The finger injury was so annoying. They waited to get her help because they had to wait for someone to come stay with the other girls. That's why you call an ambulance [y'all can afford it] and the other parent stays home until back up arrives and comes later on. From what I remember one of them wasn't even in the back with her so one of them could have drove her.

As I'm waking up this morning I'm watching the news. I'm in utter surprise at the devastating event that took place last night in Las Vegas. The Gardner's are the least of our worries. My thoughts and prayers go out to those who innocent people who lost their lives in the shooting.

The brother of a very dear friend of mine manages one of the most exclusive clubs in Vegas and said that it's actually far worse than is being reported on television. It makes my heart sick what our country has become. Devastating, truly devastating.

I have no comments on the Greedners this morning, the events in Vegas this morning have just consumed my thoughts. My heart goes out to all of the families that have lost love ones & to the ones that have been injured

My daughter is visiting her friend in Vegas and was at that concert, right up front when it happened. I finally heard from her around 1am and she is safe and is only scraped up from crawling out on her hands and knees and jumping over barricades but she's got somebody's blood all over her and is freaked out beyond belief she doesn't even care how she will get home, she's just glad to be alive. She got separated from her friend, lost her purse with her phone in it. She was able to call me from the MGM where they had a "lockdown" for people. She doesn't know her friends phone number by heart much less her address. I was able to contact her friend on Facebook to let her know my daughter was ok. But I haven't heard back from my daughter and she has no idea if her friend is ok, injured or even alive. I was able to get through to the MGM security where she called from to let her know her friends phone number and that her friend is ok but they moved everyone to the university of Nevada for disaster relief.

You can't call and talk to anyone there. They are only taking people's names to pass on to the coroner or hospital. At least I know she is ok. I just hate that she's all by herself freaking out because of what she went through and not knowing about her friend.

I'm so glad to hear your daughter is ok. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the friends and family dealing with this tragedy. My heart breaks watching the news coverage on this.

Sorry I've been AFK, hospital visits have happened. Don't worry. Oldest is ok and home now. Sigh.

So. I did some back IG'ing and the husband and I took a closer look at Scarlett's finger. I won't post a picture here due to weak stomachs, but I will say, there is no way that was an accident. My husband, who has EMT training agrees, no way it was an accident. Plus the fact it's SUCH a deep cut, there is no way she wouldn't have been screaming her head off before it got THAT bad. Which truly angers me. It looks like a deliberate doing. Not an accident. Plus how much FatAss and WorthlessAss played it off, just truly sickens me.

This next week I should be back in full on snark mode.
