Just watched the latest video and she says they'll be trying embryo adoption, which is a weird thing to do when she's admitted (months ago, and again in this video) that her husband isn't really on board for trying anymore.
I've also noticed her comment several times on Ellie Mecham's IG saying things along the lines of "hope your boys are enjoying my book!" when the post isn't about the book...
