Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
Lol this suddenly went dead so I'll make the first comment.
What does everyone think about the two boys meeting their siblings? I think Levi was great with Alaya, and I bet it pissed Keren off. Levi is very kind hearted, and in my opinion currently has a better ability to grasp what's going on. Not that Jackson is behind, I just don't think he understands at all.

It totally pissed Keren off. But she has no one but herself to blame. She is responsible for his growth and development. He could be a smart kid, but we'll never know if she doesn't teach him.missy-1010 wrote:Lol this suddenly went dead so I'll make the first comment.

Jackson- I saw in one the vlogs when KHOA takes him to the mall. At one point he stops nd does a repititive motion and kept banging himself against the glass. I know he smiles and runs to KHOA but at that moment felt he has autism. We see only a part of their day. They might not notice or record it.
I know a lot has been spoken about autism but this kid has been the same for the past 6 months.

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
Exactly, the constant shrieking isn't cute. At least Levi babbles, and makes sounds that resemble words. Jackson just screams and grunts. Keren is a lazy parent in my opinion. I don't think either boy has autism, but it's too early to tell. That being said it's quite clear Levi has some sensory issues. They would both benefit greatly from some sensory play and sensory bags.ACarATorchAJess wrote:It totally pissed Keren off. But she has no one but herself to blame. Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
I have 2 brothers with autism and I see it too. People say "he's too young" but my brother was diagnosed by 1 or 2. I know there's debates on what causes it, but I feel like environment is a big factor. I was lucky to not have been raised by my parents but my poor brothers. Anyways, he does a few other things that are weird. Like how he can only eat one food item at a time..Keren can't put oranges and chicken on his plate, or how he obsesses over things. Idk. It wouldn't hurt to put him in a therapy or even baby small groups.IloveOKLA wrote:Jackson- I saw in one the vlogs when KHOA takes him to the mall. Im sorry about your brothers. Wish Keren did something useful in life than bitch about people, make babies, sit n eat junk. Its hard to comment cos they only call out, does nothing to the kid.ACarATorchAJess wrote:I have 2 brothers with autism and I see it too. On the other hand Kyra is always so receptive to advices and asks tiniest doubt on Twitter. Shes a better mom than more adults at such a young age. She looks up and even cooks for her family.

I actually brought this up on their main board. A lot of people speculate that he may be on the autism spectrum. I think its too early to tell but it is interesting to look at what could be some of the tell tale signs. He does smile a lot, makes great eye contact and seems lovable. But autism is a spectrum disorder so it affects everyone differently. He seems to shriek a lot, but that can be normal for a child who has a speech delay.

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
I'm really concerned for Jackson and Landon tbh. Keren already seems to not favor J. What happened to her hiring help? I know people were against it, but I rather her have help than something happen to J..or L.

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
Honestly I think he shrieks because his parents don't bother to correct the behavior.
They, for whatever reason, think it's cute. We've seen Khoa shriek back to him in vlogs.
Also, they don't really talk TO him, they talk AT him. I am not sure if this has an effect on his speech, but I'm thinking it does.
Maybe since Landon is here they will see that Jackson is no longer a baby and will start to engage more with him like he's an actual human haha.
Levi seems to be right on track for his age. I think maybe being in his little baby group helped him
with the introduction to Alaya. Have we ever really seen Jackson interact with other babies,
besides Levi?

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
I know out in public he'll walk up to other kids but just want to touch them..so they told him "no". They should put him in classes or daycare or something idk..it's getting annoying how little concern they have.ilovelamp wrote:Honestly I think he shrieks because his parents don't bother to correct the behavior.

Jackson seems like he could be autistic. Does anyone watch Our Ausome Life? She's got 3 with autism and her toddler is very similar to Jackson! I don't know a whole lot but from what I've seen I'd bet money that he's on the spectrum.

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
If Jackson really is on the autism spectrum I'd feel really bad for him because Khoa and Keren wouldn't know how to properly care for him and would just use "autism" in clickbaity titles, use it as a sob story, or be really uneducated about it seeing as Keren has used the word "r*tard" and didn't give a shit about people trying to educate her about it because she just blocked them. Or even worse, he'd never get diagnosed because KK think his behaviour is just "so cute!!" and they would never be concerned about it enough to get him checked out.
Levi could use a bit more sensory play but overall he seems right on track for his age, Kyra has really stepped up these past couple of months and has been playing with him more and teaching him new things (I've seen her point to animals on a book and explain to him what they are, etc). I'm not sure if any of you watch Living Rosa but they have a daughter about a month younger than Levi and she is so smart for her age because her moms interact with her and are always teaching her new things, I was always in shock when I would go watch Levi because he did seem a bit behind before but now that he's getting proper interaction he's blossomed so much and has shown just how smart he really is.

Jackson doesn't interact with anyone other than screamy baby talk Keren. Were they considering hiring help? If that's the case they should put him in daycare 2 mornings a week or something. He needs socialization.ilovelamp wrote:Honestly I think he shrieks because his parents don't bother to correct the behavior.

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
I personally think Kyra has always had a more interest in children & their development even before Levi vs Keren who doesn't seem to care for kids besides her own. That can have a big effect on how they raise their children.ACarATorchAJess wrote:It totally pissed Keren off. But she has no one but herself to blame. Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
Jackson doesn't seem to show symptoms for autism, he's just lacking proper "parenting." I think he is a very smart child but his parents need to guide him, but they really don't.IloveOKLA wrote:Jackson- I saw in one the vlogs when KHOA takes him to the mall. Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
I really don't think Jackson is on the spectrum at all. He was doing great as a baby because his parents parented him correct at that age level. However I feel like they're just stuck at that age now. He's 16 months old? But they treat him like he's 10 months old. They call "honking a horn," "putting up his pointer finger when asked how old," "touching his nose," etc smart. If taught, a child can do that way younger than his age. Yes I do believe Jackson is a very smart child even though it doesn't show right now. If his parents would treat him his age and teach him more than putting a k cup in. Krieug, he could do wonders.

Re: OKBaby vs. KKandBabyJ
To be honest I really do them both but in my opinion Kyra and Oscar do interact more with Levi then Keren and Khoa do with Jackson. Of course right now they are both really busy with Alaya and Landon but once they turn around one that will be the end of it. Well for Landon anyway because I really do think that Kyra is an amazing mom especially seeing as she's only 20 and a first time mom (second now). I'm not gonna judge either of them- together to choose how you parent your child- but I think that Keren and Khoa need to talk to Jackson and Landon rather than at them. As some other bug buddies/jacksonistas have commented, I think it could be possible that Jackson may have autism. That isn't nessessarily a bad thing because you can be on any point of the spectrum. My younger brother has autism and I recognise some of the symptoms from him, in Jackson. I don't think they should be encouraging him with his squeaking noises because that could lead to worse habits. They should be encouraging him to speak, like Oscsr and Kyra do with Levi. And he hasn't really been interacting with many other toddlers besides Levi. They should take notice of what people are saying and maybe join him up to even a daycare for a few days a week to get him used to being around people his own age and not just his parents. And Keren and Khoa don't even talk to him. They just use baby talk and cooing, etc.
