Re: OhioIsForFailingYourself (and your kids) part 45
She could've tried "killing herself" and they didn't take her to a hospital or anything because she probably didn't do anything really. And if she did, she could've said she has her spouse to watch the kids. Also, you can decline to be committed if you're an adult, they can't force you against your will.
Personal: when I was younger and super depressed I put a belt around my neck and held it really tight until I was turning like purple but I let go, that could be defined as "trying to kill yourself", so she totally could've done something like that and is being super dramatic about it. And my mom is bipolar and agreed to being committed when I was like 5 or 6 and my dad just watched us, no CPS or anything

Involuntary commitment (?), I think that's what's used there and it can be used after suicide attempt. One attempt could be written and explained off, two? No way. While I'm from Finland, surely our medical cultures don't differ that much?
What comes to CPS.. I'm pretty sure they would of checked because CPS has contacted her at least twice already. Again, our systems might differ a lot, but point being, I don't believe she has genuinely tried to off herself. She just likes to victimize herself for a pityparty.

I think the same applies here. They could even commit you if you say you are suicidal and considering killing yourself. Our old family doctor once told me that if she had fear that I would kill myself that there would be a chance I would be committed and have to be evaluated or something. At the time I was struggling with postpartum depression. I would think with 2-3 kids and here "attempting" to kill herself (especially being a second attempt) that it would leave the kids alone to defend for themselves or could cause them issues having to find their mother dead especially since the father was not living with them most of the time but there is no telling what stories she came up with.
I do know that she is a liar and thrives off of attention so I do not believe that she actually attempted it twice.
But I do not really know how everything works in Ohio. It may be different each state.

If they consider you a threat to yourself or others (and a suicide attempt counts) they can place you on a 72 hour hold. Locked down in a psych ward. They do have that in Ohio.Iammrsnesbitt wrote:She could've tried "killing herself" and they didn't take her to a hospital or anything because she probably didn't do anything really. I think she has tried twice. Once when she cut herself were she has the rose tattoo now, where she claimed she punched the wall because chuckie came over with his new gf but then she came clean about it being from cutting. Then there's the time where chuckie posted about her trying to hang herself in her or the girls closet. They may have been things she knew wouldn't actually kill her but they are just as wrong as really tryingmamamayhem14 wrote:placebo wrote:Involuntary commitment (?), I think that's what's used there and it can be used after suicide attempt. I'm from Ontario and two years ago my ex went to the emergency room because he was "feeling suicidal" and they held him for 72 hours involuntary. I'm sure most hospitals are the same, no?

Tayler is by far the most immature YT mom out there, I thought it was nice that she was helping the kids make and decorate Christmas cookies but then there she goes making a penis shaped cookie. This is just as disguisting as when she and chuckie were adding upside crosses to their Easter eggs.

I didn't see that but I had a notification ringing but show nothing after so I guess she removed it pretty fast.

I was actually thinking "man I can't believe Tayler did something nice like make cookies with her kids" then I saw the penis and that thought was instantly erased.

Any guesses on what her job might be and how long she will last? Also, in Ohio can you just have your permit and drive alone in a car with your kids and without a licensed driver?

Re: OhioIsForFailingYourself (and your kids) part 45
I don't think she has a hope of getting her license this month. I mean here, you can't get it if you don't do formal driving school, because you'll for sure fail the driving portion without that. It may even be mandatory here now idk. She'd have to be doing driving classes every day to get it this month. Are there restrictions when you get your license there, or because of her age can she just be a normal driver without restrictions?

Re: OhioIsForFailingYourself (and your kids) part 45
Where I live if you are over 18 you take your permit test and can take your license test the next day. That's what I did.
You don't have to take drivers ed even if your a minor. Minors need their permit for 3 months and to drive with someone 18 with a license. I only live a few states away from tayler. But I can't imagine the rules are too different state to state

Ah, it's much harder here then. If it's easy where she lives, she should be able to do it, but she doesn't have a car does she? Maybe she's going to be a pizza delivery guy, lol.

Where I live you have to have insurance in your name for the vehicle you are using to take your drivers test. If it's similar there I doubt she could afford that

Where I live you don't need to have insurance under your name. As long as the car has insurance you're good to go.mommaof2cuties wrote:Where I live you have to have insurance in your name for the vehicle you are using to take your drivers test. If it's similar there I doubt she could afford that
