Well per month her mortgage has to be what, $1400 per month ( I’m basing that off a 4% interest rate for 30 years)? $600 for the suburban, $500 for the mustang, $300 for cell phone(?)

So that’s $2800 just for those payments alone.

In addition to eating out every day ( I’ll be generous and say 5 nights a week) for a family of 6 is $100(?) per night. So that’s $2000 a month in takeout.

Now we are up to $4800 per month for just what we KNOW.

Add on insurance ( again low balling) $300 now it’s $5100.

$5100 a month not including utilities and all the useless shit she buys.

No way is it $1400/mo. Our home was $310,000 and our payment is $1950. They are paying at least $2000/mo (however our property taxes are pretty high where I live, and I think hers are lower)

Maybe she gave a big down payment to where her house is lower. To be honest yeah it’s a “beautiful new construction home” but it’s in North Carolina... I don’t think a brand New home like that is more that 300,000 which is very reasonable.

I live in Sourthern California and brand new home like that cookie cutter and the like will run you minimum 500,000 and that’s about 60 miles from LA in a mediocre area.

She makes at least 10,000 monthly to keep up with her spending habits which is not unrealistic with all the sponsorships she does.

It’s fucking outrageous my husband and I combined make 85,000 a year working 40 hour weeks and it’s tough. We cannot purchase a home here in SoCal yet we are still renting.

I live in Indiana which housing is lower the South Carolina. Our brand new house without the land was 369k. It’s a ranch on a basement. If we were to sell it today it would be sold for around 450k because of the land. So no that is not two much for a brand new home.
