As one of the SISies has pointed the route to the Boxing Ring here; would it be possible to take the in-fighting over there?
I do skip the conversations when I see it 'going there'; I don't even check to see who is saying what so I am unsure of anyone's position.
I guess my frustration is that it seems that the world at large is just infighting and bickering with each other. It seems to me that a lot of that infighting was created intentionally as a diversion. So I hate to come here to read more. I came here with concern for the quads only.
I bet the T$A love the disruption here.

Insert peace sign emojie.

I've been thinking all day that T$A must be loving all this.

That's probably why they have been quiet across their SM today.

Too busy reading here.

Mine still says Busby wannabes but I know I'm on the miracle unraveling thread. Hmmm.

Oh, how do I do that?? Thank you, hopefully you can guide me in the right direction.

I never knew that the word stud had so many different definitions as well as the word spaz. Here in USA they seem to have harmless definitions. Spaz in USA means like hyper. Stud in USA means like champ, etc. So my point:
If a word comes up and it has a derogatory meaning, let's all just explain it and have understanding that we may all chalk it up to a learning experience. No harm done. Thank you for your time sissies.

Exactly, good point!
Someone commented the other day that they did not like the girls being referred to as feral , well feral in the US means wild (as cats= feral cats, running wild) , we all know that the girls are pretty wild & out of control & that is how the FF came about, nothing more
I was the person that said I don't like them being called feral because I am uncomfortable with the girls being labelled because it isn't their fault. Not because I don't know what feral means.

I am going to disagree with you on usage of words though. Night Lady commented that spaz means hyper in the US. I know plenty of people from the US that would never use that word. Same as retard or tard, it is incredibly offensive. You cannot just take words in isolation, there is meaning behind them and words like spaz and retard were used specifically to demean people.
I've never heard of the word spaz as derogatory until i heard it used that waynon gomi. But if it is offensive, I won't use it, nor have I. I've only heard that word used to mean hyper or words relating to it.

I really enjoyed the show, it reminded me a lot of Stranger Things.
I read the book when it first came out. The book - without visuals was terrifying, especially the balloon for me.
I did not see the first version. I did see some shorts on that version on line; comparing the two and it does look like the second Pennywise version was scarier. For me I think it was scarier as she (is Pennywise a she?) almost has some endearing qualities that almost pull the viewer into her freakishly eerie clown face.
I am tempted to talk more about the movie; but won't spoil it for others here.
lol I read the book to years ago. I'm ready for part 2 lol. Use to love Stephen King but the last several years he has been too weird. Back to the Greedners. The Greedners label their own children! Heavy!

Mia, were you able to sort out the PM issue? :)

I am unsure of what is happening in the PMs as I clearly have a difficult time keeping up with this thread. Please excuse my ignorance.

However, you're all welcome to keep that discussion in the private messages or move it over to the Boxing Ring. :)

The Greedy Bunch has a new Snapchat and IG. Building with those huge Legos. Of course no rhyme or reason or method to their madness just grabbing and getting in each other's way. No real playing together.

Oh my gosh!!! Watching the live feed the girls know how to say no and one of the heavies turned over a tube of toys Trashley had just picked up and she gave them a look TyASS says "and she is giving you a look like whT are you going to do about it and I'm not sure whether it was Evie or Scarlett but she repeated WHAT ARE YOU GOING YO DO ABOUT IT and both T$A were laughing. I thought y'all just don't know what you are creating. Everything they ask them now they say NO. Now WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO TO ABOUT IT

OMG just how cute are those Busby babies?
We are treated to seeing the babies up from sleep. No hysterics. No one caged in. Everyone waits their turn.
Twice they show the babies talking to each other and carrying on a conversation. I don't think I have ever seen the FF do that. One time T$A said that the heavies were doing it; but they weren't.
And loled again when there a segway between scenes where up on the screen it says something along the lines of "running the girls energy out". I'm not sure if that was a poke at T$A; but I am taking it that way. They show the five playing in the puddles. Adorable. And there was just the sound of baby feet pitter patting in the rain; no one screeching at the camera. (Though I did have a moment of panic when one of the babies went towards a drain and in my mind I am thinking OMG LOOK OUT FOR PENNYWORTH! I humor myself; I saw Stephen King's "IT" this weekend)
Oh and you won't believe it. I spied with my two little eyes one of the Busby girls practicing sitting on the potty while four other non screaming babies were taking a bath. I literally laughed out loud.
There are a lot more treats in stored with that video; but that is what comes to mind for me right now.
Just an aside; the thing I first loved about the Busbys when I saw my first video is how the parents take time to take care of themselves. You can tell they both take separate time to exercise and I really admire that they stay strong for themselves and for the girls.

As for T$A feeding Indie donits and giving the finger to the snarkers; who does that? Not only what supposedly religious parents set their child up to give the finger? BUT how do they think that feeding her donits harm us in anyway? Indie is the one paying the price, you taught the SISies here nothing, you harmed us in no way.
The Busby quints and their parents are such a joy to watch. I am sure life often get hectic, but the parents' calm demeanor really pays off. I love being able to watch and listen to the girls without constant screeching and narrating. The girls are allowed to tell their own story. Novel idea, you think?!

I too love the Busby's and I have noticed they do several of the same things we snark on the Greedners for (pacis, etc.), but because of their calm, warm and inviting demeanor it doesn't seem to bother me. Their Vlogs match their personalities on tlc, so In my opinion, and of course I don't really know them, they seem to be genuinely nice people who are trying to turn out six well adjusted individuals. I don't think they lie to get ahead, they have been open about how tlc money bought their house, the Church bought their van( they are very public ally giving back to that church now) and the whole babysitter/ nanny issue. They are also seem very grateful for the help of their families and you do see both sides together often.
I still have mixed feelings about selling your children's privacy off for monetary gain. But they seem to be truly doing it to support their kids, not to turn themselves into celebrities. ( I hope).

I wonder if the real reason the girls aren't in preschool [beyond the fact they're not out of diapers] is they would be in the special needs class. I've helped write quite a few IEPs over my time as a mother so I don't mean that as snark so much as they don't want to come to terms with it yet.

Fucked it I know.

Maybe the KADs make it their life's work to set up numerous new Facebook accounts every day to "Follow" the Greedners.

She can't even deal with the girls not having matching outfits on
How in the world could they ever deal with the fact the girls need speech therapy & need one on one help..... it doesn't fit into their vision of a perfect life

In my area, it's pretty common to not go to Pre-school until after they turn 3 and it's like two days a week for a few hours. Then when they turn 4, it might be every day for a few hours. Then kindergarten. My twins are 4 months younger than the quads so they won't be going to preschool until next fall.

THIS ALL BEING SAID- I get my two out to library time, the zoo, etc. I also stay at home with them and do not "work" all these extra "jobs". Lol. I agree the girls need it, but I don't think so just because of their age. I think so because of the Gardners life style.
