually the first baby ever that I didn't find cute. And it has nothing to do with this forum because I don't think I was a member or even lurker back then
Re: Rash&Justin: Paychecks A & B are here at last, maybe now we can afford some grass | Part 28
Yeah, #boymom is a cute tag for moms that only have boys. I love how everything Rash touches suddenly becomes obnoxious.
